Jimbob Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Parents bought me this, to cheer me up £8 on Blu-ray
Shorty Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Last two posts fail at "What have you bought" but I'll let that slide
Daft Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Last two posts fail at "What have you bought" but I'll let that slide That's because you reduce everything down to monetary terms, my game was bought with friendship.
Shorty Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 You trade your friendship for games? That's... well, in Portal 2's case, it's acceptable.
Tales Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Loved the original, but never got to play the sequels because my PS2 screwed up my memory cards somehow. Yay for region free PS3.
Eenuh Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Some Disney films for me: £27 And then Jim's purchases: £5 £10
Dyson Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Augh just seeing the Portal 2 logo makes me want it even more. And given as though it looks as if it'll be released early.. I'm so tempted to preorder it on Steam. BUT IF I WAIT TIL NEXT FRIDAY ITLL BE CHEAPER WITH STAFF DISCOUNT AUGH DILEMMA #thirdworldproblems
Shorty Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 There's been various hints that it will be released tomorrow instead of the following week.
EEVILMURRAY Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 I would like to hope so, Steam still has it down for the 19th.
Tissue Town Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Purchases in the past 3 weeks are as follows - annd I've already paid for this, so just gotta wait for it to arrive.
S.C.G Posted April 14, 2011 Posted April 14, 2011 Wasting Light by Foo Fighters And I fucking love it!
Shorty Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 ORLY? I may wet my pants if that is the case. A mysterious countdown for your amusement (Damn I wish I was getting the PC version...)
Murr Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 And then Jim's purchases: £5 £10 Where did he get these from? Trauma Centre for £5... Do want!
Ganepark32 Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Where did he get these from? Trauma Centre for £5... Do want! If you dig around Gamestation in the pre-owned Wii section, you should find the Trauma Centre games for £5 each. That's where I last saw them at that price.
Eenuh Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 (edited) Both were pre-owned I think. Trauma Center in GAME and NMH2 in HMV. We saw the other Trauma Center game as well for about £8 I think. Like Ganepark says, just look around in the pre-owned sections of stores and you might find it there. =) Edit: Ok seems NMH2 was new and it was a sales price. So go look in an HMV and you might find it there too if you're lucky. Edited April 15, 2011 by Eenuh
EEVILMURRAY Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 A mysterious countdown for your amusement (Damn I wish I was getting the PC version...) Why don't you?
Daft Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 A mysterious countdown for your amusement (Damn I wish I was getting the PC version...) Haha!! I've got this up on my second monitor. It's awesome because I need to write an essay so this is a nice incentive. I doubt it will be a full release, I suspect it'll be just a taster since there was a 300Mb update to Portal 2.
Shorty Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Why don't you? Already pre-ordered the 360 version. Funnily enough, the graphics would be better on my PC. My PC is already connected to my TV by hdmi cable. I have a wireless receiver for the PC which means I can control it with the 360 pad. The PC version is cheaper. And yet for some reason, I still want the Xbox 360 version.
Cube Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Oddly, I stopped caring about Achievements once I hit 50k. Anyway: Birthday present for my Granddad. Edit: Shorty, did you just delete your post with bolded cheevo letters, repost it with the letters in navy then delete the second posting in order to place it before Daft's LOL gif?
