Looks like the game just lost a sale. -
I like how you have no qualms about killing people, but you draw the line at stealing.

Well, no, of course not. But he's halfway through season 2, so it's too late to not watch it at all. Hey, it worked for Shorty!
-
To be honest, it was mostly a gut feeling based on vague memories of reviews and not even having heard of some of the games, but I was thinking of games like Cate West: Vanishing Files. ONM called it "basic but reasonably compelling" and our very own N-E called it "not terrible". Talk about faint praise! You've got some great games on that list too, though, so maybe it'll even out.
-
Man, there are some questionable choices on that list. :p Have you played Ghost Trick? I only ask because it has one of the best stories on the DS, along with the Ace Attorney series and 999, and you seem to be really interested in games like that.

Tales has a point. You should just cut your losses and run, Flameboy.

Well, you're going to love House of the Dead, then!

Yeah, but do we really need/want an entire season of that? I'd be satisfied with Ted trying to win her heart in a one-hour series finale. They meet, go on a date/get together, things don't work out for some reason, Ted makes a great gesture to win her back. I think it would be a lot more bearable in concentrated form, rather than dragged out over nine months. Include some time jumps and we'll see enough of their relationship to be satisfied. But maybe they'll surprise is with a twist that makes it all worth it!

So it's like The Sims, except you can't torture people to death after you've dressed them. And they all look so killable, too. -
I found out about DJMax Technika Tune today and was immediately drawn to its gameplay of tapping on brightly-colored circles, but of course there's no word of a PAL release and importing the game from the US would mean being locked out of any potential DLC. Decisions, decisions.

You can hunt and there are naval missions, and obviously the setting is different, but the core gameplay is the same.

I don't know if I could stomach an entire season with the mother. We already know that they end up together, so it'd be nothing but them spending time with each other and enjoying each other's company? There's no drama in that. Or maybe they'd get into a big argument and break up at some point, but there'd be no drama in that either, because we know they'll get back together. Well, I guess it would be fitting to do the exact opposite of the rest of Ted's relationships for the final season. :p

Maybe you should watch The Simpsons. They would have had to have been pretty foolish to not prepare for season 8 being the last season considering how everyone's contract was up and Jason Segel seemed really reluctant to return. Anyway, I fully expect most of season 9 being wasted on storylines that go nowhere, with the actual wrapping up starting a few episodes before the end.
-
Some of us watch more than two TV shows? :p Anyway, they've been writing the season up to this point as if it were the last, but now they're going to have to go with plan B and drag things out for another year. And they would have had 12-ish episodes to wrap things up. If this had been a cable show, that would have been an entire season!

Why would you play Hitman 2 as a shooter?

This is going to be more disappointing than your decisions carrying over between Mass Effect games.

He came from a land down under and he lost Mario on route

Hope you had a wonderful dude day. -
I never managed to wrap my head around the prize blocks that only appear once you place a sticker. Sometimes you'd get an upgraded version of the same sticker, but other times you'd get something completely different. It was never reliable enough for me to dare risk any of my good stickers.
-
I only found out where I needed to go at the end because a Toad told me. Kersti was no help as usual. Though I guess the fact that there are no other characters in the game should have tipped me off too. As for jump stickers, I read that the jump upgrade sticker lets you jump on spiked enemies? I assume that means that green boot one. Knowing that when I was playing the game might actually have been useful. :p

I had the exact same thing happen to me when I fought the final boss, except I didn't die, just wasted a couple of powerful jump stickers needlessly. Though I guess at that point jump stickers are useless anyway. I was going to reset the game and start the final boss fight over once I knew what thing stickers I needed for the first couple of stages, but the problem is that you don't know what's coming up, so you may end up returning without the thing sticker you need for the next stage anyway. I agree about fighting Kamek. There's nothing quite like knowing that you might accidentally waste some of your best stickers - even better when you know you can't hit him but have to attack anyway.
