I think this time Nintendo actually have something worth advertising and should take this chance they have. Also they have a really good chance to advertise in lots of different ways. The Revolution's controller is something that really has to be experienced, so if they had street-show type advertising where the public is let loose on the Revolution it would be great.

How can you be pretentiously boring? Pretentious means when you think you are thinkl you deserve merit and think you are right, most of the time when you are wrong or it is unjustified. I don't think Radiohead do that, and I would like you to find an example of them doing this. As for boring . . . Well that's your opinion isn't it, I know plenty of people who will disagree.

Metroid Prime was simply amazing for the atmosphere. Pure brilliance. Also F-Zero GX was great, the feeling and how polished that game was was unbelieveable. I even went and bought an extra memory card just for this game.

Innuendos are fine for childrens films though because the fact is the children won't understand it. It's just something that keeps the older viewer amused.

Interesting. In my ICT class we are designing a new system for a made up client. My made up client is an independant PC animator, and I have him down for a Cinema 4D user . . . Basically the PC that I make in ICT for my user will be the PC that I will build at home.

I have such a cool PC because it's 5 years old without any upgrades apart from a modem. FEAR IT. But it is quite able to run FireFox, Winamp and MSN all at once so I am happy. (That's a lie, I'm not happy because I can't use Cinema 4D, so I'm building a new PC.)

So after seeing how bad my PC really is I have decided to build a PC. I was looking at an old issue of PC Gamer (November 2004 when they reviewed Half-Life 2) and found they had a feature titled "Build a top PC for just £500". It was able tor un Half-Life 2, Doom3 and Rome: Total War. So I was about to order these parts and then I realised that this is newly a year old, even if I could find the components it would be pointless because you can get better ones for the same price. So, which PC know-it-all would like to base a system for me, including links and prices, based on this old system? The old system was: Motherboard: ABit KV-7 Processor: AMD Athlon 3000XP+ 400 MHz FSB, 512K L2 Cache Heatsink/Fan: Thermaltake Volano 11+ Memory: 1024MB PC3200 (400 MHz) DDR (two of these) Graphics card: ATI Radeon 9800 Pro HDD: Maxtor Diamond Max +9 80GB CD/DVD: Sony 16X DVD-ROM (Black) (Plus extra IDE cable) Case: Arianet Cybercase 420W and 8CM case fan So that's the system they put out, all costing £477. Now my problem comes when trying to find a motherboard that accepts a processor of 400MHz and also RAM of 400MHz. Also them porcessors aren't made anymore. So basically if anyone can update these components for me and make sure it all works with the chosen motherboard I would be eternally greatful. Thanks. P.S. If the motherboard you find has 6 channel sound that would be great, too. I don't fancy spending more money on a sound card.

Ok so I just bought a ExcelStor J88 80gig hard disk, I did not however install this into my actual PC. I instead used a Fanner Group CF100-NEB GigaPod. Basically it's a case that hooks up to the PC by USB but makes your computer think you have a new hard disk drive in your PC. Now seeing as my PC has found this new hardware lets just forget that and look at it like I have just a regular new hard disk drive installed in my PC. The problem is, even though my PC has recognised it, says it will work, displays it on my device manager - telling me all about it, what it's called, its driver and even how much it holds - it does not appear on My Computer. I can't get to it. C: drive it has, all my disc drives it has, but no new hard disk drive. I tried typing in what it would be [G:] but it doesn't come up. What the heck's with that? Thanks in advance. P.S. I am suppost to format it before I use it, but how am I suppost to format it when it doesn't come up?
