Had a great day today. Did some planning in school with two other friends, and then played drums afterwards for an hour when everyone cleared off. Really enjoying playing again. I feel like I've found that part of me that I lost a long time ago. So happy. Also been listening to the new Kurt Vile album on Spotify. A few weeks ago, I checked him on Spotify and they just had the stuff from Childish Prodigy on there. Checked again recently, and there's another two albums that have been added. A big collective fuck yeeeeeah! Lastly, been getting back into the gym, and doing a fair bit of cardio, so trying to lose my belly fat. I've been using my housemate's hula hoop as well, which I'm surprisingly enjoying. I can walk with it...

HEY BEEENNY SCREEWWWW YOOOOOOU! Da Reactor Makes Airrr! Happy Birthday, you three titted whore.

Notice how the crowd and other fans haven't responded/talked about him in the same way since the contract stuff. It hasn't been the same since.

I want the footballer, because when he's doing what he should be doing, he's great on his day. However, all of this crap that seems to come along as well has been a huge problem this season. I'd rather have him than not have him. But, there's only so far you can take the piss before the fans and the manager have had enough. That goes for any player at any club. And, he is taking the piss.

A glass is half empty person would suggest that the only reason Rooney signed a new contract is so that he leaves for megamoney in the Summer. Will the majority of fans be shocked if he does leave? Nope. But, the majority will want him to stay, because he can do great things on the pitch. He's had an average season compared to last, but still 12 goals (10 in the league) which is something. If he can sort his attitude out, that'll be a start.

Coolness, you need to check out Kurt Vile - Smoke Ring For My Halo (the album). It's so chilled that it hurts. Very relaxing, perfect ambiance music. I feel like I'm floating on a goat. In a sky full of raspberries and cider.

Whatever the reason, the fact is that the focus should have been on the team getting back into the game. Instead, he's taken the focus away from them and is getting himself into the public eye for the wrong reasons. Like I said, he needs this season to finish quickly so he can regroup. Mentally, he's been all over the place so far.

Rooney could be facing a two game ban. We saw the best and the worst of him on Saturday. Scoring a hat-trick one moment, and then swearing at a camera the next. If he does get a ban, then this will just go even further to piss off more fans. He's got bags of talent, but he ruins it all by doing shit like this.

The last two posts of love in this thread make me feel proud. I'm supremely tempted to play this through again.

I don't quite feel ready for a new console. It's been a great four or so years with the Wii so far, but I still think that there's a lot that the system has to give yet. MotionPlus has plenty of untapped potential, and with games like Xenoblade pushing the boundaries in the West, I think it could go for another couple of years yet.

Coolness, you win at life for putting Loveless in your first post. Brilliant album. Mundi's recommendation of Godspeed is a great one. I would recommend maybe some Explosions in the Sky, or some Mogwai. Orrrrr...one of my favourite bands at the moment, Au Revoir Simone. Particularly the Still Night Still Light album. They're very easy listening pieces of music that seem to fill the room with something. What that something is, I don't quite know, but it's nice.

I've finished Momohime's story and now starting the other one. Loooove this game. It's so addictive, especially getting new blades. More please.

Turn Any Wii Game Into A Fitness Work Out?!
Fierce_LiNk replied to GamingGuru's topic in Nintendo Gaming
That's sounds like an idea that Ubisoft would come up. It's lame. Although, if people buy it, then they're the lame...ohs. -
MOVIES Aliens - This movie is like an old friend to me. Despite seeing it a million times, it still hits the right spot. Ghostbusters - My kind of humour, and it's got a nice mixture of action, comedy and a tiny bit of romance as well. Bill Murray is a God to me. MUSIC Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory? - My favourite all time album. It has so many of my favourite songs and each track is a classic in its own right. Albums like this don't get made enough. A true classic. The Zidane Sountrack by Mogwai - I've listened to this countless times and it is just so beautiful, haunting and relaxing all at the same time. GAMES Eternal Darkness - So replayable. An awesome story line to boot, as well. I always know I'm starting something special when I start the first chapter of this game. Super Smash Bros. Brawl - there's just so much to do in this game, I know I'll never be bored. So, this would last me for the end of my days. BOOKS The "His Dark Materials" trilogy. Cheating, I know. But, I love the books. If I can only have one, I'll have The Subtle Knife as that's my favourite in the trilogy. 1984 - a mindfuck, and also an important piece of fiction. Chilling, in its own way.

Yeah, much better in the second half. More urgency. They weren't particularly bad in the first, we had a lot of the ball but the defence just made some questionable decisions in that first half. Was never going to be easy, especially with West Ham needing the points quite badly to stay up. I thought they'd have gone on to see the game out at 2-0. 4-2 is a brilliant result. Eddage's breakdown is about right. The penalty for Rooney's hat-trick was unfair, should have been ball to hand instead.

Yes, I can confirm that I will be playing. Bluddy women with their mind control, and all that. I am excited. Prepare to be Mafia'd/Ortown'ddependingonmyalignment, bitches!

The bottom two pictures look like they're Siamese twins playing with the same hair.

I thought the Digimon board was a good one. I laughed. My April Fools Joke wasn't as good as Mike's, but it also involved my class. I came into the room after break-time and pretended (very subtly) that I had some issue with my left eye. I told them that I must have lost my contact lens on the field at break, and that we need to go and look for it, or else I wouldn't be able to drive home. So, there they were on the field. On their hands and knees, looking for a contact lens. My excuse for not helping out was that I was allergic to that particular strain (lol) of grass. (again, not true). When the class were putting their shoes on to go out, I had changed the time on the clock and moved it forward. So, when I told them to come inside, it appeared as if we'd been out there for a long time and it was now dinner-time. We walked down to the hall, and the cook is a good laugh, we joke around a lot. I asked him to give me something pretty crap I could give them. So, he gave me one plate and a slice of bread for each of them and told me to give them that. The look on their faces was priceless. I told them that because it was the last day of term, we'd ran out of food due to shoddy planning on the school's part, and that the remaining food had to be kept for the bigger children. Then, I marched them back down the corridor, with their bread in their hands, and we continued to look for that lens. I came clean in the end. This emoticon sums up their reactions:

I find it really interesting to watch. I'm a voyeur! I'll join a game eventually, but just waiting for the right one.

Haha, only because I like reading the Mafias, from a distance. On a related note, you suckers will have hell...to pay...for the Pokemafia. She was so obviously town.

Hahahaha. Yaaaay. I quite like that film. I like you, but I hate that film. The jazz club scene is the worst thing I've ever seen. (kinda) It's pretty bad, man. Most under-appreciated film is Sunshine. Oh god, I love it.

Poor Raineeng. I did something to my knee/leg, twisted it I think when running. I found applying some heat to it (a heat pack) did it wonders. Could that at least make the pain ease a little?
