Lost the friendly 3-1 away. Don't really care. Not sure if I'm ready or not for the new season. I feel that I'm 1 midfielder short from having the team that I want.

I feel really tired and drained of all energy. I don't feel anything at all, except that my eyelids feel heavy. Listening to some New Order now, which is helping me feel a little better. Ceremony and Temptation are too good.

I would say age is important under the right circumstances. For example, if you're a 21 year old man dating or in a relationship with a 31year old woman, you are at different points in your life. You might be at university, or starting a career, whereas she might be thinking about settling down and having kids. My housemate is 24 and is in a relationship with a man 10 years older. She has applied to go to university in September, whereas he is talking to her about starting a family within the next few years. A 21-17 age gap isn't important, really. But a 21-31 or something can be. It really depends on the circumstances. Dating someone a couple of years (or so) younger or older than you isn't going to make the world of difference since you'll still be at relatively similar points in your life.

Don't think any player is completely innocent of any of that. Not even Messi, as was evident the other day. He's a good lad, and you can tell he gets into "the zone" when he's on the field. He's actually a fairly quiet guy outside of football. Doesn't drink, just trains and keeps himself to himself.

This is obviously PokeKart 3DS. The Worlds of Mario Kart and Pokemansss (let me show you them) collide. Race as a Squirtle in a Pikachu themed cart. Each character has four attacks that they can use to either boost their attack or defence, or inflict damage on others. Imagine using water gun or Hydro Pump (BLASTOIIIIISE) to push the enemy off the track! Using Metronome to signal a random attack. It would be brilliant. The tracks could be areas from the games. Imagine racing through Viridian Forest or Pewter City. What about a level around Professor Oak's lab? It could be developed in part by Monster Games, of ExciteTruck fame. FUCK. YES. Also also also, you could inflict twice as much damage if, for example, you're an electric type and are using an attack on a water. It could cause double or even triple the damage. You could level up through racing. The more you race online, the higher your level goes (Monster Hunter Tri Style)

Quite upset by the news about Darren Fletcher. It's very clear that there is something wrong with the guy, because this has been ongoing for some time, now. I hope it gets sorted and he gets back into the team quickly.

I don't really see a problem with Nintendo collaborating with others. It's a strength more than anything, because it means that they can get fresh and new ideas from different sources. Many might see it as a sign of weakness, though. That "Nintendo have run out of ideas" so are going elsewhere. It's the wrong way to look at it. I would prefer if Retro did a new action type of game. Something a bit more grim than Zelda. An Eternal Darkness-esque title would be lovely. If Retro did help out with Zelda, I wouldn't have any problem with it. I would love if it they helped make a new Starfox, because that franchise has been off the rails (all raaaange moooode) for a long time.

I wouldn't trust any other company with Zelda except for Retro. In the past, maybe Rare. But now, I imagine Retro would create something crazy.

A 2-0 home defeat isn't toooo demoralising. Thanks for not destroying me, Ell. Ok, anyone else fancy a game?

Got a +11 skill increase, with a skill deduction of 3 for some dross players that I've been using to make up the numbers. My skill changes total is +9. I'm annoyed that four players who I've used in pretty much every game of the season (bar one because one of them was sent off) didn't go up a skill level. It's got a + next to the +/- bit for each of them, but no skill increase. Bah. Transfer market time...soon.

It's stupid. Sometimes, I wish I were in charge. Just to slap some of these whiners in the face. Multiple times.

Again, that's down to the Ref. They've either got to add the time on at the end, or tell them to hurry up. Can't really blame Stoke, though. When you've got a weapon like that, you'd be insane not to use it.

It's annoying how many football matches are "made" due to the referee. When they give a big decision, it either makes or breaks the match. Whatever happened to the times when Referees were just there and we didn't care who they were. It's disgraceful in this day and age that we're still cursing referees week in week out for shoddy decisions.

Can't wait to see the highlights for the game. Sounds like a crazy game. It's remarkable how many decisions went against them today.

Food is alright though because it means you won't be talking all of the time. Plus, it's almost like a little "break" when you're eating because you have time to talk before the food gets there. It doesn't have to be anything huuuge, but it's not a terrible idea. Has worked for me before. Bowling is another good one. A fair ground or something would be pretty awesome, I imagine. Still, none of you will be able to top me and Ine's "date." Paris and Disneyland. Aaaahahha.

Stoke may not play glamorous football all of the time (they have players who can play), but they're all about getting results. Blackpool played some lovely football for most of last season and ended up getting relegated. We can criticise their style of play all we want, but they will be 8th in the League if the result goes their way. Getting a higher league position means they'll gradually be able to buy better players and then try to play some better football. They get under your skin and are a really annoying team to play against. But, they have to be that way. Look at the quality of players that Spurs have.

Gah, who to trust...the Chav or the Scot?

There's not really a "perfect" destination for a date. Like Moogle says, not everyone has that "chatty" personality, so taking them out for a drink when you'll be shit scared to talk to them all evening isn't always wise. It really depends on you and the other person. If you feel comfortable talking to them, then maybe going out for a drink is good. If you don't know them too well, then..something else. Maybe some food?

Hahahh, what? Why are we such pansies in this country? The man didn't take an automatic weapon to the picket lines and shoot at people. What he was saying was an obvious joke, which he does week in week out on Top Gear. It's such a petty thing. Can't believe people were genuinely offended by his comments.

The question should be "How many cups can I put in coffee?" Take your average container of coffee, and see how many children's tea party style cups you can fit into it.
