  1. Was just about to say the same thing after seeing the white one. Then the absolute confirmation of the colours in the right place with this one. Can’t unsee Mario now.
  2. Nintendo x Lego collab

Nice psychedelic warping of the N-E Cafe Logo at the end during the extras, too.

N-E Café [021] Controlling the Future is now available at all good podcast providers. The N-E Café Podcast comes of age. Our 21st episode has Lee Davies, Gregory Moffett and Nick Lone dissect the various Nintendo controllers of old, and surmise where the future of gaming input is headed. Voting is over, and here's how it all played out. Ori & the Blind Forest taking the win. We will be recording the 21st episode of N-E Cafe in the next 30 minutes, so will give the winner a shout out there, too. So, get gaming. You have the full month of April, and I'll collect everyone's viewpoints on Ori, and we'll record the PodPals podcast on Sunday, May 3rd (episode 25). Please share your thoughts on all things Ori, even how it stacks up to the sequel, for those that have played both. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
  7. Does this mean last day of submission is next Sunday? Basically, we have a week from now to get our entries in. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. And even before the WHO started towing the CCP line, Taiwan was closing down all travel to and from WuHan because their own experts had seen all that was necessary to show that it was being transmitted between humans. Why couldn’t the WHO ‘see’ the same evidence? The Director General of the WHO is from Ethiopia, a country that has been accepting massive amounts of economic and infrastructure money from China. He has shown where his loyalties lie, and he needs to go.

Last shout out for anyone interested in voting for April’s Modern Metroidvanias. The 3 games are Axiom Verge, Ori and the Blind Forest or SteamWorld Dig. Voting closes on April 4th.

Ohh, uncles at Nintendo? I am really excited for all the lineup of the 2K games now. The more I look into each of the games, Borderlands included, I feel the necessity to purchase all of them. Probably not at once, but over the next year probably. Can't say enough good things about Good Job!, and I haven't played it. Basing all my enthusiasm from videos online. The more I think about Bravely Default, the worse it gets. That demo didn't gel with me at all. Even more excited now than I was when recording. A tentative 2020 release date needs to be clarified quickly. I'm one of those gamers with only a Switch and nothing else to play on, and that's not going to change. So, I suppose this Direct really was for me. Sad to hear others so downbeat, but who knows what's coming in the second half of the year? Hopefully, more than just those rumoured Mario remasters. No Transition Tunes guesses yet.

Quoting as it's now on a new page, and added all the votes up to this post. Is Axiom Verge making a late comeback?

We've had a couple of correct guesses for the Transition Tunes. Been keeping quiet on revealing the answer as the podcast we'll record later today will reveal who was the quickest on the trigger. A bit of Direct talk, and Ealsdt's listener question to tackle this week. Any more listener questions for future episodes, keep them coming, and thanks.
