I personally wasn't impressed with Michonne's story. It was nice, but that was all it was. 12 June they'll reveal the releasedate (somewhere in Autumn) and more info for season 3. Robert Kirkman himself said Clementine would return, htough the way he worded it made it sound like she wasn't the protagonist. I also vaguely recall rumours that it would be set some years after season 2, which would make it set after all known stories in the walking dead universe.. But I'm not sure if I really read that somewhere as a rumour or as some fan wishful thinking / speculation. Anyway, we'll know in a few days.

This is looking interesting.. Coming in July.

http://n-europe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=57404 Merge please. Anyway, never finished this, but cautiously started an normal iron man game yesterday.. Then restarted 3 times. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I actually have time to play this again in the next few days. I'm thinking of spending more time in the character creator though. I'm recreating my favourite models (as far as the creator allows), and some others, I'll make some screenshots. I've also got Captain marvel and Spider-Gwen . I've also remade myself.. Despite the limited options, it actually looks somewhat like me.. Has anyone else recreated themselves? Anyone care to make an N-E character pool? There's nothing like screaming at yourself for missing a 80%+ shot . I'm also hearing the latest DLC is not worth the price. The first one I'm not interested in, the other ones I'll probably get separately on sale. Edit: I made an N-E character pool, with just me in it. Download it, import* it, add yourself, and re-share. file For "name" I went with the format real first name, NE nickname as nickname, and real last name, but as long as your NE nickname is present, everthing should be clear. Personally I also checked all options: soldier, VIP & dark VIP, but that's also up to you. * Download the file, and put it here (Windows 7, but should be similar for the other versions?) Midnight special ♥♥♥♥♥ Sci-fi from the director of Mud and Take shelter. Had high hopes for this one, but it disappointed. About a guy who bring his son from point A to point B.. and that's pretty much it. The jungle book ♥♥♥♥♥ Shit as expected, Rotten Tomatoes score be damned. El desconocido ♥♥♥♥♥ Mildly entertaining Spanish thriller about a guy and his car driving a boobytrapped car. Didn't feel realistic though (in how the cops and bombsquad acted). Creative control ♥♥♥♥♥ Cool low-budget sci-fi comedy. Marketing guy creates an avatar of the girl he's in love with with the help of a new Augmented Reality product. X-men: Apocalypse ♥♥♥♥♥ I dunno. I was properly entertained, but I guess I don't need to see it a 2nd time anytime soon. Great action and enough laughs to be had, though story-wise, yeah. Could've been better. Make it a 3.5. The nice guys ♥♥♥♥♥ Awesome buddy detectives film, with plenty of black humour. Ryan Gosling and Russel Crowe are trying to find a girl. Cool 70s vibe. Ryan Gosling's character's sassy daughter is the real star. GO SEE IT.

Ah ok. No I always take the cheapest option, as I'm never in a hurrry, and prefer to keep my money . But 30 pounds for ems? Are you sure? That also seems over the top. You can buy a Nendoroid for that.
-
I was going to see, yes it's worth it! Get it! But it looks like you're paying too much? I'm paying a little more than £ 100 for the item and shipping it seems. What sites are you looking at? (oh right, she's sold out at all the bigger store I assume, so that's probably the problem) Edit: No, not sold out: http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-012602&page=top%2Fsearch%2Flist%3Fs_keywords%3Dtiamo%24pagemax%3D40%24getcnt%3D0%24pagecnt%3D1 Also available at Hobbysearch for a bit more (but still less than retail).

So they just allow people on the motorway without testing if they're actually able to handle the motorway? That's fucked up. Here you don't get a driver's license if you can't drive on the motorway. I can imagine it being scary if you've never been on it before, and then suddenly have to but without an instructor. It's actually easier than driving through the city, but it's also quite different. I'd take at least one of those motorway lessons, just to get a feel for it (again, here that would already be part of the driving lessons, but yeah).
-
What do you mean? Not even with a driving instructor when you're taking lessons? If not, how do they teach you to drive in the UK? Even if you haven't driven on the motorway before, surely at least theory should teach you what lanes you should drive in.. How did he pass theory if he doesn't know basic stuff like that. I have not touched a steering wheel after getting my driver's licence over 10 years ago. But at the time I was taking driving lessons, the motorway was the easy part. Just go fast, and no crossroads to deal with. Just overtake and be overtaken.

The one on the picture? Anyway, cool man. Can't wait to see you on the streets. But seriously, saxaphones are sexy.

I'm getting all my stuff next month because of delays and the fact they're combined with items with later release dates.. Marth is ordered along with Tiamo / Cordelia being released start of next month), Link is ordered along with Anna (Frozen) and Shizue / Isabelle, the latter one being released at the end of the month, and the one holding things up (Anna was released in January). June is going to be expensive . edit: I forgot, First 4 Figures is doing a 1/4th scale Samus Varia suit: Regular Exclusive

Ehm, yeah! Glad to be of service! :p If you're more into the weirder side of the film spectrum, I recommend seeing The lobster after Realité then.

Apparently this works while embedded, but if not:

Bob wants a vanilla boxset. I haven't checked, but the box Bob links to just looks like a repackaged bundle to me, in other words the original releases in a simple box. I didn't know there was one. Now it seems there is, I suspect they'll do one for phase 2 eventually, but I personally still want an actual boxset, but without all the plastic stuff. After Doctor Strange, Thor is also getting an insane cast. Apart from Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo, returning are Tom Hiddleston, Idris Alba, Anthony Hopkins and Jaime Alexander. Added are Cate Blanchett, Tessa Thompson, and just announced: Jeff Goldblum and Karl Urban. That's a fine cast right there.

Just bought train tickets.. It's been too long since I've been out of the country. 1,5 day in Paris, then 3 days Marseille.. I don't know how much of use this is to you UK people, but the Thalys had a sale because of their 20th anniversary.. A lot of tickets (to all destinations) were € 20,-. You still have a few hours to make use of it. If you can get to Paris for cheap, you can go to destinations like Antwerpen, Amsterdam, or Köln for an additional € 20,-.

He used to be very active in mafia games. I'm thinking of dedicating my next mafia game to him, though that'll be off-site.. What about "MadDog's playground"?

@dan\-likes\-trees Great pics again! Like the 2nd and 3rd especially. About anaglyph: There's a science behind, but it's mostly me winging it with my compact camera. Tripods help (even more than usual), but my gorillapod broke, so it's often about having a steady hand and a bit (or a lot) of luck. You take one picture, then shift horizontally to the right, and take a 2nd. Then remove the colour channels in post-processing, and combine them. It's probably less hard with "normal pics", as with macro shots the shift is just a few millimeters or less, plus there's a minimal change in angle.. I like to do macro shots, because that's the only way to get depth of field in my old compact camera, plus I have toys available, but no Brazilian super models unfortunately. @Shorty That's hard to say without showing examples. If I'd hazard a guess, the views simply look better in your mind than that they actually do. View of a nice city != nice view of a city. Take pictures when the lighting is more interesting, like the golden hour, or blue hour or even at night, if you have good artificial lighting, and your camera can handle it. But again, it's better if you show us an example first. Anyway, I ordered some film, but it looks like the shop I ordered from isn't exactly trustworthy.. I'm not sure if I'll get it from them.
-
Seriously.. All these questions makes me wonder how you even got your license. You shouldn't be on the road without an instructor. And get a better one than your last one.
-
I don't think so.. I don't believe they ever released one for phase 1. I would love boxsets with all the cool alternative covers, but without all the plastic toys.

Edge of tomorrow is great. Since last post: Mountains may depart ♥♥♥♥♥ Boring Chinese drama about a woman, and the men in her life. Well, it started out good, but it's divided in 3 chapters, the last one set in the future, where it looks like the director/writer lost his mind. Tony ♥♥♥♥♥ Maybe not of much interest to you, it's a Dutch documentary about a Dutch brand of chocolate. They were handing out bars of chocolate to those who attended. 5/5. Seriously though, the brand (Tony Chocolonely) is known for trying to do better than "fair trade", and the documentary shows the brand's history. It's pretty funny, but also enlightening. I didn't know about the cocoa scandals that's apparently still a problem to this day. I've heard they were planning on getting into the UK market though. Demolition ♥♥♥♥♥ Pretty good drama with Jake Gyllenhaal and Naomi Watts. About a guy trying to cope with the loss of his wife. Premise is a bit contrived, but I like how all the relationships are handled. Captain America: civil war ♥♥♥♥♥ I've already commented on Captain America in its thread. Brooklyn ♥♥♥♥♥ Ok drama with Saoirse Ronan, about an Irish girl who moves to the US in the 50s. Sweet and sometimes funny, but won't leave a lasting impression. Évolution ♥♥♥♥♥ Looking back at this hread, apparently I've made no comments whatsoever on the films I've seen at IFFR. This was one of them. You can see I rated it 3/5, and I mark films I've already seen in grey in my list. So apparently there was something about this film that made me want to see it again.. I usually reserve this for 4/5 or 5/5 films (which is why I rate them 4/5 and 5/5). It's a French horror drama, about a boy on an island inhabited by boys and women only (i.e no girls and men). There's not much dialogue or story, the film's main attraction is the atmosphere and pretty images. This is actually one of the few films I've seen at IFFR that I actually remember and again, apparently wanted to see again, and I can attribute this solely to the film's atmosphere, which is a pretty big feat.. Atmosphere is important to me, but I generally need more than that to enjoy a film. But this film's blend of mystery, melancholy and creepyness apparently does it for me.. That plus one of the last scenes being downright sensual. I should probably rate it higher than I currently do.. Make it at least a 3.5/5, perhaps a 4 even. Trumbo ♥♥♥♥♥ Pretty good drama about a Communist Hollywood writer in the 50s. Pretty funny at times, great (supporting) cast. I mean, I'm in love with Elle Fanning, but it's also great to see the likes of Louis C.K. and John Goodman is serious but funny roles. This is a films that made me want to go to the cinema, while I was at a cinema. Effective. Men & chicken ♥♥♥♥♥ And another films I've already seen at IFFR, only this time one that was actually one of my favourites, so watching it again was a given. Danish dark modern fairytale with black humour. Mads Mikkelsen looking ugly. About 2 men who discover their father is not their biological father, and set out meet him, their other half brothers, and find out about their mothers (since apparently all 5 of them have different mothers). Incredibly funny (though may be a bit of an acquired taste in that regard), incredible atmosphere (due to the music and the setting, the island but mostly the old house the 3 other half brothers live in) and great story. This is a must-see in my opinion. Monsieur Chocolat ♥♥♥♥♥ Ok French drama about the first black clown in France, set around 1900. Interesting story, but I thought the script could've been better, especially after comparing it to what Wikipedia says about the real guy the film's based on. I felt some things could've handled better, like his love interests, or gambling addiction. A bigger splash ♥♥♥♥♥ Meh. Great cast, but in the end, I've no idea what to do with this.

Concert tickets, to compensate for the fact North Sea Jazz sold out: - Imam Baildi (some Greek band I've never heard of, but it sounded good, and I was in a experimental mood. Plus the singer is absolutely gorgeous). - Roy Ayers (the legend) - Jessy Lanza (I've been hearing her on the radio. I love her stuff) - Nicola Conte (I've heard of him, I actually have something of him on vinyl, but I'm not too familiar with his stuff, but it's definitely my style). Probably going to check some other concerts / festivals though. Camera stuff: - A few roll films for my dad's old camera.. Well it's basically my camera now. - A very specialized battery adapter for that camera (they don't make the batteries anymore that the camera uses). - A Metabones Canon FD to MFT adapter, to use the FD lenses I have available on a Blackmagic Pocket camera. - A 128GB Sandisk extreme pro SD card. So.. So now it's time to go out there and shoot stuff.

No idea, I don't play the games. Figures in themselves don't unlock anything beyond their character, but playsets unlock certain levels / gamemodes / whatever I believe. Anyway, generally speaking, I suspect you still have tie to buy alol the Star Wars stuff you want (current generation stuff), but if you want figures from the previous generations, I think you need to hurry. But if you're only interested in Star Wars, that's of no interest to you.

Don't give a shit about Eurovision. But give me a list of all the babes I should Google. I'm already aware of the Armenian woman.
