When did I say graphics are the only thing I look for in a game? I like playing good looking games(not saying SMG isn't, I thought it was a nice looking game) but it's not the first thing I look for. You were simply putting words in my mouth.

True I was and I apologise. But it's a point that has been made umpteen times by the uneducated masses on IGN (not that it justifies it). I just think graphics are something where imagination is not the limit and the technology is. Gameplay is and can be limited by technology, as technology since its advanced progression from 1995/6 onwards, we've seen gameplay altered in many ways. But being inventive is certainly more central.

Why are they not using the first 100 songs?

Because the first number denotes the CD they're released on, while the last two numbers are the track's.

Also, for comparison, the first game was distributed over two CDs, so it appears the sequel has a much more substantial soundtrack.

Just a track I noticed in one of the trailers

Bowser's Lava Lair - one of my favourite '64 tunes (don't know what the title of the old one is but it's on Yube). Not sure if I like this one as much, the original was a lot moodier. This remake could've been spectacularly awesome, but as it is, it's just 'good'.

There was a knock on my door earlier...and i was handed a parcel..and couldn't believe when i opened it that it was my USA copy of Super Mario Galaxy 2! It was shipped friday and i got it today, i was shocked..espicially as i was in the shower and had to run down the stairs wet (i do anything for a parcel..haha)! :D

It's pretty fantastic from the off really...theres been alot of variety and i'm only like 4 stars in..obviously it's going to be the best wii game to date but you didn't need telling that!

I'll be playing more laterz!

This version is orchestrated though, plus you're only listening to it on Youtube.

I think you'll change your opinion once you hear it through surround sound.

I agree with you, the 64 version is better. I think they chose the wrong instruments for the orchestration of this particular one.
