We had a thread like this a while ago.

We had two I believe. One expressing love for our favourite cartoons from our youth, then one about retro intros* but the point still stands. We seem to enjoy bringing these back up. Even if the majority of our efforts have now been pissed on by the original post.

Transformers Kid's sister Ren was hot in that.

Fuck yeah. Shia was (and still is) a little sod. If I ever caught it via channel surfing. She would be my reason for staying. Not a patch on Alex Mack though**

*May be in error with this descriptions.

**MAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!

I'm not sure if I'd classify children's TV as classic TV. Especially ones from the 90s.

Yeah can we get the title changed maybe?

But I'm also with Moogle about the 90s thing. I think it's more about when you grew up. I don't think that there are many shows that people would watch out of the context of childhood and say "that's fantastic".

Can I suggest that we expand this concept to discussing whether shows like Family Guy and the Simpsons are really kids shows but aimed at a broader audience?

Erm i think people have missed the point, a lot of these shows they do not show anymore, or have remade and turned them into crapness. Hence why a lot of them are classics, does it really matter what age group these come from? I don't think it does.

Thank you for that important information, ReZ! I did watch the show when I was younger because of her.

I remember making a thread similar to this though but I think mine was about 90s cartoon shows I think. The point is, there's only been two and, yeah they might have been made not long ago, how was Ryuk supposed to know that? Personally, I think the thread is awesome because he's reminded me of some awesome shows that I haven't finished watching. I was recently reminded of this:

...one of the greatest cartoons ever made. EVER! I never missed an episode until Cartoon Network changed the damn times!
