Reckless at times, maybe. But, commanding? Hell fucking no. We look more solid with him there. There are maybe 2 or 3 centre-backs in the world in the same league as him. Lucio and Puyol. Maybe. He's the best in the air. Gets robbed for pace at times, though. He's a leader. Our leader.

He had it after Gary and Rio were injured. Why shouldn't he have it? He wasn't great today, but 99 times out of 100 he is an absolute rock at the back. He's a leader. I think it's fair for him to have it. He gets away with a lot of shit, but he's a great commander.

The ref was shit. Vidic should have walked, but I can live with that as he's my player. Whatever could have happened though, we were crap. Only one team could have won today. It was the same at 5 minutes and the same at 85 minutes. Arsenal had the ball, despite us having players in midfield who could have won it back. It's fucking annoying. Off the back of a great European night, we put in a crappy league performance. Who are we? Tottenham?!

Oh God, I had my hand in my mouth when Vidic handled that ball. We were just all over the place today. Is it just me, or did it look like we were playing for a draw? Why didn't we go for it? Also, we are the least effective team when it comes to set-pieces. Our corners are fucking appalling. Get the ball into the box, by the 6 yard box and get the tall players headering onto the ball. Why can't we provide decent service. Apart from that one free-kick, we just didn't do anything. The same problems, every single game. Good service counts for so much.

You can be in both. This ain't a war, soldier. We think about this way too much. Its ok to buy other consoles. This isn't like the Soviets during WWII. You buy consoles because there is enough on that system to interest you. There's not an awful lot on the other systems that I want to buy, so I don't buy that system. Same with owners of a 360/PS3 who don't have a Wii. Both systems have entirely different...stuff. The Wii is strong with platformers, the 360 is strong with FPS. I don't really give a rat's arse about shooters anymore, so I can live without that. However, I care a great deal about platformers. So, I'm naturally gonna go to the Wii. It's sad that we think of this as a personal war. It ain't. We're all lovers here. We're lovers. Not Fighters.

My good stuff is that my mate came over, and we played Guitar Hero. I explained a few actual guitary things to him, as he wants to learn. G Chord baby.

I'm quite boring when it comes to Chinese food. I had a ton when I was with my ex, we used to try different things. But, Prawn balls, rice and satay sauce is too heavenly. Plus, Chinese is a rarity for me, so...I think of that as my little treat. Satay Sauce is a killer, though. Too nice.

Maybe growling like a bear is your thing, but it's not what the Batman should be. Plus, his Bruce Wayne was just...it didn't exist. He is upstaged in both films by Liam Neeson, Cillian Murphy and Heath Ledger. They all make far more watch-worthy characters than he does.

The Twilight Princess video and Facility ones made me Roflcopter. Roflroflroflrofl. Like that. With the helicopter sound. I played through that Snowpeak mansion recently. Its beautiful. We need more dungeons integrated into actual living environments. Like the Temple of Time, and to an extent the Arbiter's Ground. Which I didn't realise was a main dungeon until halfway through.

It's still not totally safe to talk ill of The Dark Knight yet. I agree, though. He was a shit Batman as well as a bad John Connor. Plus, that Christian Bale remix has just ruined any credibility that he had for Terminator Salvation. He should have just kept his nose out. Its a much better film without his intervention.

Shall we get the thread title amended, then? It's totally fair for people to refer to their backlogs since this focuses on this generation. The Dreamcast isn't this generation, neither is the 64, but the Wii is. Regardless, there is an absolute ton of quality games to play on the Wii. The generation isn't over until we adopt the next system as our main platform and we cease to buy new Wii games. And that isn't right now.
