I will come back tomorrow evening to read @Hero-of-Time's "Hey, I completed Super Mario Odyssey 8 times today; and I finished Assassin's Creed Odyssey twice."-post

Never played those. Don't have a Switch so no idea if I'll ever get to play them There are enough indie games out there that challenge me, though Dead Cells now being the newest in my collection.

drahkon's Dead Cells adventure continues: Looks like I've reached what is supposed to be the final boss and holy hell...he wrecked my balls. Guess I need to practice a lot more. Decided to do a couple of speedy runs in order to unlock the timed doors. Not my kind of playstyle to be honest. You do, however, get a nice amount of cells. Still, I think for now I prefer to explore at my own pace. Love the choice you're given, though. Play more tactical/safe, explore and get more upgrades but miss out on those timed doors; or rush through the levels, miss out on upgrades and get more cells. It's nicely balanced. I enjoy this game immensely. Best 18 bucks I've spent recently

Red Dead Redemption 2 (PS4/Xbox One - 26 October 2018)

Been playing this for another hour again. Did a couple of side missions and on my way to each of them I had so many awesome random moments. Two dudes had "a proposition" for me...suuuuuure. I shot 'em dead. Later, an injured guy fell off his horse. I did the decent thing and brought him to a doctor. While the doctor was treating him I robbed the doc's register. Went off to the next side mission, on my way I rode through a swamp but didn't realise that there were quite a few crocodiles in the area. The second I understood what's around me my hose threw me off and I entered panic mode because I thought the animals would attack me. As it turned out, they didn't. Few minutes later I approached a guy and his camp, just wanted to see if he got something to do for me. I got off the horse and that dude immediately started shooting. Well...another one bit the dust as I put a bullet in his head. And during all my travels I managed to "crash" my horse into carriages, trees, rocks, houses and it was always hilarious Oh and the side missions: Lots of fun -

Name of your sextape. Boom, Brooklyn Nine-Nine reference. Anyways, did some cleaning this afternoon so haven't played much. I completed a couple of missions just now, though. Enjoyed it very much. t's a typical Rockstar Games affair, so if you didn't like their older games then you will definitely not like this one. Had a random encounter with two men who threatened me. Needless to say I shot them. A few minutes later I robbed a lady and got 80 cents. Was not worth it So far, so good -

On a Pro. And I've gone "HHHHNNNGGGGGGGG" quite a few times already. -
Ah yes, freezing enemies saved me so many times on my best run so far. What helped me the most during that, however, was a colourless/legendary whip that I got early on. It wrecked havoc on enemies until I reached the second boss. Felt good.

Chapter 1 complete. What an incredible start to a game. Set the mood perfectly and was just a joy play. Graphics keep blowing me away and the game runs amazingly well. Quite the technical achievement so far. Gonna have lunch and then get right back -
As with all roguelikes it'll get better the more you unlock, but you already know that What I love about Dead Cells is the combat. It's suprisingly tactical for a 2D game. Can't wait to have another crack at a run later today if I can get myself away from Read Dead Redemption 2.

It gets better. One of my indie favs, even though I've never finished it. May just download it on my Vita again and play it occasionally

Played this for 30 minutes just now because I couldn't wait any longer. My God, it's gorgeous. The Witcher 3 blew me away but this? This seems to be on another level. Can't wait to see how it looks when the scenery changes. Gameplay has been simple so far. Riding horses, shootin' some dudes (and wolves why do games keep doing this to me?) and getting to know some of the simpler mechanics like health and stamina. Lots of fun even if it was just a basic tutorial mission. These 30 minutes left me aching for more but I really need to sleep. Looks like it's gonna be a weekend without any kind of social interactions until Sunday afternoon -

Well, I wasn't intending on playing this anytime soon but one of my best mates got this today and he'll be out of town for a week. Can't wait to play this tomorrow after work Reviews are praising this game left and right. Hope this is one of those instances where I agree with the praise -
Thank god it's just a beta.

Mymy, Dead Cells is amazing. Managed to beat two bosses in what has to be my 5th or 6th run. It was actually the first time I've reached any boss. The area after the second boss wrecked my balls pretty much immediately. The first two enemies almost killed me Had to use both of my health potions very early on. Played it safe from that point onward but failed miserably quite quickly. I've seen up to 100 videos of gameplay back when the game was in early access on PC and thought that seeing so much would eventually make me enjoy the game less but no. It's so good.

Not particularly. There is, however, the following information available (written down in a blog on the site that provided the statistics above): No idea how accurate and believable this is, though, considering there's a typo in those statistics.

Well...Dead Cells is on sale for 18€ instead of 25€. Have been tempted to get it since its release and with payday coming in a week it's time to dive in. Bought it, downloading now Can't wait

Well, this turned out to be a little odd. I was at a party last Saturday and I asked her to come, too. She met most of my friends for the first time that night. Sadly one of my lady friends asked her more than once whether we're in a relationship. "My" lady had to leave early and I decided to talk to her a little more than I had during the night. She told me about her conversation with that lady friend and I asked her: "So, what did you answer?" "I told her, no." We then decided that we needed to spend more time together in order for it to maybe work out. And now I'm not sure if I actually want to do that. She's great, and it's fun spending time with her but maybe deep down I still don't want to be in a relationship? Urgh...the drama is real.

Who knows, it's just weird to me to be honest. Nah, no date. We are (apparently now were) friends and I simply didn't text her for two days and she threw a fit. I texted her and told her that everything's fine and nothing has changed, I simply didn't write her for absolutely no reason at all...the same way I don't write many of my friends for a couple of days. This is the first person I've met that seems to get angry at that. Anyway, we'll meet at an event tonight. Gonna be fun with her ignoring me
