I understand the chip/crisp thing, but on the subject of chip butties, where does the butty come from?! I remember being little and being in america and they kept calling trousers pants and I was literally like 7 and did not know where my clothes were in this strange house we were in and we were going to be going to a wedding and my mum and dad were somewhere else and I really needed to get ready but I did not know where my pants pants were but I also had no idea how to ask where my pants were in american and so I just totally didn't get ready til my mum got back. I think. Something like that anyway, I just remember needing to talk about pants but having no idea what those crazy foreigners called them. Also the whole trainers/sneakers always got me. You DO kinda train in trainers, but as highlighted by Le Simpsons, who uses sneakers to sneak? I think chips are chips anyway, and crisps are crisps. Fries are for the french kind, and a word I only knew through McD's. America needs to sort themselves out, and stop having all these crazy differences. They need more U, too.

Hello, welcome. I've skimmed page 1 and barely at that, it seems we hold very differing views on a number of things but the beauty of N-Europe is that it doesn't really matter, as long as you have some sort of mind and sensible decorum to you then I'm sure you'll fit in just fine!

Lamebook, Damn You Auto Correct, etc, they're all quite hilariously funny. Something about them flags a parallel in my mind between our current state of entertainment and reality tv everywhere, though. Mildy, anyway. What I rather wanted to post, was to ask if anybody knows much about the fact Facebook are apparently suing them(lamebook)? Under what terms etc? Also to leave you with a lamebook pictuare;

I get the impression a number of hackers do the hacks just for the sake of the hack itself, and that is usually to do something you are not supposed to be able to do. Like suddenly have all the trophies in a game! I doubt they did it for much reason other than that, but sometimes I'm not sure if people get that. Then again, I could be totally wrong, so maybe ignore me.

Haven't VM been fibre optic for ages? Yeah it's pretty wank, they used to be much more lax, but then again I thought they only cap you down to like 75% for 4 hours or so? If you're getting top speeds I never think of that as the hugest of drops.

I've only ever seen up to season 3, but it is amazing. I need to finish watching it but each season tends to destroy my life for a few days as I waste in bed doing nothing but watching The Wire. Too many favourite characters, Freamon is a badass though. A real police.

Don't quote me on this, and I imagine the difference might be negligible, but I also believe the whiter spirits have less calories than the darker ones.

It's rather too complex and crude a subject to sometimes be overtly discussed, and there's many different thoughts and opinions on the matter. I don't know many myself, but look into maybe books on deception? Maybe any on power?

So, you have that banner up there celebrating birthdays and what not, but every time I look at it my mind sees only one thing, and I'm just wondering if it's just me, or anyone else. If you do not, then ignore this thread and move on. Nothing to see here.

I picked this up a few years back for a few quid in Gamestation as just the cart, I never played it through to completion, but my did it hold up well as a damn fine game.

So I've just started on this a few days ago, quite liking it. I think, whilst it rather is more of the same of Galaxy 1, I might prefer this. Feels like they've fixed it a bit, given more variety in the levels(I like the sort of overworld map system), and playing it I think I'm starting to take off my nostalgia goggles. I play and tend to think 'this just isn't sm64' and compare it in various ways, but as I try to look at things objectively I think maybe I'm biased because I played it young, found it more of a challenge, and now find this easy. It's a problem I can't overcome or ever say either way. However, I think for any kid starting on a 3D mario game like this, this may just be one of the most memorable games they do end up in playing? I always thought maybe I'd be able to stay immune to the biases of age, but I think I've fallen into the follies of growing old
