  1. I believe that as long as you 'return' it within a certain time, you get a full refund.
  2. 10. Borderlands I remember getting this game to play with a mate, purely because it had local co-op, and no knowing much else about it. It turned out to be one of the best local co-op games we ever played together. The graphics, the humour, the loot, the gunplay, it was all just such good fun. 9. SSX Tricky I played this game for many hours in my youth, trying to unlock every board and every....boarder. It was brilliant. The situation of coming into the last corner, and needing an insane jump to beat the high score; launching yourself into the air as the music and crowds quietened; managing to squeeze in a ridiculous number of physics defying tricks, and then landing it to huge cheers from the crowd. Plus, nailing a shortcut in the race mode and shooting back out onto the track marginally ahead of your rival - then punching them in the face for good measure. 8. Sim Farm You build a farm, you grow crops, you raise animals, you reap in money. This was like the original Stardew Valley, and probably much shitter. But i played it for hours as a kid because i didn't have any other games. Love it. 7. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood It was between this one and Black Flag. While I love how piratey BF is, the assassin bits were fairly forgettable. This one really felt like you were wandering around Rome.....and being reeeeeally sneaky. 6. Goldeneye Multiplayer. Slappers. Oddjob. Remote mines. Toilet. Natalya getting in the way. That soldier that looked like Nigel Bond. Brilliant. 5. Just Cause 2 I remember I downloaded the demo for this game, and couldn't stop playing it. I thought it was incredible. I couldn't believe the things you could do with it. Jump off a mountain, grapple to a helicopter, punch the guard, steal his copter, shoot a boat, grapple to a tank, attach an explosive barrel to tank, blow everything up. I did pretty much everything you could do in the demo, then bought the game on PC. I tried to play it, but ultimately my laptop couldn't run it. So I bought an Xbox 360, and bought the game again (I think this is the only game I have ever, and I refuse to use the term 'double dipped', bought twice). Then a few years later, I bought a PS4 so I could play Just Cause 3. 4. Smash Bros Melee I loved SSB64, but this one improved on it in every way. I remember the day i bought this after school, and everyone in my year gathered round, excited to play it, but I was the only one with a Gamecube. So many hours of multiplayer fun. I bought Brawl and U, but there was something just off about them. I think they got too bloated, with too many characters. Or maybe it was because I didn't have the time to spend many hours playing multiplayer on them anymore. 3. Spider-man 2 Man this game was 'da-bomb'. Just swinging around New York City (when I went to NY a couple of years ago, I dragged my wife around the area west of Central Park trying to find a specific building I remembered from this game) was incredible, and totally recreated that feeling I had from watching the films as a young teenager. I used to just spend hours with music on in the background, swinging around, doing cool shit like spiderman, throwing baddies off tall building and stealing kids balloons. 2. Halo This was between the first Halo and Reach. I certainly played a lot more of Reach - the multiplayer especially was amazing, but the memories I have of playing the original on my friends brick of an Xbox I remember much more fondly. We played the main story over a weekend, four of us, taking turns to play in couples co-op. Whenever one pair would die, the other would take over. We eventually completed that damn driving level at like 6 in the morning and I think we woke all his neighbours up when we finally did it. 1. Pokemon Red The original and the best! I fucking love this game. Suck it @Glen-i
  3. I did, but you're correct that in the current heat wave, hamsters are probably suffering. What you can do, is freeze a bottle of water, and leave it in their cage. They can cool down by simply sitting near our on the bottle, which should prevent them overheating in this weather.
  4. Probably take it back further, to the Hamster Dance Song.
  5. The starter you choose is kind of pointless in this game, I doubt it makes any difference at all. I wish you could swap your progress between systems though. I'd love to continue playing on my phone, and then Switch back when I get home. I've reached a plateau in the last two areas (the psychic and electric ones). Just been levelling up and evolving Pokémon to fill out my Pokédex instead. Up to 80 now. I really want to find a squirtle, but they just aren't interested in my watery stew!
  6. I don't dislike the German team. I would have been happy watching them go far, but I do love an upset.
  7. Been catching up on the end of Season 5. Got two episodes left, but it's just so good. My favourite TV show on at the moment. It just has so many twists and turns and moves so damn fast!
  8. Luke Cage is out now, who's gonna watch it? I'm actually looking forward to it. The first season was a bit ponderous, but I have slightly higher hopes for this one.
  9. This was my understanding too.
  10. This is the best World Cup ever!
  11. Oh my word, that Messi goal was something else.
  12. Yeah I assumed it was because of VAR. I can't think of any VAR decisions that have been wrong though, other than the penalties they haven't called (wrestling in the box). It will be interesting to see how the game changes moving forward. Maybe we'll just have more penalties and more goals. Maybe defenders will adapt. Maybe it will help stamp out diving (we wish).
  13. Is this just because more fouls are being caught due to VAR? Is it a coincidence?
  14. Seems like kind of a pointless rule tbh. I mean is anybody really going to list 10 Zelda games as their top 10? Or 10 Pokémon games? Are there even 10 good Pokémon games?
  15. I mean that wouldn't be fair on teams who weren't playing their rivals in the last game, but I guess that this situation happens so rarely (only once in World Cup history I think) that it probably doesn't matter.
  16. That only works if you're playing against the team you're competing against for the top spot.

    Diablo 3

Well I never played Diablo 2, but the co-op in this one is still pretty good, even with nothing to compare it to.
  18. I meant by drawing lots to see who wins the group, coming second and then getting a stronger team who knocks us out.
  19. I'm calling it now; England will draw against Belgium, get one more disciplinary card then them, and go out of the World Cup by drawing lots. It's the most England way possible after such a great start.
  20. Happy birthday Animal! May your be filled with soap-like drama.
