Argh, I can't remember the name of it right now, but I know a Colombian who uses a site that acts as his US address so he can order from all the US online stores and then they ship to him, for him it's cheaper I don't know for you though. A bit irrelevant atm unless you want to drop alot of cash on the game, which it's a great game, but...

Pyxis is correct about N/Draft N. N will only work if you have a wireless signal that is broadcasting in N though. I'm not sure about the market penetration of N though, I do know that g is very common on most routers.

Also of note with the series is the bullshit difficulties and respawning enemies. The difficulty isn't too bad so long as you don't play on Veteran, on Veteran it's just becomes stupid and unbalanced. The main problem with the difficulty though is the fact that you can spawn camp enemies forever, or at least until you run out of bullets. Enemies will continuously respawn until you cross some invisible line that tells them to stop. MW, and probably MW2, did have a gripping and well written narrative though.

According to Wikipedia: There is an OS X version. You could try and find that. You could also use Boot Camp I think...er idk for sure, but look into it. Nevermind trying to find the Mac version...$70 on Amazon :S Fallout 2 is slightly better priced, but not much, used it is though.

Works fine via Wired or Wireless if I'm right next to it. It may be my Laptop's wireless is what's dying idk though and have no simple way for checking with my laptop's screen being broken. Nope, nothing new it's just been slowly getting worse.

Hmm :/ I'm thinking unless someone says otherwise, I'll need to get a separate modem, but the only brands with DSL are TrendNet and D-Link, as stand alone modems and D-Link and :? ASUS have modem/wireless router combo. I'm kinda hoping for something along the lines of I can just turn the current modem/router into just a modem and use whatever I buy as the router, I'm just unsure of all of this networking stuff.

Copy and pasted from a PC forum, but I'm not sure if any of you guys have Networking experience/opinions. So without further ado. Well, for about a year the supplied wireless router from Verizon worked great, 5 bars everyin the house, basement or upstairs. Now...1-2 bars if I'm lucky in my room and basically speeds rivaling 28.8K (honestly, coming off of 56K last year, sites did load faster then). If I go and sit right next to the router though, 5 bars and full speed, so either the router is going kaput or my wireless card is. I'm going to get a router I suppose. My problem is though, I don't know a whole lot on the manufacturer side of things, along with a couple other things. Right now I'm thinking Newegg TrendNet I'm pretty sure my brother-in-law got a Treendnet, and it works great and gives service through most of his house(even with it's brick walls and tin roof and whatever other 1900's nonsense old houses have). It's got two external antennas which can only be good for reception, and hopefully the range is good. Wireless b/g/n. 4 Ethernet ports, etc. $35+Free Shipping. Good Deal/Brand/ect? Feel free to make suggestions, my budget could go upto probably 70, but I'd realy really rather not go higher than $50. Wireless N isn't really needed either since my laptop only supports a/b/g. The other thing is....when we got DSL we got a Modem/Wireless Router in one. Phone line comes in and that's that. So, without a separate modem from the router...whatdoido? How would I disable the routing of the modem and send the connection through a dedicated router? I hope that makes sense I feel I didn't articulate it very well. Hopefully a router will fix the problem and it isn't my laptop's wireless, but if it is I suppose I'd get a Wireless N USB Dongle. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833124284I'm also thinking about that but I'm unsure of the Internal Antennas...otherwise there is This which is practically the same.

The World Ends With You - Squeenix Fashion-Dance-JRPG!
Nolan replied to gaggle64's topic in Nintendo Gaming
If Bioshock has anything to teach, it's that a sequel can be made regardless of whether a door is open or not. That's not really an answer though...it's been long enough that I don't remember the specifics of the ending. -
Well, you can be playing playing MW, and your best buddies are all playing Halo or GoW or something singleplayer. Party Chat lets you talk to em all regardless. Also, joining friends on Live is a lot easier to do than on PSN.

A point, Live as a service is better than PSN. This comes from 2 things, MS has had more time to work on it(from 2002? with Xbox) and the money from subscribers helping the upkeep. There is also the fact that if 10 of my firends are playing on 360, and 2 are on PS3....unless I like those 2 5 times as much as the other 10 I'd go with the console featuring more people.

^This The originals are better, so if you want to be a fanboy you should play them as well. Although....you don't want to be a fanboy of Fallout. They have a very rabid fanbase, most of which went batshit crazy when bethesda took over Fallout 3. They denounced it immediately as Oblivion with guns.

It will just disable it for your PC. Just remember though, that any time you'll want to connect wirelessly you'd have to enable it. What's likely preferable to that though is (assuming Vista here) open "Network and Sharing Center" then click on "Manage Wireless Networks" then right click properties of the wireless network and uncheck the box next to connect automatically.

TF2 is pretty simple to run, and great fun. Even greater at that price.

Dan Dare, there is still time to wipe your memory. You just need to get absolutely plastered with the strongest Alcohol you can find. Then go out in a blaze of glory. Hopefully by the time you wake up, you won't remember a thing.

If your board has something called ACC (Advanced Clock Calibration) in it's Bios you should be able to enable the other cores. ACC was designed for a different reason though, and even if it's still available they may have it fixed where enabling it won't allow for the other cores. Looks good though, hope it all goes well.

I don't think it will make a very large difference. It runs slightly faster, but has a higher latency. I've read a few things about hte current AM3 CPUs which can use DDR2 or DRR3 and there is minimal performance difference. It's there but nothing to be fussed about. I'd certainly say go with the business model.

32 bit just means 3.25GB of RAM rather than 4GB. It also uses the same everything you're use to, 64 bit would allow for more RAM and 64 bit programs, something running in 64bit should be faster than it's 32 bit counter part, but that only matters if the software you are using even has 64 bit. The 9600GS is a good GPU, iirc the desktop version is basically a renamed 8800GS

N will only work with a router sending out an N signal afaik. The more Wireless compatibility the better, it never hurts to be prepared. That's a pretty nice sounding Laptop though, DDR3 and a decent GPU and CPU. LED screens are apparently really nice as any review of handheld with them will attest to. A 9 Cell battery is nice as well. I'd say if you can swing the cash, go for that Dell, I know two people with very similar Dells (I know they both have the 4570 at least) and they're very happy with them.

Depends on how you measure intelligence. A gang from teh ghetto will have more street smarts, but they'll likely be below average when it comes to conventional knowledge, sometihng like telling the time on an analog watch/clock may escape them.
-
For the price, you can't really do better, sorry about the google luck, it happens. Really it comes down to if you want to risk Acer's support and quality. If not you can go higher or lower in price, but the GPU and CPU will suffer.
-
I think I can accurately say that Race and Intelligence do not correlate.

I actually like 3 the most. Resurrection though....ugh.
