Guest Maase Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 How can you guys not post about this huge event? 4 Days after, and still no thread about this? (Either that or I am blind and the "Check if Already Posted" feature is glitched atm). Seriously tough, favourite sketches till now: -The sound thing at Universal Studios. -Twitter Tracker (Bro's a No No for CoCo?)
Paj! Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Pardonnez-moi? Je suis desole. Ik ben droevig. Sono spiacente. Perdóname.
Roostophe Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 (edited) Nobody here bloody watches it. Or do, but think nobody else here does. DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUHHHHHH! (I don't watch it, btw.) Edited June 6, 2009 by Roostophe
Eenuh Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Yeah don't think many people watch it? Pardonnez-moi? Je suis desole. Ik ben droevig. Sono spiacente. Perdóname. By the way, the Dutch in there (third line) does not mean 'I'm sorry', at all. It just says 'I am sad'... Even Jim could do better. =P
or else you will DIE Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 i really want to see it, i LOVE conan. is there a site that streams it?
Ellmeister Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 What language is sono spaciente? I thought Lo siento was spanish for I'm sorry. Maybe?
Cube Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 (edited) The Tonight Show? Conan O Brien? Is he the transporter dude form The Next Generation? Edited June 6, 2009 by Cube
Shorty Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Conan O Brien? Is he the transporter dude form The Next Generation?I think you're onto something there. Remember when he was in Con Air? That was weeeiirrd.
Guest Maase Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 I see you guys are unfamiliar with Mininova ;_____;
EchoDesiato Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 I see you guys are unfamiliar with Mininova ;_____; It's more likely that we're unfamiliar with American talk shows.
Oli1983uk Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Intentionally or not, Conan's new backdrop looks like it was constructed by a team of Mario level designers, circa 1992. Asked about the homage/coincidence, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime sounded pretty pleased: "That's great." It was Kotaku who caught up with Reggie, after Seriouslunch made the initial spotting: We know that he is a fan of what we do, and we're thrilled to have him as a passionate Nintendo fan. Maybe we'll have to go play some Wii Sports Resort as well as Super Mario Bros Wii. Thanks for the free advertising! Now, have some more advertising! The bonus jokey followup: Will Nintendo be issuing a C&D for NBC's blatant infringement?
EEVILMURRAY Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Didn't watch it with Jay Leno, won't watch it with Conan O'Brien.
Jonnas Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 What language is sono spaciente? I thought Lo siento was spanish for I'm sorry. Maybe? You're right. "Lo siento" is "I'm sorry" in Spanish (just like "Perdóname" is "Forgive me"). Sono spiacente must be Italian. As for Conan O' Brien, yeah, I was a fan of him when he used to host the Late Night Show. Unfortunately, Leno's show stopped airing here in Portugal a while ago, so I can't see how Conan is doing right now. And no, I won't use alternative means, as talkshows are meant for TV.
Ashley Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Isn't the elongated shouting intro SNL's thing? I'm annoyed leno has stolen 5 hours of scripted prime time. The bastard!

The bonus jokey followup: Will Nintendo be issuing a C&D for NBC's blatant infringement? In Friday's episode, yesterday (Just saw it), Conan adressed this. But I don't really think it is in purpose, its just that the figures from the Mario games are all "Normal solids", if you get what I mean.
Nolan Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 Conan is unfunny so I don't watch the Tonight Show anymore.
