I had a wife in pretty much every town (two in the main one) and a husband and a whole bunch of kids and now they're all DEAD, and I have no dog. I'm so alown I embraced the fattiness of my character, and did the sex-change thing so now my avatar is about as ugly as me irl. All the ladies still love me. In-game, that is. Out-game it's still the same - everywhere I go I see a sad face and a "-30" above all their heads.

You see this?! I JUST KILLED YOU! Yeah, that's right. I just made a sandwich and wrote "GP32" in marker pen over the bread, the ham and the cheese and then I ATE YOU. Next I'm gonna get an apple and write "GP32's Xbox360" on it and I'm gonna turn it into an xbox429 - you know why? Because I'm gonna SIXTYNINE IT. RIGHT OVER YOUR CORPSE after I've shat you out.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH IT BURNS! Too much geekiness at once. We should start some sort of club of superheroes who go around and make superjocks melt with our jocular nerd faces. And maybe punch them. Or each other! No, probably just them. I got rather drunk during/after that game of chess. There was nudity involved, but mostly it was ReZ and Rummy making out. I found that pretty hot though. Got some pix, fyi. -
Is there just that one reason, or a list? "time spent wielding sharp objects at eye level" better make the cut. Hugged a rabbit.

M'arse: There are those amongst us who'd rather think that The Matrix was more than just an action movie - it attempted to open our MIYINDS with the existential dilemma that we all face. The latter two in the trilogy tried to force-feed us bullshit dressed up in green-tinted photoshop glory that never ages well. True story It's certainly not deep at all. But watching pretty much any superhero movie after the Nolan Batty movies is never going to give the movies a good chance. But be glad you didn't watch Daredevil straight after BB like I did!

Banlieue 13 Transporter but with FREE RUNNING. An action movie with charm and character that probably shows the world what Mirror's Edge should've been like. Too many 'action' movies (Die Hard 4, Max Payne) rely on the special effects to drag out the "woah"'s from the audience but this showed it's still possible without much besides, oh I don't know, a man running and jumping from one building to another! Of course there's not enough free running, and there's the typical predictability but it is a great Friends n' Beers movie that you can talk through. Luc Besson is one clever frenchie. I hear that. Worst movie I've ever forced myself to sit through. Just so... dire, on so many levels. So flat. SOBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD aswjhdfpihsfpainpainpain Well the whole ordeal he went through in Iraq (afghanistan? Fuck, I've forgotten) showed him the horrors that funded his extravogant lifestyle, and as any good 'hero' he acted upon these wrongs and attempted to make a difference. But the movie's really just about "woah" and "coool" bits, like when he's testing his rocket feet out. Predictable but with the dial turned to ELEVEN!

Lies :P I could've easily challenged Cube more - Drew and lost to him, and lost to ReZ. If I had set my tactics for the two games that I lost with those two then i would be top. of course, next season with teh big boys = lots of losses to come! -

Well last year we pissed about in a park for several hours... playing board games, cards, climbing trees, throwing balls, tlaking, blah blah. Pubs won't fit us all anyway :P -
1. Completing the Rock Band ultimate set list with nami and shorty. Took an age and lots of swearing but we did all seventysomething songs without melting the xbox. The rest of my list'd just be what everyone else has said RE: Braid/Fallout 3

Well that is pretty much the only 'brit' centred one (and britain isn't exactly the only place that has a christmas dinner), but I would argue egg nog, an easter egg and anything snow-related are also either anti-british or just not generally appropriate for xmas so it all balances out.

Well as an english student, of course I've been forced to read the guy a little. His more contemporary stuff has been rubbish, and the Culture Show absolutely slated him so I bet they're a bit gutted. Good guy, though, but he was like 146345 years old when he passed. Yeah I didn't click the link. But hey ho!

No point pulling out just yet - you're winning and barely anyone else has taken part yet :P Take it easy, yo.

Got some snazzy things - nami got me the doll thing from Saw as a posable figurine - currently sitting atop my chrimbo tree! Shorty got me an ace "in case of zombies" t-shirt and they both got me a brill tin with cards and a book of cardgames that we'll have to investigate. Got some BRAIN paperclips, lynx rubbish, diary, socks, choco selection, Tinselworm on DvD, smoothies recipe book, backgammon set, a collapsable/portable pint glass (wicked!) and thassitifink. Popping to my dad's tomorrow for a couple more goodies, mind you. Oh yeah and a decent jacket too, so I don't have to be coold anymore. EDIT: and Paj! I'm currently reading The Joy Luck Club! Let me know if the movie is any good.

Yus! I have decided to wear this tee to as many meets in the future as possible! You were there in spirit RUBBISH. Rummy turned up at LIEK FIVE PEE EMM. He was legendary in his commitment to the cause. Was a good laff! We went to the oldest pub in the country for a drink and a baulderdash-or-two. Never played it before - great fun trying to figure out who was more likely to make up what. Then we made our way back towards the station to run into Rummy. We lost Dom to the Subway, but decided to drink ourselves into forgetfulness. Or at last I did, as we hit the Robin Hood (with hot barstaff daaamn). Supergrunch played me at chess and paper/pen Go (which we need to finish), and Fish left after a drink to leave me, grunch, ReZ and Rummy to talk rubbish about games. I kept pimping Fallout 3. Then we made our 'separate' ways - I shared something like a 25 min wait and a 45 min journey with Rummy where we boiled down to the Serious Business and possibly made fools of ourselves to the rest of the carriage. Eventually I got home around midnight, after an initial scramble to make the train in the morning which, due to 5p, made a friend of mine (with child) miss her train. It was a mellow afternoon. Very glad I went. Very surprised more and more people wussed out. Bring on Easter! -
I just had mulled wine and mince pies! Now I'm going out for an xmas dinner! It's christmas time, fuckers.

baraka Too tired to go into more detail; it was like Koyanisqaatsi, only way more depressing. The ultimate 'uplifting' message seemed to be "... all this, but the greater forces of the planet and the universe are still out there, dwarfing our immorality and our preciousness". Those POOR CHICKS. Seriously, I'm abstaining from chicken for now. I've got Chronos here, and Naqoyqaatsi back in sheffield to watch next up.
