  1. I thought it was a good episode. Not particularly funny (although GODDAMMIT PATRICE!!!! gets me every time~), but still good, almost like HIMYM of old.
  2. Was it funny when Leeds drew Chelsea in the League Cup? No, not really. Was it funny when they got thrashed 5-1? Yes. Hilariously so. They should wait and see what happens in the match before laughing. It's not like any part of the draw is within Man U's control.
  3. Which would you rather it was? I would have thought it good news that it can't be a clot, since those are scary. But having not experienced schizophrenia, i don't know if that is preferable...
  4. Nothing is worse than the mobile version of the site. Nothing.
  5. It's like none of them have ever seen the dance before...
  6. I would have said you Gangnam styled your left hand and lower leg off, but whatever you say...
  7. Yes yes oh yea! Jackie Chan will be in Expendables 3!
  8. I'll have a go, didn't get a chance with the original, and my contribution towards the 'Perfect Day' single hit a brick wall.
  9. Well if there's one thing we can all agree on, it is that jack is also best.
  10. This. Although i need a new PC, and i suspect my Xbox will soon die and need replacing, i'm perfectly happy playing games on that. I dont think they necessarily need more processing power etc to make better games. Nothing has come out in tha past 6 months that suggest to me that they are running out of ideas and need new consoles, so i'm happy as i am. Having siad that, if i were to consider buying the Wii U, i would need some seriously good games on the horizon, ones that i can't just buy on the Xbox. So a new Mario/Smash Bros/Something New to tempt me. Even if they did show up, i would probably wait for a price drop anyway. I can't afford a new console right now.
  11. Llandudno junction used to be my local too. Never had any problems with it. I wonder if we ever crossed paths and never knew it... Before that it was the Apollo in Bangor, but that got pulled down. It was one of those sticky floored, old fashioned places but i loved it. Nowadays I go to the Apollo in Leamington, which is ok. It only has 6 screens, so doesn't have every film but it does me fine.

    The Hobbit

I saw it in 2D 24fps, and it was great. I'll be seeing it again i think after christmas, but even then i don't think the cinema i'm going to has it in 48fps...so few places seem to be doing it? I'd love to see it in that format though just to see what the fuss is about.
  13. No idea what this is?! I put Zorilla, because the tail is similar, but i'm not sure.
  14. All i want for Christmas is the cheapest Business broadband & line rental deals, unlimited UK call packages, hosted VoIP telephone solutions & systems provider, free ISDN line installations. Cheers and Thanks
  15. I like to think i enjoy games with good stories, and then i realise i'm 3/4 of the way through and i have no idea what's going on.
  16. Ooh, nice picture of a spotted hyena! I know what you mean Jay, they should have a 'There is something in this picture, but i havn't got a clue what it is' button. I''ve needed one of those many times when something is lying too close to the camera, or i can just see an ear/horn peeking in from the side. EDIT: WTF is going on here? Is he in trouble?!
  17. Well that look pretty good! Albeit ridiculous. But that's how i like my films. I had no idea who Ellen McLain was, until she started talking. Does she always sound like that then?
  18. Well this is one of the best timewasters i've ever found. If, like me, you enjoy safaris and animal spotting in general, this is about as close as you can get whilst still being at your computer. Basically, through various wildlife camera traps, conservationists have gathered around 3 millions pictures of animals taken over three years. But they don't have enough time to work through them and identify the animals in them, and where they were spotted etc. So they posted tham all online, and people can go through them and tag them, essentially building up a database of locations of animals in the Serengeti. Apparently each picture gets sent to five participants, and if there is any disagreement between them, it gets sent to an expert, so don't worry about getting it wrong. It's incredibly satifying clicking through and spotting rarer animals, even if 90% of them will be Gazelle and Wildebeest. (And empty pictures of moving grass). I've seen lions, a giraffe and even a hyena and a couple of hares. Anywho, i've already wasted about an hour doing it, anyone else who finds it fun should check it out.
  19. For some reason i thought this was for a Europa League match or something, i.e in another country. Didn't realise it was a domestic tie! Wow.
  20. I agree with Shorty. If the church want to discriminate, then you either let them, or punish them for discrimination on the whole. If it were an organisation or company doing the same thing, then they would be heavily fined/punished. Same thing with Female Bishops, technically it is illegal to deny someone a job because of their gender. But because it's the church, we'll just let them vote on it, and accept whatever they decide.
