Mundi Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 good thought, and i think she's still alive, i think my theory of everything sylar saw was an illusion is pretty good. it perfectly explains why he couldn't move the cup, cuz it's not actually there. plus i doubt Candice is that stupid to get that close to Sylar thinking he'd be her friend, she's gotta be messing with his head Yeah i doubt that she´s that dumb not to know what Sylar usually does to people with power.
McPhee Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 Good episode, can't wait til the next one! Im thinking Peter will continue to pull of more and more grand robberies, Nathan will hear about someone of Peter's description using powers to commit crimes and fly over to Ireland and confront his brother So, Sylar meets the plague twins eh? That'll be an interesting episode, would he really want they're powers?
Mokong Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 Anyone else find it funny that while they were robbing the betting shop in Ireland the chap called the currency "Dollars". which guy? i'm pretty sure i heard Euros... but as i mentioned before, it was way wrong when the security guards had guns, like i said before only detectives and under cover cops get to carry hand guns, regular uniform cops just get a baton
EchoDesiato Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 Hahah, I knew Candice was actually a fat chick!
McPhee Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 Is it definitely Ireland he's in? I know everyone has an Irish accent but it could be somewhere in America?
Mokong Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 Is it definitely Ireland he's in? I know everyone has an Irish accent but it could be somewhere in America? Yes their in Cork, did you not notice the caption that appears at the bottom at the start of the Peter scenes? Plus pretty sure some of the characters say it too
McPhee Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 nah, didn't see any of that *feels embarrased* Load of crap then, doesn't seem like Ireland at all. It seems the only research they did was finding out that we call "Soccer", Football
Retro_Link Posted October 13, 2007 Author Posted October 13, 2007 Hahah, I knew Candice was actually a fat chick! Not surprising considering she tells us in series 1!
Ashley Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 Shame they got rid of Missy Pergym in the role though. Meh. That would be how I describe the episode. Peter being amnesic, Sylar being Lost and the awfully cheesy flying it was just... I hope that painting is Claire shot her dad. Because hes handling this situation in a right rubbish fashion.
EchoDesiato Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 Not surprising considering she tells us in series 1! ... she did? Damn, and here I thought I figured it all out by myself.
Calza Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 Or the fact that in the comics it clearly shows us her being a fat gothic.
jayseven Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 er... Isn't it against the rules to do that dude?
Dante Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 er... Isn't it against the rules to do that dude? Yeah, nice knowing you Fresh.
Fresh Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 Balls, should really read the rules. Post gone now.

Happenstance Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I thought this weeks Heroes was brilliant. Im really getting into this older generation story now that the whole photo has emmerged and Nathan has joined in. Also great to see Sylar back to his evil ways, he actually managed to make the Mexican portions interesting.
ReZourceman Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 Thats what I was thinking. Pretty great episode. The revelation about Matts dad was good. Getting better!
Moohawk! Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 No Hiro + No Nikki + No Peter + No Sark!!!(kensei) = Pretty average episode. I hope this season picks up a bit because I'm finding it really slow at the moment. Claire and her dad's relationship seems all start-of-season-1 again.
Guest Jordan Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 The issue with Heroes is, weren't they originally going to end it propperly with the nuke going off and killing the whole cast? Fans wanted them to keep the current one, they had to wedge this new storyline in somehow...
Happenstance Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 All they said was that most of the cast may not return for the second season but that wouldnt mean they were dead. This new storyline doesnt feel wedged in at all, I think its working really well.
ReZourceman Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 Yeah, I agree. All kinda seems intertwined. And even if they are "Making it as they go along" (I dont think they are) they're doing a better job than Lost did, Heh heh.
Gizmo Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 No Hiro this week The whole Claire / West storyline is so cheesy and predictable, too. But I like the whole photo thing. Anyone else think Charles Deveux might have some connection to DL/Micah, also? Monica seems to have the same power as the girl from the cafe in texas the Hiro tried to save. I wonder what the other cousin / Grandma's powers are? Oh, and we still haven't seen Nathans mothers.
Fresh Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 So it's Matt's father, interesting. Also the Matt/Molly thing is absolutely adorable, You really felt that at the end where she went into shock and he welled up.
Daft Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 Hiro really annoys me at the moment. Peter Petrelli has gone from the most annoying character to probably my favorite in this series....I'm not sure if that had anything to do with him being sweaty and tied to a chair.........
