Coolness Bears Posted June 7, 2008 Posted June 7, 2008 Check out these babies. The Gibraltar Volcano Mech Garage Some of my favs. THOSE ARE EPIC! Unfortunately after looking for quite a while I can't find my Lego. It must be in the attic but I can't be bothered to go look for it now. :p
Guest Stefkov Posted June 7, 2008 Posted June 7, 2008 Nicely dropped in price. Missed out on £12.99 at hmv though. Damnit. Just to get something with it. 'Bout £23 for both.
Tales Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 Serenity Better Days Issue #1 - #3 Complete Set (Comic) 28 USD I've also ordered Serenity, Those Left Behind and Finding Serenity. Have I missed any(except the companions)?
Ashley Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 Well Finding Serenity is a series of essays (written before the film), and they did a followup which im pretty sure was called Serenity Found (written after). Similar cover design. The first is golden brownish, the second is blue.
Domstercool Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 More stuff bought Oh and the film Ab-Normal Beauty was alright. Somewhat entertaining, but it's stuff you've kind of seen before once it gets past the story of her obsession and into the stalker element.

Cube Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 Nexos Black Flexible Keyboard - USB That looks awesome! Would you be able to tell me how well it works? I may get one.
Dyson Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 God I hate the idea of flexible/rollup keyboards. I need a 'click' on my keys, not a squishy feeling..
Guest Stefkov Posted June 8, 2008 Posted June 8, 2008 How much was all that? I love that Antec case, it looks so sleek. You make me want to build my own computer, I'd just forgotten that I'd wanted to make my own aswell.
Wesley Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 All came to around 880 pounds. I'll be getting another 2GB of RAM and monitor in the next couple of months. As well as a better keyboard and mouse, which'll bump the total to a grand. Props go to everyone in the thread I made (tech forum) for their help.
Guest Jordan Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 I have the P180 in Silver, its a fantastic case but it scratches easily so be careful!
CoolFunkMan Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Corsair TX 650W PSU - 120mm Fan, 80+% Efficiency, Single +12V Rail Antec P182 Advanced PERFORMANCE ONE SERIES Super Midi Tower Case, Gun Metal Black (no PSU) I have those too, and they're pretty damn good. You won't be dissapointed! On an unrelated note, I'm off to an anime convention in August, so I got myself this cosplay of... ...Yuan friom Tales of Symphonia! ^^ Cost me quite a bit though. Now all I need for that cosplay is the wig.
Guest Jordan Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 *shakes head* Spending so much on Cosplay? Just go in a bin bag and let people guess who you are! This is about to be dispatched, so its technically bought:
CoolFunkMan Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 *shakes head* Spending so much on Cosplay? Just go in a bin bag and let people guess who you are! Lol, that sounds like an idea. Seriously though, it's something I enjoy a lot, so why not eh? Besides, I'm sure I'll find more uses for it in the future.
Guest Stefkov Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 This. Let's see how good GAME is having just ordered it now.
Guest Jordan Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Just bought: New toothbrush - Colgate 360 (lol... xbox'D) Adidas deodrant some generic shower gell that smells like Limes. Wee... limes! Gillette shaving gel shizar. Exciting...
Jav_NE Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 I finally gave in to the pull of PS3, but mainly for the Blu-Ray aspect. I'm thinking of getting a new HDTV as my one is quite old and doesn't have HDMI
Cube Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 This is about to be dispatched, so its technically bought: I keep forgetting that that game is even due out this year, let alone nearly out. And I've even read a review of it.

I'm thinking of getting a new HDTV as my one is quite old and doesn't have HDMI Crickey... That must be pretty old. Does it have 720p support? You can buy a (quite bad..) 32inch HDTV these days for just under £300.

rokhed00 Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Having a sale down the chemists, so only £1.49, couldn't really say no at that price.

Yeah it's a good four years old, i got it when i was at uni with my student loan haha. I want a nice 32" i think, well i aim to spend about £500 on a really good one (well 250 split with the gf) so i guess i could get even bigger, but its the quality i'm more concerned about. Any recommendations? I havn't really looked yet to be honest. My one was a Samsung and i quite liked it, although i dont think the quality is true HD compared to today's standards, and obviously lacking HDMI. What's better, LCD or Plasma? It all gets very confusing for me =/
Slaggis Posted June 9, 2008 Posted June 9, 2008 Got these for a mates birthday. He best appreciate them! :p
