I'll let you know, it's supposed to be the best Outrun game on the Megadrive - the other two games aren't very good ports apparently - as for the Sega Nomad, ugly it may be but for a portable Megadrive it's pretty awesome. : peace:

Hmm I've just had an afterthought... it might be a licensed game, if so then I reckon it could be based on The Hobbit but I would prefer it if it were to be an actual Sega RPG more than anything.

Okami HD is worth the money regardless, I would have preferred it if they had released it on disc - launch model NTSC 60GB Hard Drive (won't upgrade) am crai - but even with it's £15 (ish) pricetag and even if you have limited hard-drive space it's still worth it. If you have the cash and loads of hard drive space to spare then there's definitely no excuse not to.

I'd pay up to £350 - with a game - maybe... but I don't really want to upgrade yet as I still have plenty to play on my PS3... ... however if they implement the 'one owner game code' thing that the next Xbox might employ as well then they won't be getting a penny out of me on principle.

You did all that you could though, it is as you said, 'no one else helped' yet they could have, but they didn't so there's the difference. You're one of the strongest people I know, personally I feel genuinely proud of you so please try not to feel so bad.

Unlikely, but looking at the success of the game on the PS3 - it is a stunning title - I wouldn't write-off a Wii U port somewhere down the line, quite honestly I would buy it again if they ported it across and added in extra content as it's one tidy RPG!

So you can cancel it, save some money for a while and then re-subscribe (if you want to) if and when there happens to be a month where some particularly good games become available for free that you want to play. ---------------------------- The main reason I still don't subscribe to plus is that I have a launch model NTSC PS3 that has a 60GB hard drive with not much space left plus the fact that I know half the games (or more) that I'll get for 'free' I either won't play or I already own on other formats. :p Besides, Ni no Kuni is currently keeping me well entertained at the moment and my PS3 backlog includes... inFamous inFamous 2 God of War Collection God of War III Okami HD One Piece: Pirate Warriors Tales of Graces f So I'm good for a while.

The PS4 will have to be damn special for me to consider buying it, same goes for the Xbox 720/whateverit'llbecalled... I'm happy with my PS360WiiU setup.

My copy arrived today while I was at work the Wizard Edition is lovely, really liking the book that comes with it, the Drippy plush isn't bad either. I've downloaded the two free familiars that are on the PS Store plus the two that came with the game, currently installing now and I can't wait to play it. : peace: As luck would have it I also have some time off next week so that's probably when I'll be playing it most.

Hmm when reading that though I got the impression that all of this won't fully come into effect until the next generation, which of course is good news for the long-term but bad news if they aren't going to provide cross platform VC titles between the 3DS and Wii U. It's a feature that people want now... but still, this is good news and at least in the meantime we will have more Nintendo classics being released on the Wii U VC so at least we will finally be able to play the likes of F-Zero and Super Metroid on the small screen thanks to the gamepad.

More to the point, who is going to pay even £18 for a download code when you can get the game on disc for the same price? Plus you can't trade-in digital copies so it seems pointless. I quite honestly don't see the point in owning 'general' retail releases digitally, it only really makes sense for certain games, more-so on the 3DS as you have titles such as Animal Crossing (soon) plus Mario Kart etc. Personally I prefer being able to physically hold my retail games. Digital distribution of course has its place though, it's brilliant for the Virtual Console and eShop titles.
