First half of the trailer seemed cool. Then, the Chris stuff kicked in and I couldn't help but feel "meh" about it.

You'd do better in the middle league than I would at the moment, because you have some great levels for your midfield and attack line. Mine are all a bit young so won't really find their potential until another few seasons. I'm jealous of your midfield.

I didn't watch the game, but followed the live text for it. It was predictable what was going to happen after Real scored. They just defended deep, and then Barca inevitably got an equaliser before getting the winner.

I have all of my hair. In fact, maybe too much. U MAD, BRO?

I'm not really chasing promotion. Mainly because if I do get promoted, I'll just get obliterated next year. The season after next is when I'll be serious about it. At the moment, this is just about winning games and getting DV. I'm all about winning games, though. I hate losing. You've had some good results and the 2-0 against Aqui1a was a massive result...shock of the season so far, I think. Should be some interesting games.

What?! You said you couldn't get pregnant the way we did it.

Fuck yes. Won 4-1 away from home against a team that beat me there last season. A major moral boost for me. Next game is hard. I've got a selection headache. Also, he (danlikestreesssss) seems to be playing well...

I've set my tactics and stuff for tomorrow. I will either pull off a good win away from home, or will get annihilated. Aw well, its all about DeeVee, I guess. Finishing anywhere from 4th-8th doesn't mean much.

Aha, thank you very much for the kind messages and birthday wishes. *blows a kiss to Wesley* I didn't actually have anything planned for this birthday, so I thought it would just be a regular day. However, on Thursday, I got told that we were meeting at a friend's house (Chris) for drinks on the Saturday. I imagined it would be a quiet night, where a few of us hang out, have a few drinks, chat and watch a film or something. As I thought this is what would happen, I ended up going to an ASDA on the way to buy some cider. Managed to find myself getting IDed...which was quite funny. Even funnier was that whilst I was in the process of being IDed, one of the workers at the store spotted my Zelda triforce t-shirt and was asking me where I got eet from. I ended up getting to Chris's house, but only after being called up by his other half, asking where I was. I was a little bit late, cos of the cider incident, but got there pretty soon afterwards. Although, as soon as we got there, he said we were going into Ringwood for a little bite to eat, as there was no food in the house. I was a bit peckish, so I let my stomach rule on that one. We ventured into Ringwood and decided to eat in Prezzo. I've never been to one, I think...so whilst Chris was sorting out the table, the four of us remaining (his other half, my friend Rosie and her boyfriend, and me) just hung around. We got told by Chris that there was a table at the back of the room. I imagined it would be a tiny table at the back of the restaurant...literally the last one in the place. When I got there, I didn't expect to find a massive table, filled with about 20 of my workfriends singing happy birthday. Never had that happen to me before, it was very unexpected but very welcome. I received quite a lot of cards, and a gift...which was a pretty big biscuit jar. Its kinda like the cup Ine made for her Mum before in Bournemouth (the ceramics shop), that sorta style, so I loved it. Some of the cards made me chuckle. So yes, that was completely awesome. One of the nicest things to ever happen to me, I think. Today was pretty good in itself, although tiring. I went to the gym before work (for the third or so year running, haha), went to work which was pretty quiet. Although it was tiring, as I had my afterschool football club that I run every Monday. In the evening, when I got home, my housemates sang happy birthday to me and presented me with a home-made Ghostbusters Cake! So yummy. After blowing out the candles, we went out for a meal at a Korean Restaurant, which was lovely. Pretty spicy stuff, but again, awesome. We had quite a few laughs and stuff listening and watching the Korean music on the telly close to us, and just about other stuff. So, overally, very, very awesome birthday. Made even better knowing that Ine has passed her driving test. It's been probably one of the best birthdays I've ever had. Saturday won't be topped for a very, very long time.

A short and sweet thread from me as I'm typing this whilst my class are at assembly. Ine has passed her driving test! January is such an awesome month!

Haven't seen the game, but not surprised. Swansea have only lost one game there all season, and Arsenal have lost 5 away from home (6 now). More than they've won. Swansea play good football. They're mentally quite strong and are not afraid to take teams on. They're basically a better defensively version of Blackpool when they came up. They've got 26 points now from 21 games, so will be a bit surprised if they end up going down.

I reckon we should all pay a fiver each and buy them. Would make one hell of a mafia game.

I've been struggling with the time to play this due to work, but I did a nice 4 hour stint a few nights ago and have been busy upgrading some my items. This aspect of the game is so fun. It really is satisfying. I have one tiny annoyance:

I really hope me and Ine will be able to come. My summer term at school is very messed up as the school are fiddling with the dates and stuff, so I don't know when that'll end. Also, it depends on whether/when Ine gets time off her job, which she will hopefully have by then. I've also got a wedding around that time, but I'm sure that's in July, so we should be ok for that. Last year's meet was awesome. Felt really massive and important. All of us prowling the streets of London, crammed into that pub, listening to Rage Against The Machine. Surreal as hell, but so, so awesome. I also need to redeem myself after the Ocarina fuck up!

The whole Steve Kean situation has been uncomfortable to watch. How that man has been able to go out there every week hearing the crowd calling for his head and booing, I'll never know. I know he's not very experienced, but I think he's done ok with the resources given to him. It's obvious that there are issues at the club, but I do think a lot of them come from the owners. Thought the United performance today was ok, the three points are very important. It makes me also realise that Antonio Valencia should be running away at the top of the assists table. We don't finish the chances he sets up, and half the time it's on a plate. Thought Carrick was outstanding today. Really has been impressive this season. Great to see him get another goal, and I had the biggest grin when Scholesy got his goal.

Wtf, 700 quid for a 3 bedroom that looks like that is insanely good. It's expensive down here in the South. Me and Ine/Ine and I are paying 650 for ours per month and that's only a one bedroom. :p Ashleeey: Move down here with us. You can sleep on sofa.

Very happy with today's result. I'm even more pleased to see that my 18-4 striker scored a hat-trick and got an assist, whilst another midfielder managed to get 2 assists. Two wins on the bounce, and we have some interesting games coming up. The next 6 or so games are all potentially winnable games.

You're welcome, sex on legs.

This and Kid Icarus are what I'm waiting for. That and Super Mario 3D Land are the things mostly interesting me in the 3D at the moment. Glad to hear positive news about this game.

Happy Birthday to you, dude! One of my favourite green men. I feel ultra guilty for spotting your birthday about 10 mins ago and deciding to make a cuppa before making a thread for you. Just saw your post in bad stuff thread and thought noooooo. You are awesome because you are you. Keep being you, it's good! Hope today is a good day for you after all. Here is a picture of what came up when I searched Iun. Never knew you were black! Aha.

I've not finished it, but it's quite a fun little game. I underestimated it completely, and am happy to admit that. Not a huge fan of shooters, but this was interesting and fun to play, and a nice re-imagining of the original. It doesn't try to out-do, it goes about it in a completely different way. More like it compliments the original. Haven't tried multiplayer yet.

Thierry Henry? No wonder he's in the faaaaaacking reserves!

Zara's Men section can actually be pretty sweet at times. My coat is from there, which I paid £80 for at the time (one of the very few times where I've "paid big"), but I've had it for years and it still feels wonderful. My Gremlins t-shirts are from there. 3 of them, a steal at about a fiver each. Aaaaaahahaha. I always thought the Men's section was well known, too. But, I do get comments every now and again like, "Zara? That girl's shop?" No.
