Played another hour of Gucamaelee 2 just now. Unlocked... ...and now the real game begins Every platforming screen is basically a puzzle you have to solve and then execute your moves relatively precise to succeed. I'll say what I said about the first installment: this is 2D-platforming at its best. Beating Rayman, Mario, Donkey Kong and every thing else out there (maybe not Celeste, though ). It's nice to play this and Celeste alternatively for one or two hours each day. Doesn't burn me out like the last two games I've finished and I enjoy these sessions immensely

Do it.

Something for me to avoid then. Never played these games and never will

Of course They're always the perfect start. Mostly self-contained little stories with great punchlines. Loved the one with Holt showing Jake his hula hooping photos

"Didn't work." Watched the episode Halloween II last night. So good. Can't wait for the next Halloween episode

Chapter 3 and its B-Side complete. Here are my stats so far: The first two chapters weren't that much of a problem, as is evident by the total deaths of 66. The third chapter was something else entirely. The final few screens were amazing. And then came the B-Side. Holy shit, that fucked me sideways with a broomstick. I was stuck at one screen for about 12 minutes. Once I finished it I screamed with joy. This will probably be the hardest Platinum I've ever tried to obtain. I love it

The Dark Pictures Anthology — from the developers of Until Dawn
drahkon replied to Julius's topic in Other Consoles
Oh my goodness. All those horror games. It's like developers these days are only making games for me. ... -
Brooklyn Nine-Nine is now my favourite thing ever. Just finished Season 1. @Hero-of-Time you weren't kidding when you said that it's comedy gold. My love for Gina continuously grows with every episode.

via Pushsquare.com Why even try? You're greedy and that's all it is.

bread (breadbread) at home. Just long buy the bread, you won't regret it.

So do you want it now, you Starfox whore? I'm sorry, I'm just really bored at work.

Yes, I like living under a rock.

Wait what? This is already out? Edit: Nevermind, I thought this was the collection including Kingdom Hearts 3. In retrospect, that thought as a whole was stupid and I feel stupid.

Started playing this yesterday on my PS4 (sorry, Nintendo Gaming board ). It's incredible. About 80 deaths during the first two chapters. Stopped mid-chapter 3 last night and I think at least 30 more deaths have been added to the count Most of my time in chapter 3 (20 minutes, if I remember correctly) has been spent on the pico-8 version of Celeste. So much fun. Apparently there's an assist mode which makes this game and in turn getting the Platinum piss easy but I will never resort to that. I'm not a casual scrub

Yup, at the time of my post it hadn't been announced that this game uses cloud saves, yet, though. Shame, actually, because duping ruins the game when playing with randoms.

Been feeling a little down the past few days but the last three games I've started to play are bringing much needed joy back to me. Sundered - a tough as nails Metroidvania with some rogue-like elements. Games like this are what I'm living for Guacamelee 2 - quirky humour, great platforming, Metroidvania at its best so far. Celeste - lovely little game but it rocks my balls from time to time (only two chapters in). The best part of it, though: It's always your own damn fault if you die Gonna be a little tough juggling all three but playing these games is just pure fun.

Bought it. Downloading now.

Celeste for 12 bucks is very tempting. I did, however, buy Guacamelee 2 recently. Who am I kidding. I'm going to buy Celeste aren't I?

I need new pants.

I'm 10 episodes into the first season and so far every episode has been legendary. I absolutely love Gina. Her lines make me burst out laughing every single time. Then there's Diaz...badass and cold-blooded, but hilarious. I could go on and describe how every character is hilarious but I'd rather continue watching the series.
-
@Hero-of-Time do you need new pants?
-
And with that I'm out. Shame, was really looking forward to it.

Yeah, he basically just has to make faces and say nothing. Nope, just started today. Basically every line makes me laugh The writing is top-notch and the actors deliver each punchline perfectly.
