..good lad.. consider yourself added to my Wii.. and some of you others probably are too.. you lucky people..
-
Probably not.. though I'm reminded of an unfortunate accient I had one time with my TV remote. I was lying in bed, glass of water lying down at the side of my bed. I was leaning over to reach for the glass and whatever way I depressed the matress, the TV remote dropped into the water (it wasn't even a wide glass.. it was so unlucky!) ..anyway.. I brought it out, dried it off as best I could and it worked fine. However, in the morning when I woke up, most of the buttons had stopped working and I had to buy a replacement due to the buttons on the front of my TV deciding not to work either ..can only hope it sorts itself really, there doesn't seem to be much you can do..

..obviosuly you're putting the batteries in the correct way, so I won't insult you with mentioning that as an option Have you dropped the controller or hit it against anything recently? It may end up ok.. remove the batteries and just let it sit for a wee while (not that that will do any good) and give it another try in an hour or two..

..as awful as this is, I'm glad your friend is ok man.
-
..don't like to sound pessimistic.. but that doesn't sound good at all ..hopefully it will sort itself out as the having to shell out £30 for a new remote seems very harsh.. ..good luck!

..on a couple of occasions my remotes have stopped resonding to the Wii, but that was solved by unplugging the Wii and plugging it back in. Though you say your lights aren't working s that may not solve it. In my cases, you pressed a button the lights flashed as usual like they would when the Wii is not on before going off.

..yeh.. that'd be great Aimless. I used to look through those challenges in the N64 days to see how many I had done. I say go for it

-
..hold on.. are Ned AND Katya both leaving by the end of this episode? ..this could go down as best episode ever.. I hope I haven't got the wrong end of the stick..

..I don't know what I want to do with my life and I am seriously considering seeing out this year of university (second year computing student) and bringing it to an end as I just haven't really enjoyed much about it since I started in 2005. My major problem is that I just don't know what I want to do.. where I want to go.. Year 3 of my course is a work placement which, really, should have been sorted out by now but I haven't even looked for anywhere yet.. I don't want to commit myself to it if my heart's just not in it. ..hmph.. what to do I hate this.

..no.. 500 points is as low as it goes.. unless some day they start bringing the prices down for some reason.. -
I couldn't get connected to anything for a bit after the update either.. but I ended up going to my internet settings on the Wii and went to test connection. The test was succesful and next time I tried to go to the shop channel it worked...

What's the scariest thing you've witnessed?

..one night (around a month or two after I passed my driving test) I was driving on a road I hadn't driven on before. I was turning round a corner and all of a sudden the car started to skid out of control (I wasn't speeding or anything, I wouldn't) I managed to keep the car relatively in control (I managed to somehow keep it on the road) but the car was skidding wildly between my side of the road and the other side. There were cars coming not far away and I keep skidding. I was on the other side about to crash into an oncoming car when thankfully my car skidded back to the other side and up off the edge of the road where the car stopped dead. I really thought that was it for me at one point. I started the car straight back up and continued driving (shaking like crazy). My parents still don't know it happened (it was about a year and a half ago) but.. wow.. that was a really scary night. Took me a wee bit of time to get it out of my system, but I couldn't let it keep me from driving so I just got on with it. I'm so thankful I got through that night, and even more so that I managed to stay clear of hitting any other traffic. That would have been terrible. EDIT: On second thoughts, the following post is clearly more scary. -
..the first picture (especially the bodies.. and to an extent the location) reminds me very much of Shadowman for the N64.. which I should probably go back and try to finish some time
-
..that is indeed a very good price.. one which would be tempting, but from now until my birthday I have promised my girlfriend I will not spend any money unless necessary/ if an opportunity arises that is once in a lifetime  I can live without sonic for now
-
In all honesty.. (I apologize for the short post).. I feel that in many ways, there is no such thing as justice.

........yeh

..it would have been so much better if at the end he said "Don't thank me... that the Wii!" ..it would have been so much better if.. ANYTHING  ..that is so very, very bad.. I'm surprised children weren't involved.. it being a aimed at families and all

What happened to Project hammer and day of crisis

..we haven't seen anything of H.A.M.M.E.R. because they're are taking time to make Reggie the 'hero' and recording all sorts of phrases about taking names and so forth.. ..but.. just imagine... if that was true.. -
I want it to be similar to Lylat Wars (the best in the series) and perhaps even lose the landmaster for this one, just have on-rails arwing levels as those are by far the best! I was just thinking about controls there and thought (very roughly): Analogue Stick- Move Arwing Nunchuck- Rotate arwing/Barrel Roll C- Boost Z- Brake Remote- Aim shots independently from Arwing movement A- Bomb B- Fire D-Pad- ..maybe.. give instructions to the rest of the team.. like tell Slippy to fly directly towards the ground to a horrible horrible death? Those are just off the top of my head.. and probably suck!

..oh man.. Kid Chameleon.. Streets of Rage 2.. ToeJam and Earl: Panic in Funkotron.. I must have these games.. they are quality -
..it would only be a slap in the face if it was a system seller really.. people would be like 'wow.. I must get a PS3 so I can play this rad game.. cowabunga like.. no wait dude.. I can just get it for my PS2 which, like, I already own.. no 425 dabs for you, Sony.. dude..' Sony: '..man.. that's cold' I have absolutely no idea why I wrote all that. None.

I'm actually pretty happy. I don't like Roma so was glad to see them get thumped (not since Liverpool played them in the UEFA Cup in 2001 for some reason) and in all honesty I feel that Liverpool perhaps have a greater chance of beating Chelsea than Valencia over 2 legs, providing me make it through against PSV without an absolute shock. And it has to be great for English football if it has three representatives in the Semi-Finals in the Champions League! Just hope Liverpool can go on to win the thing now, and a Liverpool v Manchester United final would be brilliant (as long as Liverpool win )

..thanks Teppo ..those do look truly awful.. despite the game actually looking stunning.. Gotta love good screenshots : peace:
