Thank God we started showing at least something by the end of that 1st half as those first 39 mins or so Liverpool were terrible. Man U absolutely deserve to be in the lead.

Yeah I'm really not sure how its gonna go. Usually I would have said we'd easily win but the start of this season has been so rocky that I just don't know.

Thinking about grabbing Soul Hackers 2 next week to play on Steam Deck. Never played the first one but from what I hear this is more of a soft reboot than a sequel anyway.

Finally got around to watching this yesterday with @Goafer and I enjoyed it. Mostly just a fun Predator movie with maybe a slightly by the numbers story. Only real issue that stood out to both of us was the dialogue choices. A lot of it felt very modern for 1719.

Just finished the first episode of She Hulk and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the rest of the season.

Had a meeting with my boss today as I'm trying to arrange to start working from home 2 days a week as it's become a lot harder for me to get in at the moment. First thing she does is ambush me with a request of their own to instead work an extra day a week and do my current job in the school office while also covering the office for a year. They also know that I don't get on at all with the receptionist who I'd have to be on my own with all afternoon everyday. Delusional.

Yeah I'd be up for it.

Finally managed to order a copy of the 52 Omnibus for a reasonable (in Omnibus terms anyway) price. Been a while since I read all of that 52 series but I remember really enjoying it at the time. It was nice to basically spend a whole year with some lower tier characters you don't always follow.

We really should have won the game easily. We actually played really well and bossed the entire match, even when we were down to 10 men. We just couldn't get the ball in the goal! I was really impressed with Harvey Elliot last night as well for us. He was all over the place.

Probably time for me to start another Brotherhood rewatch soon. Such a great show.

I'd probably say VII is my favourite Final Fantasy.

I was always team Tifa in the original but I thought FFVIIR did such a good job with Aeris/th that it actually swayed me more to her side this time.

Series X arrived this morning so I'm just downloading a load of games to try. Glad to say the experience of setting it up was a lot better than my original Xbox One where updates and downloads got stuck in a loop and I had to disable the internet to get things back on track. Only issue this time was that the app on my phone wouldn't connect for the quick setup so I had to do it manually. Anyone got any hidden gem recommendations on gamepass then? Edit: Actually one thing I have noticed is that the download speeds are all over the place. Taking ages to download games that would be done in no time on my PC because the speeds fluctuate so much.

Yeah I've got Jesus as well. I'm also gonna take a chance on Nunez. I'm hoping he becomes the solid replacement for Mane with lots of goals.

I must have missed there was a Predator prequel coming out. It's on Disney+ now so I might give it a watch this weekend.
