What's the source for that boxart? I think it's cool but not much different from the fan-made (assuming that's the real one and not another fan-made one) efforts we've seen in the past.

It also echoes Mario 64's boxart. Or maybe it's the other way around...

Can't see how it could be fan-made as the artwork used in it is totally original and hasn't been released before.

Have they changed the cover? This is not the one that was announced earlier. I hope this is the real one, it looks way better.

The previous one was old artwork with the logo slapped on.

Wow that cover is absolutely beautiful. Much better than Sunshines cover which was pretty average tbh.

Yeah, sunshines was a bit "meh".

This is awesome though, and a good homage (sp) to mario 64 (boxart)

That box art is just wow.It looks lovely.

This has to be one of the best box arts i've ever seen.I could stare at that for hours never mind losing myself in the game.

Now that is one of the best Nintendo boxarts I've ever seen.

Only best Nintendo boxart? I'd say one of the best boxarts full stop.

Oh, and Moria. Done.

what's the thing in the upper left corner?

The pill planet - the inside part plays almost like a 2D game, and the red/blue parts represents different directions of gravity. It's been seen in many trailers.

there seems to be a black hole involved too, this is gonna rule so much

If there's a black hole underneath a planetoid, it means you've got a "traditional" planetoid (i.e. gravity on it only goes down). So there's plenty of black holes.

edit: that means that you can't go on the side/bottom of the planet.
