kyletherobot Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Why not both! I have just created the best thing ever. Take a look as this beauty... It's a Pasta Pizza. The ultimate in Italian cuisine. I'm pretty pleased with myself for creating this in the grimiest of student kitchens haha. Tell all of your friends!
Ten10 Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Uh............................ Maybe you over did it a little with the topping?
Blackfox Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 That actually looks pretty tasty! Pizza would win everytime though.
Stocka Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 That looks horrible. Anyway pasta wins for me. I only want pizza occassionally where as pasta I can eat most of the time, and enjoy it a hell of a lot more too.
weeyellowbloke Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Hmmm, looks a bit bleugh to me, but I admire your dedication to food experimentation. Actually, it's made me hanker for a pizza all of my own, but can I be bothered to walk for 20 minutes to get one..... oh bugger it I will.
Guest Stefkov Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 That looks really nice. The two things I love with each other...why hasn't my mum even thought of that. I wonder what it would taste like with sweetcorn, ham and BBQ sauce on it.
Cube Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 So, thats why Pizza Hut do the Pizza & Pasta buffet.
MoogleViper Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 I thought of doing that before but I'm too lazy. Kudos to you.
Raining_again Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Looks tasty, although wouldn't be nice if the pasta was overcooked.
Atomic Boo Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Hmmm, i have both regularly, and its a really tough decision, but you cant beat a really good pizza. As for your concoction, it looks a bit OTT but i like the idea.

Eenuh Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 I think I can combine pizza and spaghetti in Cooking Mama... *gonna try it* Anyway, looks quite nice actually, though maybe a bit too much pasta. Did it taste good? =3
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 You've ruined a perfectly good pizza. Looks horrible, imo. Not evening going to try that one. Pizza and pasta are seperate beings, and they are best kept that way. However, anyone remember that heinz baked beans pizza? Now that's the way to do it.
Letty Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 However, anyone remember that heinz baked beans pizza? Now that's the way to do it. oh god yes. that looks really nice red shift
antster1983 Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 However, anyone remember that heinz baked beans pizza? Now that's the way to do it. That was a pizza! Whatever happened to it?
rokhed00 Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 However, anyone remember that heinz baked beans pizza? Now that's the way to do it. That was disgusting.
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Glad to see some of us are showing some baked beans on pizza love. Rokhed, join us, you know you want to.
Fields Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 Wow. Just... wow. That is officially the Best Thing in the History of the World Everâ„¢. I salute you.
Ashley Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 I prefer pasta, its healthier as well. Its rare I actually want a pizza. That thing looks...odd. Quite postmodern, but not as postmodern as the aforementioned baked beans pizza.
Shorty Posted January 18, 2007 Posted January 18, 2007 I probably eat Pizza more often because whenever I'm out of food, I convince James to let me have half of one of his. But, I love my pasta. Couldn't go without it! Spaghetti Carbonara from a genuine Italian restaurant wins.
harribo Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Bit off topic anyone else ever used sausage rolls as a sandwich filling? Also the pizza looks horrid. Pizza alone is great and I practicallly live on it. Pasta I have every now and again although pastas still great just not as great as pizza and am I the only person in the UK who doesn't like baked beans?
kyletherobot Posted January 19, 2007 Author Posted January 19, 2007 the pizza did taste pretty good. just gave the pizza a bit more substance, made it more filling. i may try some different pizza toppings now, different kinds of pasta maybe, ill be sure to post a picture on here so you can all admire it haha.
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 Screw the pasta. Just pour some baked beans over the pizza. You know you want to. It makes perfect sense.
Cube Posted January 19, 2007 Posted January 19, 2007 The best pizza I ever had was: Home made base Mushroom sauce (instead of the usual tomato) Mushrooms Cheese More mushrooms, chicken Cheese More mushrooms, chicken, sweetcorn. Cheese Was gorgeous. i may try some different pizza toppings now, different kinds of pasta maybe, ill be sure to post a picture on here so you can all admire it haha. How about making some sort of tuna pasta bake (with some kind of tomato sauce), and slamming that on top of the pizza, with added cheese on top?
