We def need to do a video that shows the meet is more than half a day in the park I love that but going for food and games at Zell's has been the highlight for the last two years.

I made my not-quite-girlfriend-yet-probably-should-just-ask an awesome birthday present, took me freakin hours (like 20), practically had an anxiety attack just getting round to admitting I had something to give her because I was overanalysing whether it was too much effort or whatever. So got drunk on champagne/liquid courage and long story short she absolutely loved it so...

Incredibly easy to fake, literally 20 seconds in web developer tools. Despite how easy it was, they were lazy and didn't even research amazon's link structure. I actually feel like a sucker just for wasting effort typing out these three sentences.

Confused as to why they're still selling them with 500GB and 1TB hard drives when a lot of us upgraded our PS4s to 2TB years ago for a relatively low price. Am glad to see there's 3 USB 3.1 ports though. Assuming that finally means one on the back so I could hide the headphone dongle.... Not sure about that. Lara Croft Go was released at £3.99 I think, maybe more, and received great media coverage, topped charts and had a 5 star average. I bought it on the back of that and they didn't even have the free/demo mode like this game. Word of mouth and the free mode will get everyone trying this, and social media will probably do a good job of reminding people that they paid £700 for their phone so the cost of a cup of coffee for a great game isn't so bad.

The pro looks lovely, except aesthetically which I am not sold on at all. It should have more of an accent, sharper edges and be more different to the new slim. However, a 4k TV and this might be my next luxury purchase when I have the spare cash. Was going to be a HTC Vive but now I'm having my doubts about the (near) future of VR. At first I was put off by no 4k blu-ray but then I realised I'm the same as @Blade, I don't buy Blu-rays or any videos on physical media anymore so not too bothered about that. I'm not sure if we're getting our wires crossed but against your original concern that PS4 Pro multiplayer players could have an advantage over PS4 players, I was trying to explain that, as evidenced by existing circumstances with PC gamers, the hardware discrepancy shouldn't affect your gaming experience, because they will use software to level the playing field.

My point wasn't about upgrading hardware but more that you don't really see people claiming that multiplayer gaming is "unfair" because their system isn't as good.

Shigeru Miyamoto has just come on stage during the Apple keynote to announce Super Mario Run on iOS. It has automatic running, but it's not solely an infinite runner, there's Worlds/Levels. Then there's a battle mode which is your typical mobile infinite runner with some other fun features.

But this is what PC gamers have had for years, except they have to manage their own options. If a game is optimised to run at 60fps on the Neo, but the standard system can't manage that, then I assume it will have to have a reduced-visuals mode so that standard PS4 players can have the same experience. If developers don't want to deal with this discrepancy, I imagine they'll just limit the framerate in multiplayer to the lowest common denominator.

That's versus their full retail downloadable prices though... which you mostly wouldn't pay if you wanted to play those games. Also you don't own the games, stop paying for PS+ and they're no longer available. In contrast to yourself I haven't played anything on PS+ except Furi for a long time. I'm happy to pay because I think the service is (mostly) very good but the free games don't really make up any aspect of that anymore, not like they used to.

Things are getting a bit more serious with my situation, spending a lot more time together However, she expressed an interest in playing Portal since it had been recommended to her, so I dug out the PS3 and put it on for her. And she had to... switch the controls to inverted I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Pretty cool for capturing the atmosphere but for me the raid was about the action I wonder if I've got enough footage to splice together some clips and remember what it was like figuring those raids out for the first time. I can still remember very clearly how long we spent in the Gorgon maze looking for the exit, I wandered around with stealth (cool af, it's not like everyone had a Bladedancer back then) and when I finally found a narrow passageway and the words "Vault of Glass" popped up on the screen, I was so fucking excite. When we first learned how how to damage Atheon or how to bring down Crota with the sword, that was really awesome. Running VoG over and over again for Fatebringer or Vex Mythoclast or Vision of Confluence (@Deathjam) or the last bit of armour you needed to hit the level cap... it hasn't quite touched that brilliance since.

Lock switch on a micro SD? Not sure if she tried moving pics, I'll check. I don't think it needs reformatting since it shows up in the device and illustrates its own available space.

A friend of mine has an issue that's at odds with this thread title. A Samsung phone, I think one of the recent galaxy models. She can't put any apps onto the memory card, she can't seem to move anything to the memory card. She has less than 100MB space on the phone, a 16GB micro SD card in the phone with a huge amount of space on it, and she can't even install Pokemon Go. The online storage (8GB) is mostly filled with misc/other data (4GB) which can't be browsed in more detail from the usage manager, and apps which can't be moved. Is there a simple fix to this that neither of us can find?

No we haven't, and there hasn't been a new 2D one since Fusion in 2002 (excluding Zero Mission) despite Nintendo seemingly having a love affair with revisiting 2D games since NSMB. No 2D Metroid on the DS or 3DS is a really confusing decision to me. Another confusing thing is why not make Federation Force a whole new brand since it doesn't include Samus anyway?

I also don't care much. I don't see any application for me taking a two-player console out and about. That's just not something I have the time or group dynamic to enjoy. I just want a quality home console that's straightforward to play big Nintendo games (Mario/Zelda/Metroid) and fun party games (Wii Sports/Nintendoland) on. Is targeting the gimmick-loving market really that much stronger a play for Nintendo than appealing to such a crowd? Or will the NX really have a chance to push things forward? Not optimistic on the latter, but I'll wait and see. The Wii U was the first Nintendo console I didn't buy immediately at launch, since I was old enough to be buying my own stuff.... If things don't change a bit, the NX might be the first Nintendo console I don't buy
