IAMX just released their first song/video of the upcoming Acoustic album. The original version breaks me every time I listen to it. And the acoustic version certainly doesn't help. I'm gonna cry a lot during the concert in April, aren't I... Can't wait for the album to be released in a few weeks.

Yeah, there are some weird names in our language. Can you guess what Persian is called in German? Yeah, you're right...Snobilikat. And what about Drowzee? It's obviously Traumato.

Man, it's gonna be tough for me to relearn all the Pokémon (and attacks and items...) in English. I've only played up to Gen II and I did so with German copies of the games. Anyway, after looking it up I now know what Pokémon Marowak is.

Lol... Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Awesome. So far my favourite of the series. More mysteries are in play, especially regarding Snape and Voldemord. Can't wait to see how it'll all resolve Oh and why was one of the main themes of the movie being inebriated/drugged? Have to wait two weeks for the next film, though, as my best friend is going on vacation. Asking over on reddit made me a little more optimistic. People say that you'll get a feel for enemies' stats after a while. We'll see how it'll play out. If I don't enjoy it I'll resell the game. Given the amount of money you'll get from selling used Switch games I wouldn't lose a lot of cash anyway Hype is back, bitches.

The thing is, I'm not really bothered by all the other criticism the game receives. The fact that enemy stats are nowhere to be found is, however, pretty stupid for a strategy game. It's not a problem in the demo because for the tutorial you don't need it, but in boss fights or more difficult dungeons it will definitely be a huge issue... Right now I'm ready to cancel the pre-order.

Eurogamer's review has me a little worried... The second bolded part is not that of a big deal for me as I love grinding in games. Still, it seems a little stupid to do it that way. The first one, however, is a deal breaker, to be honest...this is a strategy game, as far as I can tell, but not having all the pieces of the puzzle at your disposal is bad. Can anybody chime in and confirm that that's the case?

I agree with pretty much all your points (except maybe for portability, because that's relevant to me) @Hero-of-Time and yet, I enjoy my Switch a lot. I think it was perfect timing when I bought my Switch. I've played everything I wanted on the PS4 and now that the console is at its end I find myself using the Switch almost exclusively. I've played some Nintendo exclusives but in the end it's all about the fact that it's my Slay the Spire rogue-like/-lite machine. Agree. Just look at the state of the Switch's UI. It needs an overhaul or rather more options, it could use Spotify, WHERE ARE THE THEMES? @Kav anything else the OS is missing? As I mentioned, I enjoy the Switch regardless of the many negatives. I have to think about it again when the honeymoon phase is over.

Slay the Spire.

In preparation of its release I decided to redownload the demo and start again. For the second time Mudkip was the choice for me This time I went with Machop, though. Such a cute fella. My partner is Psyduck because he's weird Think I'll keep that save for the full release. Will use the Makuhita Dojo to familiarize myself with the mechanics again and then it's time to wait...not sure if I'll be able to get the game on Friday. Might have to wait two weeks

Anybody here who played this? The game's DLC is set to release on Switch quite soon and I'm tempted to get it all when it's released. Maybe someone here can give me some impressions.

I'll never understand the flak DmC got. It's the best Devil May Cry there is. And Lilith's Nightclub is the best level in the entire franchise.

Just played through the demo... Unbelievable. It's so good. What a spectacular remake in every way. I don't have that nostalgia factor most gamers have since I've only played the original (re-released on PS4) a couple of years ago, but somehow there was still a bit of nostalgia while playing the demo. I had a grin on my face the entire time I'll use the word again: spectacular. The music... I need the OST on Spotify NOW.

Hm, I think I'm looking for something more suited to longer sessions so I guess Animal Crossing isn't for me right now. I may eventually get it, but probably not in the near future. Sounds exactly what I'm looking for. Cheers

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix - kind of a slow movie. Still entertaining, though. Can I just say: Alan Rickman was incredible as Snape. His voice is something else. Next week it's time for the 6th Harry Potter movie. Now come the movies that I haven't seen anything from. I know about what happens to some of the major characters which will probably reduce the impact of some scenes but I don't know anything about how the main plot will unfold/resolve. Can't wait
