Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist (Ubisoft) - €29.99/£19.99 (Permanent, old price €44.99/£36.99)

Just Dance 4 (Ubisoft) - €19.99/£14.99 (Permanent, old price €39.99/£29.99)

Darksiders II is getting relisted under a new publisher which is also why it's on sale, except the sale price is pretty rubbish. Would have bought it if it was cheaper.

The sale price is beyond preposterous! You'll be able to find it for a tenner most places. £19.99 and they may have got somewhere. How can some companies be so clueless?!

There is only Just Dance at a half decent price, just to have it digitally. Mental.

That's not the new Just Dance though, it's the old one. Boo!! Splinter Cell isn't a terrible price!

But it is a terrible game...

I jest – it looks quite appealing, even if it takes a different approach to stealth than the original trilogy.

I believe you're thinking of Conviction, there...

Looks cool. Sort of Metroid-ish in both gameplay and atmosphere, with a bit of stealth thrown in for good measure :)

Nice to see an exclusive that is actually built around the asymmetric screens as well :D

Nothing? seriously Nothing?

come on the only news lately was that DS games could be VC games, no news on the promised N64 games, the GBA games or the much rumoured Gamecube games, and thats not considering if other formats are ported like the Wii VC

usually a drought preceeds an anouncement and a "blow out" (read as 3 games in a week)....but this is just like Nintendo stopping supporting the VC

Just you guys wait. Sure, there might be a few empty weeks coming, but it'll all pay off when Nintendo suddenly releases Balloon Fight Mirror Mode Edition. Everyone's gonna be like "WUUUUUUT??!" and the Wii U's start flying off the shelves. Back in Japan, Miyamoto and Iwata are all like "ooooh yeah bitches, we still got it!"

I think Tapingo is coming out this week, Puzzle Quest (random) and Renegade too on the 3DS. So maybe Wii U will get some stuff. Why nintendo haven't announced this I have no idea. New direct coming?! :)

I can imagine the Virtual Console is bottom of their priorities right now, and rightly so IMO. Have Gamecube games really been rumoured though? I can't imagine them releasing any of those. N64 at best like the Wii.

Or maybe the PR is a day "late".

Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures (Namca Bandai Games) - €44.99/£36.99

Pac is back in an all-new experience for a whole new generation of fans. Featuring an original storyline inspired by the show and all the charming characters from the PAC-MAN and the Ghostly Adventures animated series, created and produced by Avi Arad, director and founder of Marvel Studios. Pac and his two best friends, Spiral and Cylindria, rise to the challenge of protecting their home, all the while fighting for friendship, freedom and the future!

Renegade (Nintendo, NES VC) - €4.99/£3.49

Renegade was a highly influential benchmark in the beat 'em up genre. Step into the shoes of a vigilante who must battle his way through subways, parks, alleyways and parking lots. You can even burn rubber on a motorcycle. Pick up items like a hamburger that restores life, a heart that increases your lives by one and an item that gives your bike a boost. You'll need all the help you can get to take out the many street punks, killer kung-fu females, outlaw bikers and array of bosses standing in your way. This is the US version of the game.

@Ike Super Mario Bros. (Nintendo) - €31.99/£27.99 New Super Mario Bros U perhaps? I doubt they'd ask 32€ for the original! #wecanonlyhope

Also, Renegade getting a release on the Wii U too, nice!

Ah, good catch. That's the price for M&L Dream Team. It's the original NES game that's on sale, unfortunately.

Another day, another indie title heading our way.

Developer DrinkBox is bringing a new digital version of Guacamelee to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Wii U.

Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition is "coming soon." Similar to the Gold Edition on PC, it bundles all previous DLC into one game and expands the original story with new levels and boss battles. Playable characters will also receive new abilities in the updated version of the awesome 2D action/platformer. You can check out some of the new skills in the announcement trailer below.

Look for more on Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition on IGN closer to its launch.
