Making some good progress in-game. Did take some getting used to, not used to a Zelda game being this open world. Well, not since the original on the NES. Did randomly get Epona from the Smash Link Amiibo. then she ultimately died on the way to a Sheikah Tower just East of Kakariko. The Sheikah tower West of Hyrule Castle, urghhh. Can't climb that due to a combination of not enough arrows and the damn Wizrobes buzzing around.

Union reps in my place offer advice, make sure the correct procedures are followed. And if anything is out of place (aka bullying, harassment etc) they stand up against those whom bully etc. Had a meeting today to discuss the reasons as to why they are holding me back. Each answer given was the same as whatever the 1st answer was. Asked if there was any chance of going up to the new department, they said probably not. So yeah, i'm currently applying for work outside of the company now. It's clearly obvious they are holding me back and preventing me from achieving more.

Further onto this, dream was shattered this afternoon. Been told i'm to remain in the old department on the project i left on Wednesday. I'm actually pretty livid to be honest, was looking forward to a new start, new work and new colleagues to work. Already informed my rep of this, she's not happy.

That, i was kind of worried about. Massive map, not a lot going on. Don't get me wrong, what i played of it earlier in the year was good. But i can kind of see the point.

Even though i had a dispatch email (or two) yesterday, i had another 3 dispatch emails come today from Shopto. All with different dispatch codes and the same order number. Dropped Shopto a quick message to see why they keep spamming me with dispatch notices, they said it's just in case it was sent to my junk inbox. Did ask when my copy of Breath of the Wild was dispatched, they said it was 3pm this afternoon and not 12pm yesterday. Cheers for getting my hopes up for a day early play-through. Still, can't complain. Been busy all day today anyway.

It's the only reason i keep my WiiU plugged in is because of Zelda. Had an argument with some friends in a gaming group i'm part of over my reasons to not get a Switch. Unfortunately, it has resulted in them not wanting to talk to be as i'll be playing Breath of the Wild on (what they call) an inferior dead machine. Honestly, some people can be quite pathetic. Have heard of the Joy-con issues, hopefully they get resolved pretty quickly. As for friend codes, urgghh. Will Nintendo ever learn.

I don't take reviews seriously these days, heck i've not even read the review for Horizon at all. But the game is fantastic. The way i see it, i use them as advice on how the game could be. But, and there is a but. Some reviews can be seriously biased towards driving sales, and embargo's on game reviews do just that. It's happening more and more now, and i'm not a fan of it myself. It's like Destiny, that couldn't be reviewed until launch when the servers were switched on.

Shopto sent out the DLC code, then a 2nd email saying it can't be redeemed until today.

Shopto have dispatched my copy of Breath of the Wild. If it arrives early, what are the chances the patch is available to download tomorrow.

Enjoying it so far. Beautiful game indeed, just getting used to the combat.

Yeah, that's pathetic bringing the score down. It's not like there's another huge release this week Forgot about the large install, damn.

Also getting a WiiU version of Breath of the Wild, reasons as to why are in the Other Switch thread. So i can also give a honest opinion on how the WiiU version holds up on the system.

For me, the Switch is an interesting console. My decision to not get one comes down to: The Price for the console, games, accessories etc Games i want at launch In terms of games i'm after for launch, it's just Zelda. And between now and E3 (maybe beyond) it's just Zelda that interests me. I can't warrant paying £280 (and additional £50-£60) for the console and the game. It's coming on the WiiU, and it's cheaper also. No brainer really for me. Plus (i know it's the tech and all that), it's the price of the accessories that kills it for me. Don't get me wrong, i can easily afford a Switch. But i can't warrant purchase, at least for now.

There was another member, once. They were called Rokhed, and they were certainly a different person. Once, a person whom was nice enough. Then changed and went on a tyrade over their own fantasies and sexuality over time.

Reading back on that, brings a smile to my face. So many names that i don't see post as much, if at all in the last few years. Reminds me of another certain member's tyrade.

Moving to a new department in 2 weeks. Going to one which has full flexibility (aka no late shifts, no weekends and can work near-enough what hours i'd like between 8am and 8pm.

Coming on June 30th on PS4 (enhanced for PS4 Pro). No mention if it's worldwide release or not, but use as a guide for now.

Had enough of an individual in the office, to the point I put in a complaint against them. Basically, they have an opinion, don't like listening to other opinions. And love telling people how to do their jobs. This person isn't even a manager, and it annoys a lot of people.

New suit for a wedding i'm going to next weekend. Nice bargain on it all, just over £120 for all. There was a nice sale on, so thought i'd take a chance on it.

This could be a good thing or a bad thing. E3 is already pretty packed, even though it's getting smaller with not as many developers attending as previous years. Adding 15,000 more to the field could be a nightmare for everyone, including the press.
