Frank Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Salt and Vinegar is the way to go! Also, you say culchie like it's a bad thing. We don't all live in fancy-shmancy D4 :p
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 I fucking love chips! Or crisps, or whatever the sheet you non-europeans call them. Crisps, chips, I love both. Wotsits and greeeeasy chippies. I'm a huge fan of potato wedges. Mmm. Also, French Fries as in the thin chips are total suck. There's not enough chip there for my liking. My chips have to be fat. Anddd, Chip Butties and Crisp sandwiches are a guilty pleasure of mine. When I was Little_LiNk, I used to get 3 slices of bread and make double decker chip butties. Covered that stuff in tomato sauce. Mmmmmm. I want one now.

I was actually in the Tayto Castle (i.e. factory) in Armagh before, for school. It was fun, and we got free cRISPs!
heroicjanitor Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Posting the Northern packaging... Tut tut. This is our one.

Emerald Emblem Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 If I ever run out of wafer thin turkey, I can always count on a bag of Pickled Onion monster Munch to fill the empty space between my bread slices. That or go down the nearby chippy and buy a small bag of chips, either way I'm fed.

When she says "that's the packaging in the north", she is talking about the hideous one previously posted. Which would explain this: Raining_again said: *looks at my location* *looks back at you with RAISED EYEBROW* Whut you talkin' bou willis?!?! p.s culchies ftw But I wouldn't really know, since I don't eat those crips. "crips" spelt intentionally that way.

mcj metroid Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 In ireland taytos is pretty much the umbrella term for anything crisp related. At least in my experience anyway. It's like how playstation used to refer to any sort of gaming.
