First off, chuffed with the result yesterday. Hernandez is god-like. Although, United left it very late. Had me nervous. I'm happy about the Arsenal result, although it doesn't mean the title is won or anything at this point. There's still 4 games to go. It could still go anywhere. About Arsenal: Yeah, they do play good passing football. I said before, if football were a game that was played solely in midfield, between their box and their opponent's area, then Arsenal would be one of the best teams in the world. However, that is not how football is played. My issue with Arsenal is that it is all pass, pass, pass. They have no plan B, and year after year they still struggle to find ways out of tight situations. Teams get a bad rep if they knock the ball down the field to the big striker (route 1) but that is another way to play the game. Another way is to use the wingers and get some crosses into the box (provided you have players in there). There's different ways to play the game. It pisses me off a tiny bit when all these pundits and people get a hard on for Arsenal's "technically correct" football when that is just one aspect of the game. The aim of the game is to score goals and to stop the other team from scoring. Somewhere along the line, Arsene Wenger seems to have forgotten this. Another thing: Arsenal clearly have quality players. However, there are a few in there who do not perform up to the standard they should be playing at, and they've been getting away with it for a while. This season has seen Theo and Samir step it up a gear, but Arshavin? Rosicky? These two should be instrumental and should be dictating play. You can't even use the "oh, they're young" line, between they are 29 and 30! Not saying these two are solely the reason why Arsenal are not winning trophies, but these are experienced players. They should be running the game, and I don't think either has performed anywhere where they should have. Lastly, Van Der Sar has been fucking immense for us this season. It is no coincidence that after Schmeichal left we struggled defensively. Van Der Sar helps to keep the defence calm. If your defenders miss a cross, you need to know that the keeper behind you is going to help you out. Nobody talks about this anymore, but in that second leg against Barcelona when we won the Champions League, Van Der Sar was the coolest guy on the entire field. We were being pushed back so deep, yet I knew we had a chance with him there. What does it say about Arsene Wenger if he's having to bring back an ex-keeper, a keeper who he shipped out a few years back, a keeper who he demoted to a bench player?

Didn't 'dohnut say that he was mafia for 4 or 5 games in a row? It might be harsh, but I guess that's just the way things go sometimes. Unless he can be of some benefit to the town. That's why we need to know his win condition. If he's not lynched tonight, maybe he needs to be checked out. Chances are he will be lynched now (since we're close to a majority), so it may be a bit late. -
I watched the game against Newcastle and couldn't believe how poor some of the Man Utd performances were. Giggs has about one poor game out of 100, and he could have bagged a few goals that game. We just offered nothing, and Newcastle defended well enough to earn a point. I'm glad Arsenal dropped points, again. If they had beaten Liverpool and Spurs, then...

The Gentlemen's Mafia II - Hunter's Chance

If Smeagol does turn out to be mafia, then he made a big mistake earlier by talking about the keys. It seems...like a really silly one to make. The discussion we've had here seems to suggest that he might be neutral. If he is neutral, then we need to learn his win condition. There's only a few votes that are needed. I'm prepared to vote for him, if he doesn't post any info about his win condition/role. If he doesn't post, he won't be here to get to da choppa. -
I laughed at both videos. Fuck yeah, Lasagna. Although, I made my post sound much more exciting. I probably didn't. Sadface.

I really enjoyed the film. Ine and I both agree with how it probably should have ended (Paj and Dan's posts) but I also see why it ended in the way that it did. It was a good resolution. Wouldn't it be decent though if they did both endings for the DVD? Jake Gyllenhaal (sp?) was great, though. Thought he carried the film well. Probably turned out a bit better than what I was expecting. It was going to be difficult to make another film after Moon, but I think this is probably a more "complete" film. There seems to be a bit more to it. Not sure which one I prefer. Loved the ideas in this one, though. Had a 12 Monkeys vibe to it.

Ine has been here since the Tuesday last week, and we've been having lots of fun. We went to the beach a few days ago (twice, hehe) and built a village with its own castle and amazing wall (I made the wall. The castle was nice, I guess...). Today, we spent the day in the garden, in the sunshine doing work. I had my guitar with me as well, so started to learn some new stuff, mostly Jose Gonzalez. We had ciderrr, too. Stella Artois Cidre. Buy eet, bitches. Ine got a little bit sunburnt on her arms. I am fine because of my light milk chocolate skin. I laugh in her general direction! We also went to watch Source Code, had a lovely walk around Bournemouth and ate Yummy Tapas at La Tasca. Outside. Mmm. I rate this Fuck Yeah/10.

No, I don't write the info myself or anything like that. I targeted Jayseven (which Maddog backed up) and which revealed Jayseven's role (which he also backed up himself). I don't know if he's good, bad or from maarrrs. I was elected to lead. Not to reaaaad. -

Sorry for dah lateness of mah arrival. I've been catching some sun. :awesome: I'm impressed, Danny. Good detective work. The CIA clearly haven't got you pushing too many pencils. (manly handshake) -
First of all, well played Man City. (Still hate you, though) Secondly, so disappointed by that second half performance. Dunno what happened, because the first 20 minutes seemed to go well, especially in midfield. Everybody just seemed to stop trying in the second half. The players became lazy in possession with the ball, they were even lazier without it. Even Valencia, who is really good at tracking back and defending, didn't seem to bother. Dunno what the hell happened. Also, Scholes. Legend of a player, but makes stupid decisions sometimes. Was furious at the time. Finally, Anderson. I know he's been injured lately, but he should have either started the game or come on a lot earlier in the second half in place of Carrick, who was at times pretty awful today. Complete turnaround from last week where he put in some great performances. I do hope Bolton win the whole thing. I have some family that come from there, and some that still live there. Also, I hate City, so it would be great for Bolton to put them in their place.

The 3D worked for me instantly. I was a bit surprised about how little I had to "think" about it. It felt a lot more natural than I was expecting. I think it will differ from person to person. Trying it in-store is good, but really you need the system at home with you to really get to grips with it and experience what it can do. The game itself was ok. Wasn't blown away by it. Looked quite nice graphically, but I don't class it as something I desperately need to own right now. The analogue slider/stick felt strange to me, and I can see that taking some time to get used to. All in all, I'm happy I've had the chance to try it. But, I'm confident that I don't need it right now. I can easily wait half a year or so to get the system, when the special games come out.

You funny. There wasn't a Terminator 3, man. You are obviously mistaken.

Yeah. Or, grey. As was the case with the 64. Oh yes. I went "there." -
Megabump. Activated! Bought this for a fiver recently. Absolutely adore it. I tell you something, the co-op is frantic. I tried it with Ine yesterday and we were shouting commands at each other and giving each other instructions. It did get really tense at some points. "Ok, you need to drain this bit. I'll get the scalpel." "Sure...shit the blood keeps coming!" "DRAIN DAMMIT. DRAAAIN!"

It tastes awful, mate. ... Remember when I told you it tasted awful...

I'm a masssive fan of the original films. The dvd boxset is on my shelf right now. I r looking at it. Not sure if this is going to be good or not. It looks like another of these "We tried to do something good for humanity but eet all went wrrrrroooong" films. Pandoras box, blah blah.

Fernando Torres. Part ladyboy, part paperweight. All bastard.

Ine mentioned that Stella were doing one, and that we should try it out. (Cos she's a patriotic Belgium ) We picked up a bottle in Asda, have to say that it tasted pretty nice. Very appley, with a trace of mango perhaps. Well, my housemate said it had a tinge of mango to it, but we mostly tasted apples. I really liked it. I reckon you should give it a go.

Great game yesterday. The two legs have been my favourite games of the season. Full of action, great attacking play and some great goals. Absolutely brilliant performances yesterday. Rio played like a hero, blatantly carrying an injury throughout the whole game, yet he played and led from the back. I actually didn't think Park had his best game, but that's because he has set a high standard for himself. An unsung United hero, who always turns up for the big games. The two best players yesterday were Michael Carrick and Ryan Giggs. They were the best players last week too. Carrick's contribution to these two games have almost gone un-noticed. Giggs was just unreal yesterday. How can he keep giving performances like this every week? Amazing. Lastly, Wayne Rooney has had his critics this season, but he's starting to put the performances in now, and it's a massive step in the right direction. As well as stuff like this: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_utd/9456685.stm He did himself proud yesterday. Gave a lot for the team and kept going. Finally, Berbatov: He is by some way our biggest goal-scorer this season, yet he was benched for both games. Did he moan like a bitch? No. He played on Saturday, will probably play on the weekend as well, and bagged a goal at the weekend, too. He understands he has to wait for his moments, but he has put the performances in this season. And, when he knows that the manager has gone with a different system, he accepts it. That's great professionalism. Chelsea: I thought they played quite well. Gave us some scares. Cannot believe they left Drogba on the bench, though. He was great last week, and was great when he came on. Carlo got it wrong. Torres was so poor last night, I can't believe this is the same player that many claimed had "given Vidic nightmares". He's scored 3 goals or something out of 11 games against United. That's not great at all, and in two of the games he got the better of Rio, not Nemanja.

Why not go to this one? If you had a good time at the last one you went to, you should give the next one a go. The only thing really in the way is the money, to be honest. If I'm fine moneywise, I'll go. -
