My copy was at home last night, gave it a few hours. So far, it's pretty good. Do like the updated stealth options in comparison to the 1st, and the costume choices are decent. Spent much of my time just running around collecting wood and stuff to upgrade my bow.

Started and finished Actual Sunlight today. Weird, yet a very dark game. Darkest i've played in a long time, and quite difficult to explain.

I decided to switch banks last month from HSBC to TSB, basically i'd had enough of HSBC never answering their phones and randomly locking my online access to my account. They did compensate me for calling and apologised for not being able to get through. But by now i had enough, and switched. Put the switch through, all funds and direct debits switched over to TSB. Part of the process at the end involves closing my old account. All good, however had a text from HSBC saying my account is overdrawn. Little bit confused, i try a call to HSBC. Get through in about 10 minutes, got my online number sorted but not the app*. I mentioned the text, was put on hold for 10 minutes whilst they figured out what i said. Was told i was overdrawn by £11 (£6 plus £5 a day charge). Tried to pay it, they couldn't take payment and i had to call TSB to make the payment to them. Little bit weird, but hey ho. Put the payment through to HSBC from my TSB account, the payment left my account but bounced back. Even more confused now, so thought it was time to contact the financial ombudsman about it. He asked for any letters i've had concerning the HSBC issue. Sent their response to my complaint. However the other day i got a letter from TSB saying the switch was done and my HSBC account was closed. Have now sent this to the ombudsman too. So currently, as it stands i have an old HSBC account i can't make a payment to as it's bouncing any payments i make back. Which i'm assuming is because it's closed, but has an overdraft payment i can't clear. *They said they'd call me back to sort it, they did. However i was on a train and not happy to discuss my finances in public.

Nintendo Zones only found in GAME, limits Streetpass hits from relays

Wise move, it would have got lost in the flow.

Bethesda do a u-turn on mods, coming to PS4 versions of Skyrim first then Fallout 4 later. Also, Skytim is getting a PS4 4k upgrade.

Currently on a recruitment project at the moment, have been 1/2 running it with my manager. So that means distributing out tasks to do between 3 people and making sure things are up to date. So, i've had a few days off the last couple of weeks, left a few tasks to do. No-one did them, and what was done was a shambles and had no idea if anything was done. Had a meeting with the team to discuss why things were not done, got a few "shrugs". Had a complaint put against me for challenging why work wasn't done, so not best pleased with that. Had 2 days off last week for the Mrs's birthday. Came back on Monday, to find nothing done and 7 more people added to the team. I've also been removed from running the project, but i'm still on the project. My ideas for sorting things out have been credited to someone else thinking of them, so i'm not getting the credit where it's due. And i'm being left with the crap no-one else wants to do, however as it's such a mess (and things keep moving around in the folders) i have no idea where to start Asking to move to a different project as i can't work with this team.

Replayed Tomb Raider on the PS4 in prep for RotTR next week. As good as ever, loved the combat and the upgrading of skills.

Just finished my play of the remastered Tomb Raider, pumped for this next week.

You don't need the camera to play this game.

Running around the new Crucible mode, collecting crests. Enjoying it a lot more than Control, much more fast paced combat.

Welcome back sir

For £8, yes. Basically, it's a game where you create papercraft in a story/adventure game. It uses the PS4 touchpad well, and makes use of the PS4 camera.

Most of the games i saw were played on PC's with PS4/Xbox specs. So i'm assuming the same was with this. Couldn't get a slot to play Horizon, reservation only and most were gone by the time i got there.

This was playable at EGX this year, with the Noculus. Plays well, however the Noculus is something else. No other way to say it, when your character farts, you smell it. And it stinks.

Indeed, it was all done within a week. Can't fault it. Couldn't imagine doing it myself, probably would have forgotten a direct debit or two.

If the servers settle down and let people sign-on that is. Been reading up, apparently there's a sign-on queue on both the Xbox One and PS4 servers at the moment.

When i was younger, i was picky. I only played games of a certain genre, and only by certain developers. And because i was younger, i didn't have the funds i have now in order to buy games. Had to save up pocket money, and any money i had at Birthdays and Christmas's and choose games wisely. Best bargain i had was a copy of F-Zero X for £3 at a car boot sale. These days, i'm not so picky. And i guess i can thank the likes of PS+,Games with Gold and forums online. Some games i'd never have thought about playing, games like Rocket League, Dead Rising, Journey and Mass Effect. I'd never have played games like this when i was younger.

Switched banks last week, the final message came through saying my money has been transferred this morning. Basically, HSBC (the bank i was with before) kept locking out my online account. This was after using the codes they provided to get it going, and having to wait an hour (most of the time, 30 minutes) on hold on the phone to get through to someone. Could never get through, so complained about it. They said "sorry" and gave me £30 to go towards the calls i've needed to make. So, decided to switch my account over to TSB. They did all the work, direct debits set-up (and one or two came out before my money was transferred, but they've refunded the overdraft charge).

My copy arrived today, came in a nice shiny box

I flip between the Journey theme, Tearaway Unfolded and PS 20th Anniversary. Yet to see any issues, but the new update certainly is different.

I'll hold that record with my head held high. Can't remember ever surviving a full Crucible match.

Apparantly, the PS4 4.00 update including HDR that was discussed last week is out tomorrow.

Just so happened to see this pop up on my facebook wall, it was shared on Charles Marnett's wall. There's a fundraiser (may still be going on) in memory of Chris.

Mods not coming to PS4 editions of Skyrim, Bethesda are blaming Sony.
