Slaggis Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Hold Your Colour: Outstandingly brilliant. In Silico (bar Granite, Midnight Runner and a few others) : wtf wtf, this isn't Pendulum! I like them both...some of the new tracks are really good though. "Mutiny" and "Showdown" are awesome and then the obvious "Propane Nightmares".
spirited away Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 I like them both...I really like some of the new tracks are really good though. "Mutiny" and "Showdown" are awesome and then the obvious "Propane Nightmares". I'm just not a fan of the greater prevalance of vocals and the fact they've gone more mainstream. Hence, my favourite songs are the purer DnB tracks: Granite, Visions, Midnight Runner. I still think it's a good album, but it's not a touch on the excellence of Hold Your Colour - that was an amazing album though.

Cube Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 This has now been dispatched: My first CD purchase since August 2006. Excluding a one or two iTunes CD purchases, anyway.
That Guy Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Arrived in the post today from Amazon. Think I'll have to listen a few times before I can really comment on how good I think it is. It's not as catchy as Costello Music but there are some great songs on it so far. Will have to listen to the second half of it more as they may grow on me.
DanielTimothy Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 I have those too, and they're pretty damn good. You won't be dissapointed! On an unrelated note, I'm off to an anime convention in August, so I got myself this cosplay of... ...Yuan friom Tales of Symphonia! ^^ Cost me quite a bit though. Now all I need for that cosplay is the wig. That cosplay is insanely awesome.

If I forgot she would kick my ass. Plus she drops at least 100 hints a day 5 months prior to the event, including lists of the things she wants :p

Guest Stefkov Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 Pre-ordered Because Kamina > you by a country mile. No jar can hold the amount of wax needed for the dolphin.
Cube Posted June 10, 2008 Posted June 10, 2008 Ooh. You've pre-ordered a stolen image! Anyway, after viewing image and refreshing I really don't get the relevance of wax or dolphin to the model thing.
