Demuwan Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Color TV Game NES/Famicom (AV | NES 2 ) SNES/Super Famicom Virtual Boy Nintendo 64 GameCube iQue Game & Watch Game Boy Game Boy Color Game Boy Advance (SP | Micro) Nintendo DS/ Nintendo DS Lite For me it would have to be the virtual boy made my head hurt:nono: It also made me dream in 'red'.
KKOB Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 gameboy pocket-the screen went all blurry with motion in mario for the GB and i couldnt play it! grrrrr!!!
Atomic Boo Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Gameboy Advance - games were mostly rubbish and not much of an improvement over gameboy colour.
KKOB Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Gameboy Advance - games were mostly rubbish and not much of an improvement over gameboy colour. kinda agree, but it revived all the SNES classics and had some very very high quality games, im glad nintendo didnt make it more powerful, however over looking a back lit screen and not fitting the original GBA with one was just crap really.
The Bard Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 iQue, followed shortly by the Game and Watches...
Indigo Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 iQue, followed shortly by the Game and Watches... iQue? It wasn't even designed for our market. I don't see how you could call it a disappointment.
Fields Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 For me, it's the Gamecube. Yes, there were some fantastic games, but it promised so much more. Online games failed to materialise, the whole GBA connectivity thing didn't deliver, and none of the big releases really lived up to the massive hype they generated. And all this was reflected, of course, by disappointing sales figures.
AshMat Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I still don't get what the iQue is, and the Game and Watches are great little machines. Virtual Boy for me.
triforcemario Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 i I still don't get what the iQue is, and the Game and Watches are great little machines. iQue is the company that sells Nintendo products in China, the first iQue was a Nes, Snes and N64 all-in-one controller, which was just an controller which you plugged into the TV, and the games could be downloaded from kiosks (Nes, Snes and N64 games) onto a flash memory card for low prices, from what I can gather, it was quite succesful, but there wern't many games... and the second iQue produect was the iQue DS, it was more or less the same as a normal DS, besides tha it had different firmware which was in chinese, and as the iQue DS logo on it instead of the Nintendo DS logo.
ViPeR Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 For me it has to be the Game Boy Color, it was too little too late to be honest.
Mr. Bananagrabber Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Gamecube. Worst system this generation by far. About 5 games worth owning.
soag Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I have an IQUE it freaking rocks, playing starfox in chinese its a right laugh when drunk
The3rdChildren Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 GameCube for me. All of the best games on it aren't even directly from Nintendo.
DanielTimothy Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Gamecube. Worst system this generation by far. About 5 games worth owning. . . . and one of those games is enough reason to have a cube.
The Bard Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Gamecube. Worst system this generation by far. About 5 games worth owning. Load of toss. I have about 40 games, all of them I consider essential. To there.
Bren Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 gamecube. I played my xbox a lot more than it. And iv never done that with another nintendo console. N64 my personal fav.
Caris Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 gamecube. I played my xbox a lot more than it. And iv never done that with another nintendo console. N64 my personal fav. couldnt of said it better my self.
mcj metroid Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 .........none that i'v played but i suppose gamecube could have been so much more with more third party.never played vb
triforce_keeper Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 GBA because I didn't really buy a lot of games on it due to most of the games were not appealing to me.
Zygo Ape Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Gameboy pocket for me, i didnt really see the point. And the only reason i didnt say Game Boy Colour was because of Dragon Warrior Monsters and Pokemon Gold/Silver
Fierce_LiNk Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 Gameboy advance is mine. I wasn't really 'into' handhelds at the time, so i didn't have the energy to buy that many titles. I spent more money playing titles on my gamecube and N64, rather than getting a new advance title. Luckily, the DS came and totally changed my perception of handhelds.
Ramar Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 I'd say GBA, I played on my old GBA the other day and I was like. "How on earth did I play this, I can't even see the ****ing screen". I honestly can't imagine how Nintendo thought they could sell the product, the SP was like a knight in shining armour and saved the day.
Zell Posted August 8, 2006 Posted August 8, 2006 All the nintendo consoles I own (snes, n64, gbc, gba, gamecube and ds) were all worth getting, none of them disappointing. It's really hard to say which is the most disappointing, the most obvious choice is gamecube, but with games like smash bros and resi 4... gamecube is obviously not a disappointment.
