  1. I can't wait! 10 minutes to go... not bad considering I only started downloading it around half an hour ago, for a 5.6Gb game. Considering the amount of time I spent playing Burnout and its Crash Mode, there is almost no chance that I'm not going to enjoy this to its fullest.
  2. Burnout Crash Mode Golf? £15? Destroy everything in your path for the sake of it while getting the ball in the hole? Take my money now, company that is Criterion in all but name! : peace:
  3. @Retro_Link I think this is an amazing task you're taking on! Also, in the process you'll be coming to Cornwall where I live so... three months plus, see you in September? I actually have a week off starting 19th of September so there's a chance I could maybe join you for part of your journey or at the very least we could meet up if you feel like it? Will you be sticking around in Cornwall for a bit once you arrive? Either way this is really excellent, good on you for raising some awareness, I've had OCD for as long as I can remember now in addition to other conditions, I'm Asperger's too so I can appreciate the daily struggle... Keep us updated though and as you get closer to Cornwall, do let me know as it would be amazing to meet up, I'll support you in any way I can. : peace:
  4. Exactly, let's give Iwata some credit! As much as I'm stil looking forward to E3 - yes, even with just Zelda and Pokémon! - it's not going to be the same and it never will be, that's something we just have to come to terms with.
  5. Well it has certainly been an experience...
  6. This automatic logout problem seems to be affecting me today. I'm using Firefox. It was completely fine yesterday as well. Also it was taking about 30 seconds to change between pages, now it seems to have gone back to normal speed. Noticed the site and forums seemed to be offline for a short while quite often over the past few days as well. I always log in via the forum, I often use this link to get the Full-Width version as well... http://n-europe.com/forum/index.php?styleid=60 It may well be fine now, I'm still logged in and it wasn't even letting me stay logged in for even 5 mins before, will see how it goes.
  7. Basically, myself before I joined N-Europe. :p I've been with the site for over ten years now and while I've still had a few cringey moments within the last few years, I like to think that over time this place and the forum has helped me to become... less so. Maybe it hasn't, perhaps I'm even worse now though I hope not.. All I can remember is having rubbish taste in music - even though subjective etc I did own some terrible CD's - not even owning any console outside of ones made by Sega or Nintendo - again nothing wrong with that on the face of of it - and I had some strange views indeed, which I don't really wish to bring up again. Since then I feel as though I've at least attempted to broaden my hozions a bit, at least in my choice of media, I've discovered some amazing music, timeless films and games I would have never thought I'd have enjoyed ever, let alone on the games consoles I own now which is... basically all of them. As for life in general... I used to feel like I was living my life purely in a way which would please others, rather than doing things because I want to do them, I don't want to feel like that again; I'm happier in life now than I have been in a while. Oh you still want an actual example of cringe? OK... I used to sing along to songs on Rock Band and actually think I was any good; I know now that I'm really not but the upside is that I don't care so I just sing badly for the sake of it sometimes. There are probably more examples of cringe but I don't want to bring up too many in one go. Right, someone else's turn!
  8. So as I understand it, there is nowhere selling the dlc physically with the Gwent decks this time? I bought the Hearts of Stone expansion pack off eBay but this time, the only packs with the dlc and Gwent decks are from other countries plus they are expensive, £35 - £50... I don't think so! :p The first one only cost me £16.90... I was expecting maybe £25 with the decks, I may well just do the digital download route and redeem Gwent I think, should cost me £12 for the dlc and £14 for the decks, right? Also I may finally get around to playing the game and the dlc this year, you never know.
  9. Is this that copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate for Wii U that you ordered? If so, as I said before, let me know if/when you want to hunt online and I'll help you out if we can find a time that's agreeable for us both. : peace:
  10. Well played @Glen\-i though I must admit that I've never *owned or played Bowser's Inside Story so I was unaware of this, still EarthBound has got to be the first at least to have this status effect... right? Let's at least give it that. *More to the point, have you owned it? Or was it mooched from Dcubed? Huh? huh? huh? Completely irrelevant but I feel like I need to know. :p Thanks for the feedback, I certainly do love Advance Wars: Dual Strike! For me personally it's one of the best entries in the series, though really it's hard to find any real fault with any of them, though the original GBA titles still have a special place in some of my fondest gaming memories. : peace: Come on Intelligent Systems... make your next game a new Advance Wars title because as much as I love Fire Emblem, it has been too long.
  11. I'm getting there, slowly but surely... Now at Chapter 20, yes I'm still playing on Crushing difficulty and I won't let the game beat me as I'm too close now. :p But I agree with what others have said about this point of the game, obviously I'm not going to spoil anything but it's becoming less fun now, still a great game though, hopefully I'll finally finish it within the next day or two so I can join you all for some multiplayer. It's just something I do with these games, I never jump into the multiplayer first with a game where the primary focus is the single-player campaign.
  12. 17 again... so I could experience playing Metroid Prime again for the first time. Not so much for everything else in my life at that time, College was cool but I only really enjoyed it half of the time. :p Although regularly going down to the town on my hours lunch break was great, many excellent game bargains were found around that time. I'm happy enough being 30 though, it really doesn't bother me that much... it bothers me more that I'll be turning 31 in almost exactly a month but, it's just another year really.

  14. I think this thread is missing the most obvious - and best - example... Crrrrraaaazy Taxxxxi! Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! : peace:
  15. While I agree to a point, it's still interesting to see the releases in data form. I feel that Nintendo have a lot of untapped potential still, especially on the eShop front, if they can make it so that all digital purchases from your NNID & My Nintendo account are instantly downloadable on future platforms and streamline their eShop to make it quicker, easier, more appealing to download games in addition to having more of those titles we want to buy up there then I can see them being just as successful as Sony's Playstation Store given time. That kind of success didn't happen overnight with Sony though and it won't happen that way for Nintendo either, as I said though... still huge potential and we don't know enough about the future yet but these are exciting times, that's for certain.
  16. Well... that sucks a bit... I guess? But on the other hand, I may have cleared some of my PS4 backlog by then and will be in a better position to play it on release so... dare I say... yay? It's still not good news for anyone who can't wait to play it but I can wait, it'll still be good either way surely? : peace:
  17. I'm certainly not intending on buying a new PS4 if it's just for the ability to play games in 4K for which I'd need to buy a new TV for anyway so on that basis it's definitely a no. But as Ashley says, we don't know all the facts yet. I can see it being a viable option for some though, perhaps those who don't yet have a PS4 but recently bought a 4K TV or are planning to, or anyone who can say that they've definitely had enough value out of their PS4 since owning it from launch or after to justify buying a new one; I've had one since launch and while I've played a good handful of exclusive games on it - indeed I own a lot more sealed games yet to play, almost as many as I have for my Wii U now! - but in almost exactly two and a half years, I haven't really got the full value out of the system because of all those untapped games I haven't had a chance to play yet. The Wii U on the other hand? I definitely feel like I've had more value out of it but I'm more than happy to wait another year or so for a new console but as soon as the new machine is out - whatever form it will take - I'll almost certainly buy it but I intend to still play my Wii U & 3DS as well of course. As for the Xbox One... nowhere near enough value to justify an upgrade, only just enough games to justify me keeping it. (And most of those are on Rare Replay)
  18. I'd say that Planet Robobot is better ultimately but only because it refines the template set out by Triple Deluxe... like I said in the review though, Best Kirby Game 2.0 for me. I do enjoy how much the mech sections add to the gameplay though, really sets it apart from other titles in the series. : peace: It feels as if there's more content this time as well, not that it was a problem for TD but PR just has the edge on it, Im not going to spoil anything but there's plenty to explore, collect and unlock. Plus the road to obtaining it all is just sublime. It does feel good to be able to talk about it suddenly but I'm not going to say much more than this as I don't want to risk spoiling anything.
  19. N-Europe Review It's time for another of Kirby's adventures... ...this time with a robotic twist to the formula. Enjoy! : peace:

  22. As am I, thank you again for this. I will soon, the game is sat in front of me sealed for now but as soon as I've caught up with reviews I will be right on it, I promise. : peace: I can't wait to start playing, these next few days will be tough but I'm lucky to have the game so it will be played and appreciated.
  23. Fire Emblem Fates Limited Edition get! Big thanks to @peterl0 for this as he sold me his spare GAME pre-order for cost plus postage. I'm very appreciative of this, while I won't get to play it immediately I definitely will soon and I'm very happy to have the complete package from the start. : peace: This will surely be the game(s) which will get me properly into finally completing each game in the Fire Emblem series, a task which I have not yet achieved but I hope to from this day forward.
