Since the Military Strength bar is half blue/green and half gray and the Readiness Rating stays at 50% throughout the game, I'm assuming increasing the latter through multiplayer/terrible iPhone games just increases the colored portion of the former, thereby making it easier to fill up. I doubt increasing your Readiness Rating if your Military Strength bar is already full does anything, so anyone who's gotten that far would be better off just finishing the game.

Aww, I haven't run into Kelly. Turns out you need to have flirted with her in Mass Effect 2 (enough so she'd come to visit you in your cabin) for her to appear in this game. Though to be fair, I couldn't stand Kelly and have watched her melt numerous times on YouTube, but still.

I'm currently making my way through this (or I was, until Mass Effect 3 consumed my life). I have three more episodes left to watch, and it has been very good so far. It's the kind of show where I don't see how a second season could possibly work, but then I haven't finished watching the first season yet, so maybe another season makes perfect sense.
