Dog-amoto Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 Don't watch this while eating! Time lapse footage of decomposition This is why I'd prefer to be cremated!!
Kirkatronics Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 Don't watch this while eating! Time lapse footage of decomposition This is why I'd prefer to be cremated!! At first he just looks to be getting sadder, then boom his eyes explode!
Blue_Ninja0 Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 What the hell? Why was the decomposition all concentrated on a single moment?
MoogleViper Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 What the hell? Why was the decomposition all concentrated on a single moment? I think because it was cooked then it would have decomposed from the insides first. So there would have been a lot of decomposing that we couldn't really see and that's why it looked like it all happened at one moment. And there's also the number of maggots/flies and the rate of breeding to consider.
dan-likes-trees Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Is that for real? Dunno, bit too good to be true really. Still, the story seems somewhat convincing. Unrelated, Quite cool biology-physics quiz thing. I got 9 / 12
EchoDesiato Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Dunno, bit too good to be true really. Still, the story seems somewhat convincing. Unrelated, Quite cool biology-physics quiz thing. I got 9 / 12 11/12. Yay.
Shino Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 Kasparov gets attacked by a flying penis. You can't make up this kind of stuff.
Blue_Ninja0 Posted June 1, 2008 Posted June 1, 2008 ^ That was brilliant! It seems he even joked on it. Only 6/12 in that biology/physics thing.
Dante Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Don't watch this while eating! Time lapse footage of decomposition This is why I'd prefer to be cremated!! I can see the screencap image of the video. I didnt want to see that.
gaggle64 Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 I'm currently operating primarily on top of the third level, which includes video games and amateur sci-fi writers.
Roostophe Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 I'm currently operating primarily on top of the third level, which includes video games and amateur sci-fi writers. The anime bit, with the "who don't care about subtitles", I'm assuming that's anime fans who watch them raw, yes? Does that mean anime fans who watch them dubbed, like me, aren't on the graph? I´m so going to learn this song That vid is very, very, awesome. Animaniacs FTW!
Coolness Bears Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 I´m so going to learn this song That video was a slice of genius! : peace:
gaggle64 Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 So Yakko is a Scottish nationalist, but isn't too bothered about Wales? Does that mean anime fans who watch them dubbed, like me, aren't on the graph? I believe that does put you in the "not bothered about subtitles" box.
Roostophe Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 I believe that does put you in the "not bothered about subtitles" box. 'Spose it does, actually... I've spotted some inaccuracies in that vid, now. Wales' omission included. Dahomey? That hasn't existed since the 1970's. (Wikipedia'd)
D_prOdigy Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 Calza and Supercube mentioned the Perry Bible Fellowship the other day, so I had to check it out: An end To Gopher Trouble So sinister... so epic.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted June 2, 2008 Posted June 2, 2008 The Yakko vid is awesome! I wanna learn the lyrics, but it's a little hard since we Danes pronounce some of the place names differently. :p
Blue_Ninja0 Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 Oh I remember that Animaniacs music from a few years back. It was awesome.
