Forgot to set my team and tactics until late last night. Was expecting to get beaten anyway. Good job there's no relegation from this league. I'm in relegation form.

Haha, I came in to post that. Maybe people have blocked that one out of their minds? Anyway, I fell in love with the place as we were looking around it. The shower head ejected what can only be described as a ray from the fountains of heaven, compared to the current dripdrops from hell that I get from my current one. The house is also definitely big enough for a party! I did imagine how a party would work in my head when I was viewing eet. It works very well. @Dannyboy\-the\-Dane would be pole dancing in the middle of our living room.

If it's made with the Wii version in mind, then wohoo. If not, then I'll most likely pass. The first game is good but I need to finish it. Good fun, though.

Well done, FlameMAN.

The look of a console isn't that important. It's great that the Wii looks very clean and sleek, as long as it doesn't look a complete mess, it's fine. The controller, on the other hand, is very important. Since the SNES, Nintendo have put a lot of effort into the design, look and feel of the controllers. You insert a game disc into a console, which takes a matter of seconds. You're constantly interacting with the controller...it's much more important. Hence why Nintendo spent so little time (if any) showing off the console, and more on the controller.

Bought this with Ine in Gamestation, as it was only a tenner. We're on the lookout for more multiplayer games. Played about an hour of it so far and love it. Buying it was eventful. There was a dude next to us trying to return a console which was "an unwanted gift", only to be told that he could exchange the gift, but couldn't get a refund. It did get very heated in there. Also went to Beales and picked up some buttons, needle and thread. Three of my buttons on my coat are missing, so now I have some replacements. Yaaaay. My middle button has been missing for about 2 years now.

I've only played the first one. I borrowed 2 and only played a limited portion of it. Haven't had the chance to play 3 yet. So, I'm very excited. Need to finish Zelda first.

I've booted the game up once, just to see what the menus look like, test out the controls, etc. It's brilliant. The controls feel so, so good. Even tighter than the Resident Evil 4 Wii controls. Usually I'm sceptical about games being re-released, but both of these are brilliant. Ended up playing for about an hour. I've also forgotten just how good the environments and locations are. Completely organic-like, or mechanical when it needs to be.

I like having quite a few tabs open at once. Usually it's: - N-Europe, could be anywhere between 1 to 4 tabs open for this - Hotmail - Anywhere between 1 to 6 guitar tabs - Youtube...could be more than one of these - Another website or three if I'm working - BBC Sport, particularly if there's something interesting happening that day I'll do that, with MSN on in the background. Maybe a film, too. Tabs are important to me. Means I can quickly jump from one thing to another. It's very useful when I'm doing some planning or work for school. Or, just in general, when I'm chilling out in the evening.

Urgh, please no. Can you imagine Dazzy's smug grin for a whole year?

FUCCCCCCCCCCCK. YESSSSSSSSSSS. I was not expecting that at all. Was very happy for Sunderland to hold out for a draw. But to win it right at the end. Aaaaaaah. Football, I love you again. I feel slightly less shit about yesterday's game now. Only slightly, mind. Can't believe that. Premiership is mad.

This New Year's Eve was quite fun. Although, it did start off badly with me and Ine getting lost on the drive up to a friend's house. Woops. Earlier in the day, Ine and I went to the cinema to watch The Lion Kiiiiiiiing. Quite magical seeing it on the big screen. At our friend's house, we ordered a curry, which tasted gorgeous. Lamb Bhuna is quickly becoming my curry of choice. We spent the evening playing some Mario Kart Wii, Smash Bros Brawl, New Super Mario Bros Wii and then Who wants to be a Millionaire (for the lolz). Before midnight, we made our way to a cliff top and watched the fireworks over the water/horizon. At our place, we watched The Thing on DVD whilst eating some Thornton's chocolates. Onomnomnomnomnomnomnom. I kept falling asleep though as I was knackered after a long day. Film is still awesome, though.

My birthday is in January, so Ine gave me my combined Christmas and Birthday presents. We carried on with tradition, which is where we watch a film and everytime a keyword is said, we open a gift. In previous years, it has been Home Alone and "Christmas", which usually ends up with all our gifts being opened within 5 mins. This year it was the first episode of Black Books, with the word being "calm." Was pretty funny. My gifts were: The Little Book of Calm - Aaaaahahahah. Love this. A salt crystal/rock candle holder - I love these sorts of things, and always ooh and ahhh over them, so am happy to finally have one. Aliens: Infestation DS game - Fuck. Yes. My DS top screen is busted, so I haven't bought this for that reason. So Ine got me the game and is lending me her DS to play it. Wohooo. Hugo Boss: Bottled Night - I tried this many months ago in a store with Ine and really liked it, so am very happy that she remembered this. Sin and Punishment 2 - This has been on my list for a while. So, very happy to receive this as a Christmas gift. Zelda Triforce T-Shirt - Looks fucking brilliant! Quite tribally, but geeky in a good way, whilst looking pretty cool in general. A small black leather wallet - because I have never owned a wallet...Ine is making a man out of me! Science of Sleep dvd - This was a complete aaahahaahah moment as...I had bought this exact same gift for Ine as well. I've been telling her she needs to see it, so she got it for me as something we could watch together. Pretty funny. Second time this has happened to me, with the same event happening years ago when I bought Super Monkey Ball DS for a friend, and we opened it at the exact same time. Xenoblade Chronicles - Awessssssssssssssome. I said that I wouldn't get this until after I'm done with Zelda, but Ine took the plunge and got eet for me. Think I smiled like a cheshire cat at this one. Metroid Prime Trilogy - I squealed like a pig and there was a gasp of astonishment when I saw this under the wrapping paper. Think it was the last gift I opened as well. What a dramatic finale! Probably the best birthday/christmas presents eveeeer. Got loads of great stuff and there was some thought behind every single one.

The game today is a result of what happens when you play a game of footie in the park, with your little sister and auntie in midfield, whilst the kid who can't tie up his shoelaces and drinks his own snot plays both centreback positions. A fucking disaster, if you will. Terrible. They had something like 3 shots on target, and scored from all 3. The only good point about today is that Anderson looked decent when he came on, and that Berba managed to get on the scoresheet twice. Also, we are suddenly becoming very reliant on Valencia. Getting the ball to him and hoping that he picks out someone from a cross or ball into the box. Such a bad performance after the last few games. Happy New Year.

There are two things Superman fears/hates. Kryptonite and F*^$%$% Mushrooms!

Two cinema tickets to see ... The Lion King when Ine comes. Tickets were £1.50 each... Mwahahahahahahaahahhahahhahahaha.

The top 4/5/6 teams get more coverage, so when a referee gets something wrong there, more people have seen it so will talk about it. Less people will be talking about the Everton/Sunderland blunder. Anyway, Spurs have a big chance to open up a gap. One point ahead of Chelsea with two games in hand. One being played today. They have to get 3 points today, because if they don't do it now, they'll pay for it later in the season.
-
I genuinely thought you were going to say "my testicles" and have some ingenious plan ready.
-
Typical Spurs fan. None of those decisions were as bad as the Everton penalty decision. It is a bit of a joke, though. But, it happens week in, week out, to many teams out there. I'd say refereeing in general is weak, for all of the major leagues, when the game is fast paced and decisions need to be made really quickly. But, we all know what the answer is, and we all know nothing will get done to make it better until FIFA sort it out.

Arsenal fans: Why are Rosicky and Arshavin still playing for Arsenal?
-
Whether he has a child or not is not the point. You should behave when you're in somebody else's house. It's just good manners.
-
Very disappointed with today's result. A 4-0 loss, at home. I know it was against a team that is better than mine, but that's unacceptable. We're going to struggle this season. But, we need to start putting some points on the board.
