  1. You've already got a hobby: creating threads. But it's turning into a bad habit.
  2. Gotta love Parry Gripp. Oh congratulations on the VC weekly thing btw, I know you haven't reached the 100 yourself but still a great achievement. Are the games paid for you? Well done!

    hi

Congratulations on posting a better thread than Blender's entire archive of threads.
  4. I'm never as bad as the above!
  5. Lol. For me, certainly in FPS games, if you fire a gun it has to feel like you're actually firing it or at least it seems like there is weight to the gun. Sometimes it doesn't feel like you're actually shooting anything and that puts me off a lot. It's the same with anything really.
  6. Wow free Joker DLC, that's an impressive move. The trailer for it looks pretty cool, well better than the batman combat at least.
  7. Thats exactly what I thought, along with other undermining language. It reads like chainmail or a facebook app (or am I missing something?).
  8. Its partly because I cant play blu-rays but I keep coming back to Battlefield because when youre concentrating its very rewarding. I find that the sniper in this game is fun, I have challenges where I try to find static players and place all 3 charges on them and try to blow them up without killing myself. Then theres all the experimental things you can try which keep it interesting.
  9. Thats a great price, now you can get the Play as the Joker dlc and it will still be below £30 overall, probably). Im waiting for reviews but it will will probably turn out well. Even if it does I have no money so I will probably stick to the top tier stuff.
  10. The two that segregate themselves from the main group try to justify why they're moaning but just spout bullshit and it makes them come across much worse.
  11. ................
  12. I preferred CTR but I like MK a lot as well, isn't really necessary to pick a necessary to pick a winner when it's this close though.
  13. I'll read through it all later, probably need to look closely at the trap layout again and then decide, but I'm busy.
  14. I actually thought that was one of, if not the best episodes of the series, bar the last 10 minutes with Jay and the Aston ending. M Maybe the 3 have been getting tired of each other now or something. Quote of that episode was when they revealed a really dumb advert, there was a short silence and Jeremy just said 'stunned'. There were a few good lines in that ending programme. Although it wasn't like the usual series ending because they didn't have the Top Gear awards and they didn't wave goodbye or make a spech about it so I think there's more. If they are to continue, more caravan launching please!

I know but I didn't really 'get to know you', as much as we've grown accustomed to each other on the forum. I hought you were a friend of Choze, I just hope you don't resemble him too much. It's a good start in that you appreicate Fallout.

Are you a descendant of Choze? Please say you aren't overly familiar to him!
  17. Everyone makes mis-informed decisions about everything and it's forgiveable. However I think after the recent conflicts involving racism it seems a lot of people started to get annoyed with it, almost angry that everything had become 'racist' when really it's just a matter of remaining sensitive on the topic and trying to avoid more unwanted attention on the matter. I think people may be too quick to dismiss racism ideologies, there are a lot of tricky areas to the whole shebang. Yes it can seem like a lot of fuss is kicked up over nothing but there are issues with Resi 5 that are worth bringing up, and when a black man says that they don't take offense to the game it doesn't excuse the problem.
  18. Well there was that thing right at the start that said the killer would be seen in a different light, and I think Neil the dad was seen in a different light. Well I was suspicious of him for some reason. I would save Jill after putting my hands in boiling water, I wouldn't want that effort to be wasted. Saying that I think you should Save Jennifer.
  19. I think he's on his period, otherwise he wouldn't be posting in a highly strung manner about common knowledge.
  20. No I picked it up for my PS2. And you can't have played it for that long because if you managed to thrill your way to the last warp room there's no way you couldn't have loved it. Trust me a lot of people have played CTR, if you posted in the Other Consoles you probably would've got more replies, although retro games don't get the same amount of comments as new releases obviously. I know there's nostalgia but I played this game with 3 others recently and you can't help but laugh at the brilliance of it all.
  21. They're both great, Wipeout betters it by some distance in my opinion.
  22. Well there was that recent figure from somewhere stating that the production costs had dropped by 70% since release.
  23. Thing is I don't understand why it being Slim is such a benefit. Okay it costs less to produce, but it has a rubbish mat finish (if the images are representative) and apparently it sacrifices a couple of ports. Plus I don't really think the size is an issue, it looks good so I don't see why it matters.
  24. Lol a picture from imageshack is confirmation. Good gag!
  25. You should get the new Motorstorm, a much better game all-round and it has split-screen.
