  1. I still need to do the expansions, but it's hard to find the time.
  2. Yeah but....Chuck as a superhero? They can't mess that up.
  3. Did DC just make.....a good film?
  4. I know it's not explicitly stated in the rules, but I didn't think we were allowed games that haven't been released yet.
  5. Don't buy a £6000 diamond ring then. Just as likely to get lost or stolen. Definitely don't get £100,000 out in cash, and stuff it into your clothes, and then wander round the bad part of town singing 'if I were a rich man'.
  6. Prolly gonna get Pokémon from that list, and that pretty much it. The other games I'm planning to get this year are all on PS4.
  7. Wow, what a bellend.
  8. It's definitely 'favourite' games. Results in a much wider variety of games rather than the usual suspects again. Means I sadly had to leave out "For Whom The Frog Tolls", but there we go.
  9. Looks angsty.
  10. I don't think so...
  11. This looks really tempting. I played through the original game, and liked it, but was happy to shelve it and forget about it after that. This is making me want to check it out again though. I have too many other games to play!
  12. Seemed like a handball to me. He moved it in a weird way towards the ball in my opinion. They were talking on TV about changing the rules so that literally any contact with a hand or arm is a handball, but I think that's silly. You could have people deliberately living the ball at people to get a handball and a free kick. Personally I think they need to go the other way, only make it a handball if someone deliberately catches it picks up the ball (or like an obvious, goalkeeper-like save) Anything else is fine. Sure, you might get a few instances where someone intentionally blocks a shot or controls the ball with their arm, but does it really matter? It's better than the farce they have now where you're trying to tell if it's a deliberate action or an unnatural arm placement.
  13. Sounds great, where are we going?
  14. Hmmm that would be interesting. I actually bought this for my Switch, but have only fired it up once or twice. This might be the incentive needed to play it a bit more.
  15. Not just the artwork, the placement of it is a little bit suspect also...
  16. I don't think it's the actors, I think it's the script. You can tell because when some of the characters crossover into other shows you don't notice it as much. Luke Cage was great in Defenders, and Claire seems like a normal human being in Daredevil.
  17. So i've now watched the first 3 or 4 episodes of Luke Cage, and it's.....pretty similar to season 1. It's still pretty slow, although that doesn't bother me too much, but the dialogue is still awfully clunky and awkward. people just say odd things all the time that don't feel natural or appropriate for the character. Also, why are the villains in Luke Cage all named after snakes? Is that a running theme in the comics for some reason? I like how they came up with a thin back story for why Cottonmouth was so named, and Diamondback obviously has a 'diamond back', but it seems like they just gave up with this new guy. He just appears in the first episode, and within the first 10 seconds of meeting him, he's all like "They call me Bushmaster!"......why? Because it's a pre-requisite to appear in this show to have a snakey name?
  18. I suspect Conte knew exactly what the situation was, and I can't believe him being sacked was a total surprise to him.
  19. Speaketh for yourself mate.
  20. Does this have local co-op?
  21. England looked like they panicked and reverted to the England of old. Still, it's unusual to go out of a tournament and still feel quite upbeat about the whole thing.
  22. I'd rather not be watching this.
  23. I think I've worked out the difference between this tournament and previous ones. That damn band has gone. That stupid fucking brass band playing the exact same tune for 90 mins, droning on and on, sowing nervousness and misery.
