Mokong Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 If they carry over a unique subtitling into any future sequels it could be a good thing. Instead of the sequel just being "The Avengers 2" it could be "Avengers: (Insert good subtitle here)" I always prefer subtitles over numbers for sequels "Avengers Assemble" clearly defines this as the first Avengers film

But it's still just The Avengers in the US, so I doubt we'll see any of that.

Agent Gibbs Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Fuck this is JUST 2 months away now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *still avoiding trailers!* Avoiding Trailers?!?! your a braver man than I! that trailer above is EPIC its a wet dream it really is
ReZourceman Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 I have also avoided the trailers. Bask in my amazing awesomeness.
Hamishmash Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 The Hulk looks very realistic. Very good CGI there. I'm quite excited for this, which is surprising as it's a sequel to 4 movie franchises that I don't like.
Agent Gibbs Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 Rez you are also some sort of machine too then
Retro_Link Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 I watched Trailer 1 something like 10 times, but trailers 2 and 3 have been No Thankyou's! Same with Batman! The Hulk looks very realistic. Very good CGI there. That's really good to hear! One of my worries was whether they'd do a decent job on The Hulk or not given the very short production window this film seems to have had... I mean it only started filming last May!
Hero-of-Time Posted February 29, 2012 Posted February 29, 2012 APRIL 26th???? I thought it was May.... WOOT it's earlier than expected, YAY Yeah, the yanks get it at the start of May, we get it the end of April. That trailer......HYPE!!!
Retro_Link Posted February 29, 2012 Author Posted February 29, 2012 I'm such a loser... I could just stare at the picture on the Youtube link in amazement, trying to get my fill of hype! :p
Iun Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawyeah! 1st of March, only two months to go and Mass Effect 3 is out between now and then. Sexy.
Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted March 1, 2012 Posted March 1, 2012 I caved in and watched it. It was glorious.
Iun Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 (edited) IRON. MAN. LEGO. http://www.forbiddenplanet.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=2_418_7719&products_id=69630 Edited March 3, 2012 by Iun
Retro_Link Posted March 3, 2012 Author Posted March 3, 2012 So has it definately been renamed Avengers Assemble?... I'm staying away from info. --- What does anyone reckon the end of credits scene will be? I'm thinking either... a) Providing the script is all good to go, an Iron Man 3 teaser... i.e. Mandarin maybe. b) Simply showing Loki is still around/The end isn't the end. c) Teasing a New Character film/the unannounced film... Strange *sigh*, Ant-Man,
Happenstance Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 Id like the after credits scene to be linked to just the Avengers. Something similar to the end of Green Lantern would be awesome, hinting at a new villain rising. Maybe some hints towards Avengers we might see in the next movie.
Mokong Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 I'm still not sold on Cobie Smulders being in this, and those pics of her as Maria Hill, all I can see is "Robin at a costume party"
Ashley Posted March 13, 2012 Posted March 13, 2012 I'm up for anything that brings Cobie Smulders into more people's lives. She's awesome and has proved she has the chops this season in HIMYM. Plus let's face it; the show is ending in about 15 months, best start getting noticed now
Happenstance Posted March 15, 2012 Posted March 15, 2012 Japanese trailer, has a couple of extra scenes: http://special.movies.yahoo.co.jp/detail/20120315076798/
