Press print screen. Then go to paint and copy and paste. Crop out the rest of the screen dump. Save. Upload. Post. Win.

Mac is easy peasy! Just click Shift+Apple+4 and you can select what you want to take a screenshot of. If you want a screenshot of the entire screen, just replace 4 by 3.
