Xpert 11 Season 15: On Your Talent Agent's Secret Service

Mcoy was a bit worried after his massive loss on Tuesday. It appears that Mad is destroying everyone at the moment and Mcoy came back with a dominant win which eases his mind for the time being.

Mcoy is going to try and focus more on press releases rather then on these forums just to keep things interesting with Rising Phoenix.

I hate it when you have way more possession and chances, and your skill bars are higher but your team waste their opportunities!

Should have won today.

Mcoy kind of had the same problem last week. Mcoy thought his tactics weren't bad however he just got destroyed 4- 0. Mcoy just guesses the home advantage and luck factor can sometimes just kick in and destroy you regardless of how well your team is prepared :P

Had to share this with you guys...

"Zacharias Noel is given permission to miss training in order to meet his new mail-order bride at the airport. He still manages to get a good physical workout that day, and he is so impressed with the team's support that he puts extra effort in the next day, and his form increases."

Gameday 2

Happenstance FC 2 - 0 Intergalactico Stars

Happenstance start their season off with a home tie against Intergalactic Stars. Two disappointing seasons see Happenstance stranded in the bottom league, they are certainly among the favorites to be promoted, especially after an solid first win. The deadlock wasn't broken until the 84th minute, after a bruising encounter which saw three yellow cards dished out to both sides. The first goal came from the penalty spot. Kono with the neat finish from the spot. They doubled their lead three minutes later, after a super cross from substitute Falco, was directed in off of Gregors head. Happenstance FC will be satisfied with their first win. Captain Kono and Gregor were Happenstances main driving force today, they'll certainly hope their good form continues. Intergalactico Stars will be slightly conceanred after picking up only one point in their first two fixtures. They will certainly need to turn their form around if they want to have a successful season.

Edd Kirby Athletic 2 - 1 Hammerboys

Edd Kirby Athletic gave Hammerboys their second defeat in two games after a tight 2-1 win. Kirby were held to a slightly disappointing draw in their first fixture, but they have hit back with a important home win. Hammerboys, in their second away game in a row, suffered another loss. Kirby went ahead on the 16th minute after a beauty of a freekick was headed in by Ger Saeys. Fredrick Hill was then subbed off by Kirby after he endured a slight knock, he was replaced by Baldry. Kirby then took another hit, after defender Smith scored an embarrassing own goal on the 22nd minute. Kirby were then award a penalty after the Hammerboys defender made silly tackle and conceded the spot kick. Substitute Baldry stepped up bravely, and put the penalty in the bottom right corner, and gave his team the lead once again. In a game short of chances, Edd Kirby Athletic did enough to get their first win of the season. They must try and use this win as a stepping stone to better results. Hammerboys lose again, they really need to get some points on the board if they want to achieve a good position in the league.

Complete Domstercool 1 -0 Rising Phoenix

Domstercool got a reasonable draw away at home on the opening day of fixtures, while Rising Phoenix won comfortable at home. Both teams were confident of pulling off a win. It was Domstercool who struck first though. Just five minutes in, a Phoenix defender was lucky to not get a card after hacking down lone striker Mansell, who stepped up to slot the penalty away. Domstercool continued to dominate possession. After half time, veteran Domstercool midfielder Jimmy Richards was the victim of a crunching tackle from the opposition. He had to be substituted, Siddall came on in place of him. Lorimer was then taken off after sustaining a minor ankle injury for Phoenix. Domstercool did enough to get the win today, although Rising Phoenix will certainly be disappointed that they couldn't get on the scoresheet.

Murrchester United 3 - 0 Juicy Fruits

On the back of a great home win, Murrchester were eager to build on their solid start. They flew out of the blocks, scoring twice in the first seventeen minutes. Umemoto scored the first, and then went on the assist Sahara for the second. Murrchester were dominating the possession and chances, as the Fruits midfield were lacking any kind of creativity. Murrchester then rubbed salt in the wounds as they snatched a third, courtesy of a wonderful curling finish from Wester. Murrchester score three, on top of their four in the first game, as they further state their intentions.

--------------------

Player of the Day - Reiichi Umemoto of Murrchester United

An assist and a goal for the classy Murrchester midfielder, who was inspirational for his team today going forward.

Important Result - Happenstance FC 2 - 0 Intergalactico Stars

Pre-season favorites Happenstance got their title bid of to a important home win. They will certainly look to build on this and push further towards the top of the table.

Turned on the Style Award - Murrchester United

Six chances to Juicy Fruits none. They also dominated possession. Great attacking football from Murrchester.

Madpools midfield can't always force us to play 4-5-1

Their play won't always degrade us

They won't always control us

We will be victorious?

Madpool 4-0 Mcoys Sons

Madpool pulled off a riotous display against the normally tactically astute Sons side. Playing 4-5-1 against a 4-3-3 Sons side, Madpool dominated chances playing to their strengths. Quintal lost his marker and curled the ball in that youth midfielder Trainer headed home. Hiles teed up Carey who thumped a shot home to make it 2-0, Carey then set up another Trainer header to finish the game before half time. Quintal found Hadley with a set piece, Hadley volleyed in a shot that hit the post and went in to make it 4-0. Unbelievably every one of Madpools mid fielders had either scored or assisted a goal in this match. With 59% possession and 7 chances to 3 it was clear Madpool were deserved winners of this game. The Sons underperformed and were left licking their wounds after getting their tactics badly wrong. Madpool shoot to the top of the table and are looking good value for money.

DuDs Baggies 0-0 Noodle Esporte Clube

The Baggies are having a hard time keeping their momentum from last seasons shock 2nd place finish going. Noodle on the other hand will be pleased with an away point, both teams played 4-5-1. However Noodle created literally no chances while Baggies had 6 clear efforts on goal. Badderley up front by himself was unable to penetrate an impressive Noodle defense that frustrated him again and again. Noodle were awarded 3 yellow cards as their players tried to hold Baggies back sometimes literally. However it ended with Noodle gaining a deserved point, while Baggies midfield was better they did nothing with their extra chances.

Silverdale Hotpot 2-4 Haden United

Silverdale lost their first home game of the season in a dramatic clash with United who continue a strong start to the season. Silverdale played 4-3-3 while United went for 3-4-3, so it was no surprise this was a high scoring contest. Marconossi struck early with a low shot that pinged in off the post to put the visitors ahead, Riley found his way past Uniteds defense and leveled it with a close range shot. Youth striker Sbaccanti played the game of his life and deserved to be on the score sheet as he headed United back in the league before half time. However before half time, talisman from last season Durov was badly injured and will be out for Uniteds next game. United were furious with tackles aimed at them and rushed the referee when Marconossi was brought down in the penalty box. An angry Silverdale captain protested but the penalty was give, Marconossi punted down the middle for the win celebrating in the home fans end provocatively. 3 minutes later Silverdales star player Sidwell was brought down outside the box and curled home a ferocious free kick, the home fans had something to cheer about again. However United just had to many chances (6 to 3 for Silverdale) and Eveleens finished the game off with a goal from a corner kick. United are starting the season in style, while Silverdale are struggling to gain momentum.

Dysonism F.C 2-0 Battlestar Odwinica

In somehow the first game between these two sides, the current champions beat a youthful Odwinica side comfortably without demolishing them. Playing 3-5-2 against a Odwinica 4-4-2 Dysonism found themselves in trouble early. Stenholm was badly injured after 19 minutes and a defender had to come on to replace him as Dysonism had no midfielders left! Still Mclen blasted in a long range shot to settle Dysonism nerves before half time. The game was a quiet one with 5 chances to Dysonism and only 1 to Odwinica, Mclen struck again before the end to make it 2-0 and seal the game. Odwinica look to be picking targets to get points off and picking teams to develop youth with, this game was the latter. Dysonism will be happy but their lack of squad depth was exposed again.

Most Important Result: Silverdale Hotpot 2-4 Haden United, United keep an impressive start going with an away victory against a struggling Silverdale.

Turned on the Style Award: Madpool, simply sublime yet again in their midfield play.

Player of the Day: Favio Sbaccanti, Haden United, showing he is developing into quite a striker with a good goal and assist.

Not surprised to have lost to the champions who are unbeaten at home for so many games. Bit like trying to get points against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge! In a way kinda glad it was only a 2-0 loss, so morale isn't completely low. Huge lifeline in my next game against BSO who has some key injuries, so my team are determined to get 3 points next game.

Round 3

Don't be afraid to take risks and invest in young new players from your youth squad. They could be the next generation of superstars.

AFC ReZ’s Rabies 2 – 5 Bayern Bru

It proved to be a case of having the right man at the right time as a closely fought match suddenly turned into a wipeout for the Rabies as Noa Brusling emerged a new hero for Byaern Bru. Sparks flew in the first half Alm delivered again for the Rabies to take the lead with a superb counter attack after ten minutes. Bayer had the run of play however and soon equalised with a fantastic freekick by Lindpere and claimed the lead before half time with a great opportunity from MacCalman. Things started badly for Bayern as the Rabies, knowing they needed to reclaim the advantage, pressured and forced a terrible own goal from Dahlin. Bru recovered and from among them came Brusling, winning and taking a penalty. Suddenly fired he up he went on the rampage, scoring first with an epic header and then slipping through the defence for the hat trick just before time. An epic performance winning him well deserved her status amongst fans.

Cubic County 2 – 0 Emo Blades

Cubic County finally got their campaign properly underway with a surprising and surely welcome win against the on-form Emo Blades. Cubic dominated the play, locking down the Blades offensive capability at every turn. Things simply never came together for the Blades as the suffered and early injury and struggled to create chances. The goals took some time in coming with Paddy Gould eventually claiming both for Cubic County well into half time, ending a long, long day for the Emo Baldes defence.

The Sixty-Fourthers 2 – 1 Eight United

The Sixty-Fourthers finally eased to their first victory of the season as Eights United continues to struggle woefully at the bottom of the table. This time the youth came through, Panadoplis striking home thanks to a great setup by captain Svendenius. A second goal before half time from vetran favourite Gobady seemed definitive. Eights came back hard in the second half, fighting for every chance but could only manage a single consolation goal seven minutes from time thanks to Alec Savanson’s heroic efforts.

Recall United 2 – 2 Chelski FC

Recall were starting to find the limits of their powers as the unstoppable force came up against the immovable object, Chelski FC. With thr run of play against them Recall United were all things considered lucky to make it away with a point. A pair of freekicks each way from Brammer for Chelski and then Whiteside for Recall kept things square until Ling finally lead a breakthrough for Chelski, setting an easy header for Cotino to take the lead. Things were running against the ‘League 2 champs but their luck held, winning a freekick and Rhian Deacon making the most of it. Chelski FC spent the whole second half on the offensive, punching through the Recall defence again and again but ultimately failed to find the back of net, repeated sighs of relief audible across the home stands.

Most Important Result - Recall United 2 – 2 Chelski FC, Chelski finally putting the brakes on Recall United.

Turned on Style – Cubic County pull through at a crucial moment.

Player of the Day – Noa Brusling in absolutely peerless form for Bayern Bru.

Turned on Style – Cubic County pull through at a crucial moment.

As I forgot to set tactics for that match, and so did Jay so he spent most of the match with 10 players due to an injured player and having nobody on the bench, I'd like to pass on this award to Bayern Bru.
