Hopefully he can act better than he did in Transformers.

The film had BETTER be awesome. Or there will be murders.

He was barely acting in Transformers, he spend most of the movie running and saying "no, no ,no ,no, no, no"

The only thing that could justify the still screen is Indy punching him in the face while he´s going "no, no, no, no, no"

Arrested Development's Will Arnett to voice supercar, Hasselhoff confirmed for cameo; remake coming in February.

It's not exactly the Arrested Development reunion that everyone was hoping for, but at least we'll be able to hear Gob Bluth's voice talk to Michael once more.

Illusions, Michael. Tricks are something that...

NBC today announced that Will Arnett, who played the popular not-so-adept magician and brother to Jason Bateman in Arrested Development, will be voicing the supercar K.I.T.T. in the network's telefilm remake of Knight Rider. Arnett's role on the all-too-short-lived Fox comedy helped him launch a successful career that has included parts in 30 Rock and the films Let's Go To Prison, Blades of Glory, and the upcoming Semi-Pro.

As previously hinted at, David Hasselhoff will also reprise his role as Michael Knight. However, the TV movie will focus on Mike Tracer, a 23-year-old "jaded" army vet (and previously mentioned to be Knight's son, but not confirmed in today's release from NBC) played by All My Children's Justin Bruening.

K.I.T.T.--now with power windows.

K.I.T.T. will also undergo a massive facelift, and it's bad news for mullet-haired Trans-Am fans. NBC has inked a deal with Ford which will see K.I.T.T. be a shape-shifting computer-hacking Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR.

NBC will air the two-hour movie on Sunday, February 17 at 9 p.m. If it performs well, it could also be turned into a regular series.

The movie's tone hasn't been disclosed, but with Wil Arnett on board--as a car--it certainly opens up the possibilities of Knight Rider being a comedy. Executive producer Doug Liman previously directed the cool comedy Swingers, but writer David Andron's only previous writing credit was for a drama.

Bond 22 news

http://uk.movies.ign.com/articles/843/843390p1.html

UK, January 3, 2008 - The latest bond film – rumoured to be named simply 007 – begins filming at Pinewood Studios in the U.K. today, and as if that wasn't exciting enough, we've also learned that two Casino Royale cast members are set to reprise their roles in the sequel.

According to Variety, Jeffrey Wright and Giancarlo Giannini are both returning for the film. In 007's previous instalment, Wright played CIA agent Felix Leiter – Bond's American liaison and all-round best buddy.

Giannini, meanwhile, is set to continue as corrupt cop Mathis – Bond's ally in Montenegro who betrayed him and Vesper to Le Chiffre and was last seen being carted off to jail by British agents.

Both casting picks reinforce the rumours that the plot of Bond 22 – again set to star Daniel Craig in the title role – will carry on directly from Casino Royale, with the British secret agent possibly set to continue investigating the criminal cartel that caused so much mischief last time round.

Apparently an announcement on the female lead is due in two weeks, with the finished film scheduled for release on November 7th this year.

Brandon Routh Dumped as Superman and Singer Unlikely to Direct - Thats if the movie ever happens.

The Daily Planet is reporting, er, I mean, Latino Review is reporting that Superman will look a little different when he next hits the big screen : Seems he won’t look so much like Brandon Routh.

Why? Routh has been dumped from the role. Booted from Metropolis like a Meteor freak.

The next stand-alone “Superman” movie – which was to be the Bryan Singer-directed “The Man of Steel”, only Singer’s no longer involved, so who knows what it'll end up being, let alone titled – will feature a new Supes/Clark Kent.

Who?

The site says that whoever is cast as the new Superman in the forthcoming “Justice League” will play the same role in the solo film that’ll follow. Interestingly enough - or rather 'how's this for a kick in the balls'? - they're after a youngster (someone in their early twenties) to play the JLA "Superman", so the next Superman movie won't be so much "SuperMAN" as it will be... "Superboy".

Sucks to be Brandon Routh right now.

A new Superman will only happen if Jutice League is a big box office hit, due to Superman Returns only just making a profit (thought that was the studios fault giving it such a massive budget)

Starring alongside Craig is an impressive international cast led by the critically acclaimed French actor Mathieu Amalric as the sinister villain, and the Ukranian actress Olga Kurylenko who plays 007's leading lady.

Commenting on the announcement, Wilson and Broccoli said, "We are fortunate to continue in the Bond tradition of attracting the finest international actors for our starring roles. Mathieu in the role of Dominic Greene, a leading member of the villainous organization introduced in 'Casino Royale,' will be a powerful counterpart to Daniel's portrayal of Bond. Olga Kurylenko will play the dangerously alluring Camille, who challenges Bond and helps him come to terms with the emotional consequences of Vesper's betrayal."

She is quite hot, but can she act?

It seems so:

Olga Kurylenko recently co-starred opposite Timothy Olyphant in Hitman and opposite Elijah Wood in Paris, je t'aime. She also appeared in starring roles in Eric Barbier's thriller The Serpent and Diane Bertrand's The Ring Finger, for which she received the Best Actress award at The Brooklyn International Film Festival in 2006. She recently had a role in Tyranny, directed by John Beck Hofman.

On French television, multi-lingual Kurylenko appeared in the mini-series "Suspectes" and the drama "The Good Luck Charm."
