Dannyboy-the-Dane Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 It DOES seem a little too coincidental, but what do I know. If anyone uses "Dannyboy the Dane", though, there's gonna be hell to pay!
Coolness Bears Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Coolness Bears is a completely original!!! If some steals it.... *shakesfist* (that will pretty much be the extent of my action)
Dyson Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 I can't really argue about someone using Dyson as their name..or copyright it!
Ganepark32 Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 I'm the only one using this screen name. EVen if you search on google and see that there are several other users created in that name, they're all my accounts, some going back nearly 4 years and have been inactive that long.
Jimbob Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 A mere co-incidence i think, he has nothing on the real ReZ. Just as long as he doesn't step foot on N-E otherwise i predict i riot.
Emasher Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 There is another Emasher, though, I'm sure I started using it first. I was really young when I first used it on some site. It must be from over 10 years ago.
Tellyn Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 I found the first post hilarious for some reason. I've actually seen other Tellyns before, and I've been using this name for over six years now, I believe.
Fierce_LiNk Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Why does Flink capitalise random letters? Why does d_prOdigy? I still don't know exactly why the N is capitalised. For fun, maybe. Anyway, the "imposter" rocks. So, sorry ReZ. You lose. As Dazzy has already stated. Kitchen Zink, man. You've got nothing on that guy.
Roostophe Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 "The Villan" is an extremely unoriginal name. You go to any Aston Villa forum and there'd be about 5 members with that name. And on other, non-footie related boards as well, 'cos the thickies couldn't spell villain. Roostophe, however, is unique. Google search will only bring up me. Edit: Okay, maybe not.
Ten10 Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Eh I hate his mug. But I decided to google Ten10 and got a picture of some cake on flickr but usually just a reference to the top ten whatever.
Ashley Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Fun (well, really not fun) fact: 1010 (or tenten, I forget which) was the 'codename' (for lack of better word) for when Woolworths about ten years ago updated all their stores over the span of a few years. When they were all demerchandised, closed down for a few day and got new fixtures and a fancy red walkway, and then reopened, made no money and closed again! Not sure why it was called 1010 (and the large stores were 2020-ed) but there you go...and you always remind me of Woolworths :p
Ten10 Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Uuuuuuuuuh I read it, my brain tried to process it, and uh failed, but I only really ended up with Ten10 because of my previous obsession with Tenchi muyo but got fed up basing forum nicknames on it, so I dropped the chi and ended up with Ten but that was too short so I slapped 10 at the end. Although I will miss woolies, where will I go to get cheap cinema food now? Rez you can have your thread back now, its all about you again.
Ashley Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Basically rather than just call it "remerchandising" they called it 1010 for no real reason.
jayseven Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 There's a coupla other jayseven/j7's around, but not too many. Always wish I'd chosen a different name, mind you! I would quite like to be called Molly-likes-tress. Well if you wait around forever for the proposal, it might never happen! Make your move
LazyBoy Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Yeah, mine ain't too original, load of LazyBoys around, there's six in my Dad's living room (bud dum bum ch). Yeah i've wanted to change it for a while but I can never be assed to bother the admins.
