Hmm I may have to try out this Multiplayer demo, I loved the single player. Very very fun.

Texas is southern US, it's coast is the Gulf of Mexico I believe well part of it. I'm in Michigan which is northern US east coast. I border Canada and the Great Lakes. Emasher is Canadian, and that's all I know from this side of the pond. I do know a Colombian from another site comes here for news though. I don't think he's on the forums though.

Trico is a pretty bleh name but I'm sure it'll be a great game. I can see what 1up means about the creature being an amalgamation of previous characters, although I'm skeptical about having a giant creature accompanying me through a platforming game similiar to Ico. Which this appears to be more Ico than SotC. Giant Creatures worked in SotC because they were the level/platforming/boss all in one not a partner. Can't wait though. I'm lazy so this is copypasta from where I first saw the footage. Also, 1up has a slight blurb on it, which my post refers to.

BSOD, Blue Screen Of Death my good man. Unmountable Boot Volume makes me think of the Hardrive, but I really don't know. A dead HD shouldn't make a PC BSOD, it just shouldn't go past Bios at that point.

I personally know someone who has done this. So it's not an impossibility, probably not even as rare as you think. To reiterate what everyone else said, gay hate is very unlikely here. That said, how do you feel about Opera hate? :p Oh and good luck.

I loved that game when I was younger, it was hard but damn fun. Actually atm Beth isn't really doing much with Fallout. They just released the third bit of DLC, and are compiling it into one package for retail. Obsidian Entertainment however is working on Fallout New Vegas. Also, the retro-ness storytelling/writing and the pipboy are hardly attributable to Bethesda. They may have directly made Fallout 3's story, but they had Interplay/Black Isle's stuff to work off of. Their PipBoy is different than the old PipBoys but still server the same purpose. Really it just has a nicer screen and different controls than the PipBoy 2000. Mind you, I'm not trying to say Beth is bad at those things, the Elder Scrolls universe is very fleshed out and well done, but in the case of Fallout they aren't fully responsible. Do you mean like the 2D isometric turn based system or what?

What do you mean 'downsize'? With a little work the could get Oblivion running on the Wii, it wouldn't look as good but the engine is very scalable. I've got it on my laptop, setting everything to minimum makes the game look worse than a PS1 title no joke, runs great though. As for the size of the world, they don't have to stream it all at once. They don't even do that on other systems which is why you'll hit the periodic loading point. Those points are usually hidden as the game loads the next area in the background, but it doesn't always go smoothly. Also as a quick point, Oblivion and Morrowind are both very downsized compared to Daggerfall(ES2). Daggerfall is approximately the size of great Britain. Of course the problem lies in the fact that it's all very generic while ES3/4 are very detailed.

You can be mature/M-rated without Gore perse. The games had blood, which isn't so bad by itself(but usually enough) they also have lots of dodgy references to drugs and sex and stuff which will get a Mature rating.

Idk about the ultra racer, but that Makopad looks pretty good to me. As for 3rd party pads, they are usually worse, but my bro got a MadCatz pad for the 360, it has the best feature ever. On the bottom of it is a switch that will turn inverted on or off without having to go through the games menus or anything.
