Toad's "I'M THE BEST" and all the other nonsense spoutings from the Mario Kart cast, too. I don't think anyone has managed to figure out what exactly the Mario Kart DS cast say when they overtake, so that can't really be included. My favourite videogame quote ever is in Halo 2.
