Nolan Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 You didn't even mention the adorably nervous man playing with Yarnie. He looked about 2 minutes from a heart attack.
Hero-of-Time Posted June 15, 2015 Author Posted June 15, 2015 You didn't even mention the adorably nervous man playing with Yarnie. He looked about 2 minutes from a heart attack. I really felt for the guy, especially when the camera zoomed into his hands. Poor bloke.
drahkon Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 You didn't even mention the adorably nervous man playing with Yarnie. He looked about 2 minutes from a heart attack. Well, that's forgivable considering how big this must've been for him. Unravel looks incredible. Genuinely excited for this.
Eenuh Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 You didn't even mention the adorably nervous man playing with Yarnie. He looked about 2 minutes from a heart attack. I was thinking that! You could see the nervousness drip off him, bless him. Full of passion and so happy to finally be at E3, awww. The game looks really nice, interested to see more of it in the future.
Nolan Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 I really felt for the guy, especially when the camera zoomed into his hands. Poor bloke. I think that was the moment it really hit him. He seemed a bit less nervous when he first took the stage.
Agent Gibbs Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 oh wow that looks so magical, whimsical and just joyful! what platforms is it on?
dwarf Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 Wait, so are you guys saying the live demo... ....unravelled?
Nolan Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 Wait, so are you guys saying the live demo... ....unravelled? No, I don't think anyone is saying that. Your bad puns are poorly timed I say good day, sir!
tapedeck Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 I agree. Looks astounding. Dat Yarn Yoshi Amiibo got competition...
drahkon Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 I really felt for the guy, especially when the camera zoomed into his hands. Poor bloke. It was such a great moment, though. It appears Yarn really means a lot to him and now he and his team are making a game around the character. Finally being able to show it to the world...I think everyone would be nervous
Fierce_LiNk Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 I fell in love with this as soon as the guy went on stage. He was an absolute blubbering mess and the ONLY way he could ever recover from his shakey hands and "look at mah pictures of my teddy in the forest" moments was by showing what looked like an incredible game. They have my attention. Hope it delivers.
Mr_Master_X2 Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 Looks great, you can literally see/feel the love/passion put into the game.
RedShell Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 Beautiful stuff, and crazy impressive considering the size of the development team! Just a shame EA ended up getting their grubby mitts on it, but oh well.
drahkon Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Had a grin on my face during the whole trailer...until that broken heart... Beautiful.
Fierce_LiNk Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Gorgeous! That looks lovely. Very charming.
Nolan Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Do want. Makes me think of Little Big Planet, but with more purpose.
Dog-amoto Posted January 6, 2016 Posted January 6, 2016 Saw this available for preorder on the Xbox store. Must say it does look good but I'll wait for the reviews first. Not sure if there'll be enough in the gameplay mechanics to hold my interest.
Dog-amoto Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 (edited) Downloaded the trial on EA Access. Looks like I get the full game to try a day before it comes out. Really enjoying it. You can tell the team have put a lot of love and effort into this. Will definitely buy. Wont have enough time to just play it all for free Edited February 8, 2016 by Dog-amoto
Ronnie Posted February 8, 2016 Posted February 8, 2016 Reviews seem a tad disappointing. They love the aesthetic and charm but the actual gameplay/platforming is frustrating, especially later on. A case of style over substance ?
