  1. I think this thread is missing the most obvious - and best - example... Crrrrraaaazy Taxxxxi! Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! : peace:
  2. While I agree to a point, it's still interesting to see the releases in data form. I feel that Nintendo have a lot of untapped potential still, especially on the eShop front, if they can make it so that all digital purchases from your NNID & My Nintendo account are instantly downloadable on future platforms and streamline their eShop to make it quicker, easier, more appealing to download games in addition to having more of those titles we want to buy up there then I can see them being just as successful as Sony's Playstation Store given time. That kind of success didn't happen overnight with Sony though and it won't happen that way for Nintendo either, as I said though... still huge potential and we don't know enough about the future yet but these are exciting times, that's for certain.
  3. Well... that sucks a bit... I guess? But on the other hand, I may have cleared some of my PS4 backlog by then and will be in a better position to play it on release so... dare I say... yay? It's still not good news for anyone who can't wait to play it but I can wait, it'll still be good either way surely? : peace:
  4. I'm certainly not intending on buying a new PS4 if it's just for the ability to play games in 4K for which I'd need to buy a new TV for anyway so on that basis it's definitely a no. But as Ashley says, we don't know all the facts yet. I can see it being a viable option for some though, perhaps those who don't yet have a PS4 but recently bought a 4K TV or are planning to, or anyone who can say that they've definitely had enough value out of their PS4 since owning it from launch or after to justify buying a new one; I've had one since launch and while I've played a good handful of exclusive games on it - indeed I own a lot more sealed games yet to play, almost as many as I have for my Wii U now! - but in almost exactly two and a half years, I haven't really got the full value out of the system because of all those untapped games I haven't had a chance to play yet. The Wii U on the other hand? I definitely feel like I've had more value out of it but I'm more than happy to wait another year or so for a new console but as soon as the new machine is out - whatever form it will take - I'll almost certainly buy it but I intend to still play my Wii U & 3DS as well of course. As for the Xbox One... nowhere near enough value to justify an upgrade, only just enough games to justify me keeping it. (And most of those are on Rare Replay)
  5. I'd say that Planet Robobot is better ultimately but only because it refines the template set out by Triple Deluxe... like I said in the review though, Best Kirby Game 2.0 for me. I do enjoy how much the mech sections add to the gameplay though, really sets it apart from other titles in the series. : peace: It feels as if there's more content this time as well, not that it was a problem for TD but PR just has the edge on it, Im not going to spoil anything but there's plenty to explore, collect and unlock. Plus the road to obtaining it all is just sublime. It does feel good to be able to talk about it suddenly but I'm not going to say much more than this as I don't want to risk spoiling anything.
  6. N-Europe Review It's time for another of Kirby's adventures... ...this time with a robotic twist to the formula. Enjoy! : peace:
  7. R.I.P. Burt Kwouk
  8. N-Europe Presents VC Weekly #375 Pokémon Red Version Pokémon Blue Version Pokémon Yellow Version Pokémon Ranger Pokémon! Gotta review 'em all! Check inside for the verdicts. Enjoy! : peace:
  9. As am I, thank you again for this. I will soon, the game is sat in front of me sealed for now but as soon as I've caught up with reviews I will be right on it, I promise. : peace: I can't wait to start playing, these next few days will be tough but I'm lucky to have the game so it will be played and appreciated.
  10. Fire Emblem Fates Limited Edition get! Big thanks to @peterl0 for this as he sold me his spare GAME pre-order for cost plus postage. I'm very appreciative of this, while I won't get to play it immediately I definitely will soon and I'm very happy to have the complete package from the start. : peace: This will surely be the game(s) which will get me properly into finally completing each game in the Fire Emblem series, a task which I have not yet achieved but I hope to from this day forward.
  11. Check this out!
  12. Monster Hunter Generations... Bunduru available to pre-order now, on Nintendo store. http://store.nintendo.co.uk/games/nintendo-3ds/monster-hunter-generations/view-all.list?widget_id=246470
  13. I wouldn't say so, I'd probably feel the same way to an extent. On the other hand though, why not see where it goes? : peace: While I haven't really been looking much on the dating sites recently, I have talked to some interesting people on there and I have been talking with someone semi-regularly who I met on there. Not really much else to say though at the moment, I still feel like I'm figuring things out in my life in general but I'm in a better place compared to a year or so ago.
  14. You called? Well, I'm happy to be the nice person at least but we'll need to hold out for another one now to secure that second group. Anyway...
  15. Just as well you're buying Uncharted 4 now as it's the last Clubcard Boost ever sadly... I would say yes, but then I've enjoyed each and every one of the Uncharted titles thus far - aside from Uncharted: Golden Abyss because reasons :p though I might end up picking it up cheap one day - all of the PS3 games have been essential day one purchases to me, it was even the original Uncharted which prompted me to buy an NTSC PS3 back in the day so I think you at least owe it to yourself to finish it really but don't feel obligated, that's just my view; do finish it for the sake of it being a solid game though. : peace: As for my own playthrough of Uncharted 4, I finally got past the sticking point I found to be Chapter 13 then I said to myself "I'll just get to just after Chapter 15 to find out about that plot point @Hero\-of\-Time posted in a spoiler box the other day..." - yes I clicked it as I couldn't help myself, to be fair it motivated me to keep going though but yeah... five hours and five chapters later and I'm now halfway through Chapter 18, before I knew it sunrise was almost upon me, whoops! I haven't actively played a game this much in a while, so at the very least it's the game to really get me back into gaming again after being stuck in a rut for a while, plus I do like a good Naughty Dog game, they are a rare developer who I shall support for as long as they keep putting games out.

  17. Got a good strategy for Chapter 13? I'm still trying to finish it for the first time and I started on Crushing difficulty... :p I'm intending to do it the other way round, make my second playthrough really easy for the collectables. :awesome:
  18. Ah well, at least it's close to E3, the time when anything could happen. I think this has a chance of getting a revival, it may or may not end up on Wii U - though I hope it does - but it would be such a waste not to release it at all. Though if we don't hear anything around E3 time then I'll probably just start playing some real 90's arcade racers as I have such an appetite for them right now thanks to this title be it non-existent or not at this stage.
  19. As always I started out playing this on "Crushing" difficulty and I've just now hit my first major sticking point...
  20. I really don't know what to say other than R.I.P. MadDog... He was a rare individual with more courage and grace than I could ever muster in day to day life let alone what he must have gone through. My thoughts are with his family at this difficult time. MadDog will most certainly be missed, we could all learn a great deal from how he went through life and how he conducted himself on the forum. Even though I feel like I never knew you properly, I still have a huge amount of respect for you and I always will, that will never change.
  21. Firing up my Wii U now!
  22. If Pestneb isn't joining then I'll be happy to jump in, though I must stress that I'm more than happy for him to play. @The Mole if you could post here last minute, say 19:58 to say whether you've got a full house or not please that would be appreciated, if so then good luck to everyone and if not then I'll load up my Wii U. : peace:
  23. I feel that if the worst comes to the worst then the developers should release the game as is on PC at the very least for all of the people who backed it, though I realise anything funded on Kickstarter is under no legal obligation to fulfil all its promises. To date I've got four projects backed on Kickstarter but only because I have complete faith in the developers after either reading through their mission statement on the site and following progress on them even before they became funded. The 90's Arcade Racer seemingly came from nowhere offering something people have wanted for a very long time, any news on it took a long time to surface between updates, following the last avalanche of content the game looked near complete to me so I get the feeling that a stumbling block may have been reached at the publishing/release stage or the game is perhaps being rebranded following its name change; let's hope this is all it is and that something good will come out of all this. Otherwise... it's not looking good. The game on the other hand was looking pretty decent, it looked finished enough to me.
  24. Game get, 5GB day one patch installed, ready to go! Time to play my PS4 again!
